基于时空双变网格算法的碳酸盐岩裂缝型储层正演模拟   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
引入局部精细时间采样算法,对空间变网格算法进行改进。将裂缝视为局部非均质体,利用空间不同尺度的网格对裂缝介质进行表征。采用有限差分算法直接求解波动方程,实现对实际碳酸盐岩介质的微裂缝储层的地震波正演模拟技术,得到地震波在裂缝型储层传播中的一些直观的波动现象。结果表明:利用局部精细时间采样算法,对精细的空间网格在时间层内可以进行局部加密求解,从而解决全局采用精细时间采样带来的庞大计算量和计算耗时问题;裂缝缝间距、裂缝切伸参数对地震记录的反射振幅能量和极性影响较大,并在反射波后常会紧跟一个弱反射能量;裂缝受构造影响较大,平缓构造和起伏构造裂缝反射模式相差较大;在了解地下构造走向的情况下,可根据不同的裂缝反射特征寻找裂缝发育带。  相似文献

Tin oxide (SnO2) nanoparticles were cost-effectively synthesized using nontoxic chemicals and green tea (Camellia sinensis) extract via a green synthesis method.The structural properties of the obtained nanoparticles were studied using X-ray diffraction,which indicated that the crystallite size was less than 20 nm.The particle size and morphology of the nanoparticles were analyzed using scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy.The morphological analysis revealed agglomerated spherical nanoparticles with sizes varying from 5 to 30 nm.The optical properties of the nanoparticles' band gap were characterized using diffuse reflectance spectroscopy.The band gap was found to decrease with increasing annealing temperature.The O vacancy defects were analyzed using photoluminescence spectroscopy.The increase in the crystallite size,decreasing band gap,and the increasing intensities of the UV and visible emission peaks indicated that the green-synthesized SnO2 may play future important roles in catalysis and optoelectronic devices.  相似文献

Summary The contraction induced by a Ca2+-independent myosin light chain kinase (MLCK-) was characterized in terms of isometric force (Fo), immediate elastic recoil (SE), unloaded shortening velocity (Vus), shortening under a constant load and ATPase activity of chemically skinned smooth muscle preparations. These parameters were compared to those measured in a Ca2+-induced contraction to assess the nature of cross bridge interaction in the MLCK-induced contraction. Fo developed in chicken gizzard fibers as well as SE were similar in contractions elicited by either agent. Vus in the contraction induced by MLCK-(0.36 mg/ml) was similar though averaged 39.3±8.9% less than Vus induced by Ca2+ (1.6x10–6M) in the control fibers. Addition of Ca2+ (1.6x10–6M) to a contraction induced by MLCK-resulted in small increases in both Fo and Vus. Shortening under a constant load was similar for both types of contractions. The contraction induced by MLCK-was accompanied by an increased rate of ATP hydrolysis. The MLCK-induced contraction is thus kinetically similar though not identical to a contraction induced by Ca2+. We conclude that with respect to actin-myosin interaction, MLCK- and Ca2+-induced contractions are similar.  相似文献

A facile strategy for optical sensing of explosives with the assistance of 1,3,5-Triazine-2,4,6-triamine(MEL) in aqueous solution is proposed. Upon exposure to MEL, the electron-sufficient amino group in MEL was prone to form complexes with electron-deficient nitro group in explosives. The interaction could be tuned by the amount of MEL to fully consumed nitro-contained explosives dissolved in wastewater, thus prevented the gold nanoparticles(GNPs) from combining with MEL. In comparison with common detection method, the dose-response curve procedure reported here was in good linear relationship from 0 μM to 80 μM with good correlation factor(R~2= 0.9871), and was satisfactorily agreed with the proposed theoretical model. The detection limit(Lo D) was1.1 μM by spectrometer, 3.0 μM visualized by naked eyes and 21.3 nM by calculation. The procedure described in this study could be finished within a few minutes and showed its effectiveness in explosive detection upright on the gold surface in real wastewater, making this proposed method a powerful tool in several sensing platforms.  相似文献

Retene and methylretene have been identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry in aromatic hydrocarbon fractions of Silurian carbonate extracts of the Michigan Basin. Retene identified in pre-Devonian carbonates indicates that the compound not only is the biomarker of higher plants but also derived from alga or bacterium.
