Effect of volatile anesthetics on the circular dichroism of bilirubin bound to human serum albumin

The characteristic circular dichroism of bilirubin bound to human serum albumin undergoes a remarkable sign inversion on addition of halothane, chloroform and other volatile anesthetics. This sign inversion, which is completely reversed by removal of the anesthetic, reflects a pronounced conformational change of the bound ligand; probably a complete inversion of chirality. The observation suggests that association of volatile anesthetics with proteins can markedly alter the internal topography of receptor sites and potentially influence the stereoselectivity of ligand binding.     

Cu（Ⅱ） effect on the conformation of regenerated silk fibroin in dilute aqueous solution

Much attention has been paid to the natural mechanism of silkworm spinning due to the impressive mechanical properties of the natural fibers. In this work, we studied the effect of Cu（Ⅱ） ions on the secondary structure of Bombyx mori regenerated silk fibroin （SF） in dilute solution by circular dichroism （CD）. The results indicate that a given amount of Cu（Ⅱ） induces the SF conformational transition from random coil to β-sheet, however, further addition of Cu（Ⅱ） is unfavorable for this conversion. Meanwhile, the conformational changes induced by Cu（Ⅱ） follow a nucleation-dependent aggregation mechanism, which is similar to that found in Prion protein （PrP） denaturation and Aβ-peptide aggregations, leading to the neurodegenerative disease. This work would help one understand further the natural spinning process of silkworm. Additionally, it would be significant for the study of the nervous system diseases, because silk fibroin, extracted in large amounts from Bombyx mori silkworm gland, could be a proper model to study PrP denaturation and Aβ-peptide aggregations.     

金属离子和变性条件对野花生豆凝集素活性和构象的影响

野花生豆凝集素在pH7．0和pH5．0缓冲体系中，用EDTA去除其金属离子，CML凝血活性下降．Ca^2 、Mg^2 、Mn^2 、Zn^2 可使去除金属离子CML活性基本恢复到天然水平，表明这些二价金属离子为CML活性所必需．研究不同温度和不同浓度盐酸胍条件下CML的圆二色谱、荧光光谱及其凝血活性的变化，结果表明CML含有较多β-折叠，具有较强的抗变性能力；脲变性的时间扫描荧光光谱证实了CML变性过程的阶段性。     

β－环糊精对DL－酪氨酸立体选择包结行为的圆二色谱研究

利用客体分子的圆二色性，研究了β－环糊精对ＤＬ－酪氨酸的立体选择包结行为以及体系ｐＨ和时间对立体选择包结行为的影响．确认β－环糊精具有选择包结Ｌ－酪氨酸的特性，且随体系ｐＨ的增加而增强．并认为β－环糊精的这种特性是其分子中手性化合物Ｄ（＋）－吡喃葡萄糖单元和客体分子的不对称静电场总体效应的结果     

Hg~(2+)与NBS修饰前后两种血清蛋白结合的研究(英文)

外加毫摩尔浓度的重金属离子Hg2+,会引起BSA或HSA的色氨酸荧光下降,并且35℃时的变化比25℃时更明显,HSA的变化比BSA的大.SternVol mer作图分析结果表明荧光淬灭主要是由动态淬灭引起的.用NBS对BSA和HSA的色氨酸残基进行特异性修饰后,Hg2+只引起NBS修饰的HSA的酪氨酸荧光轻微降低,但对NBS修饰的BSA的酪氨酸荧光几乎没有影响.远紫外和近紫外CD谱分析表明:Hg2+的结合要引起BSA,HSA以及NBS修饰的HSA二级结构的α螺旋减少,三级结构发生一定的改变.这些结果表明B     

新型稀磁半导体Zn＿（1－x）Co＿xS光谱特性的实验研究

在７３～３００Ｋ温度范围内，首次测量了不同组分的新型稀磁半导体Ｚｎ＿（１－ｘ）Ｃｏ＿ｘＳ（ｘ＝０．００１，０．０１，０．０３，０．０４８，０．０５３，０．０６３）的近红外和可见区的吸收光谱和磁圆二色谱。观测到一系列吸收峰和磁圆二色谱峰，两者互相对应，其峰位与样品组分ｘ值无关。它们分别对应于Ｃｏ￣（２＋）离子在Ｔ＿ｄ对称的晶体场中不同能级间的跃迁。     

X射线磁性圆二色吸收谱:实验设备与初步实验

合肥国家同步揭射实验室已建立了初步的X射线磁性圆二色吸收谱（XMCD）技术，可以测量铁磁性3d过渡族元素Fe，Co和Ni的L边的XMCD，并获得它们的轨道和自旋磁矩．XMCD线站的主要技术参数为：能量范围100～1000eV，光子通量≈10^8 ph／s，能量分辨率≈1000；外磁场1500Gs.除了测量XMCD外，还可以测量C，N，O的K边近边吸收谱，以及部分元素的L边近边吸收谱．     

Interaction of aloe-emodin with human serum albumin

The presence of several high affinity binding sites on human serum albumin (HSA) makes it a possible target for many drugs. This study is designed to examine the effect of aloe-emodin on HSA by fluo-rescence, CD spectroscopy and molecular modeling. The results of fluorescence measurements sug-gested that the hydrophobic interaction was the predominant intermolecular force stabilizing the AE-HSA complex, which was in good agreement with the result of molecular modeling study. And the enthalpy change ΔH0 and the entropy change ΔS0 were calculated to be -7.041 kJ·mol-1 and 76.619 J·mol-1·K-1 according to the Van't Hoff equation. The alterations of protein secondary structure in the presence of AE in aqueous solution were quantitatively calculated from CD spectra, and the content of α-helices obviously increased.     

利用偏光、稀释显影法实现黑白图象的假彩色显示

白偏光照射高分辨率干板,经稀释显影后呈现出负二向色性。本文提供了利用二向色性实现黑白图象的假彩色编码和图象相减的一种新方法,给出了实验结果。     

宾主盒的光稳定性

本文研究了宾主相互作用的液晶彩色显示盒中二向色性染料的光稳定性。发现宾主盒吸光度的减少几乎正比于暴光时间和强度。经加速寿命试验得到染料的实际寿命,其中若干种蒽醌染料的实际寿命超过十年;在吸光度从A_0(t=0)到0.8A_0范围内,染料在液晶中的有序参数在光照前后几乎不变;探讨了染料分子结构与光稳定性之间的关系。
