当代中国高等教育发展中的国际影响

从改革开放到加入WT0，中国日益融入国际社会，中国高等教育的国际化进程也越来越快，而与发达国家比较在科技与教育方面的差距越来越小。我们在借鉴、学习国际经验的同时，也受到国际的影响，这表现在中国高等教育领域里的观念变革、结构调整、院校合并及人才培养之中。作者认为，国际影响对当代中国高等教育的发展起到了参照与促进作用。     

三国汉译佛经的特点及其价值研究述评

汉译佛经在汉语词汇史的研究方面具有其他中土文献所不能替代的特点和价值 ,而以支谦译经为代表的三国译经时代较早 ,数量众多 ,含有丰富的口语成分 ,值得重视并进行深入研究     

中药材中孳生粉螨的初步调查

本文采用清水漂浮法和塔氏电热集螨器分离法,共分离中药材样本124种,1240份,从中分离出粉螨45种,隶属7科23属.得出结论:中药材粉螨的污染严重,应加强对中药螨类的防治,以保护中药材及预防人体螨病.     

论中国传统士大夫的鱼文化情结

渔业是中国古代农业社会产业结构中重要组成部分之一，它对古代中国经济、政治、文化生活中产生了重大的影响，有教丰富的文化内涵。特别是文人士大夫借鱼来抒发隐逸情情、阐述哲学玄思和畅谈生活感受，因而士大夫与鱼结成了不解之缘。     

对嗜好品风险认知的国际比较

对北京，大阪，洛杉矶3城市的市民就香烟和毒品的风险认知进行了抽样调查，并对其结果进行比较分析，主要结果如下：（1）中日美3国大约4／5的人对吸烟持负面性风险认知和评价，在3国中，美国人对吸烟的风险认知和危害性估计最高，中国居中，日本最低；（2）总体而言，中日美3国约9成以上的人对毒品持负面性风险认识和评价，在3国中，日本人对毒品的风险认知不安感最高，比较而言，美国人对毒品却表现出相对宽容的态度；（3）在3国中，日本人对香烟的社会容纳最高， 而对毒品的容纳度最低；美国人对毒品的社会容纳度远高于中国和日本；中国对香烟和毒品的社会容纳度都相对较低，这将有利于禁烟和禁毒。     

中医药治疗消化性溃疡的临床研究进展

综述近年来国内医学杂志关于中医治疗消化性溃疡的研究报导，勾勒了国内在这一领域医学临床的发展概貌及趋向。     

Aspirin-like drugs may block pain independently of prostaglandin synthesis inhibition

Summary Using flurbiprofen, a chiral anti-inflammatory and analgesic 2-arylpropionic acid derivative, the enantiomers of which are not converted to each other (less than 5%) in rats or man, we obtained evidence that prostaglandin synthesis inhibition is primarily mediating the anti-inflammatory activity but prostaglandin synthesis independent mechanisms contribute to the analgesic effects. Thus, the S-form inhibited prostaglandin synthesis, inflammation and nociception in rats. The R-form had much less effect on prostaglandin synthesis and did not affect inflammation. It did, however, block nociception in rats almost as potently as the S-form. S-flurbiprofen, in contrast to the R-form, was clearly ulcerogenic in the gastrointestinal mucosa. These results indicate additional molecular mechanisms of analgesia and suggest the use of R-arylpropionic acids as analgesics.     

鉴定中药所用TLC溶剂系统的选择

本文研究了鉴定中药所用ＴＬＣ溶剂系统的选择．通过实验从３０种溶剂系统中选出鉴定１２种中药的行之有效的７种溶剂系统，并分别给出其Ｒ＿ｆ值，为鉴定中药的未知化合物提供了依据．     

华佗再造丸治疗脑血管病疗效评估

用华佗再造丸治疗脑血栓、脑出血及其后遗症52例,其有效率达90.5％,对照组20例,10例脑出血用20％Mannitol及止血剂治疗,10例脑血栓用低分子右旋糖酐及脑络通治疗,有效率为70％,有高度显著性差异,P<0.001,笔者认为该药是治疗脑血管病较理想的中成药,具有镇静神经,滋阴强心,舒经活络,活血化瘀等作用。对病程短的年纪青的病人的疗效更为显著,脑出血性与脑缺血性疾病均有疗效,正是中药一药多用、一药多治的微妙体现。推测对脑血管病后遗症有效可能与该药能促进神经再生因子(NGF)的合成和利用有关。     

Disruption of mitochondrial function as the basis of the trypanocidal effect of trifluoperazine onTrypanosoma cruzi

Summary The tricyclic anti-calmodulin drug trifluoperazine (TFP) inhibited growth and motility of epimastigotes ofTrypanosoma cruzi, at concentrations lower than 100 M, and motility and infectivity of the bloodstream trypomastigote form at 200 M. Electron microscopy of TFP-treated epimastigotes showed that the major effect was at the mitochondrial level, with gross swelling and disorganization. The oligomycin-sensitive, mitochondrial ATPase was completely inhibited by 20 M TFP, and the same drug concentration caused a 60% decrease in intracellular ATP content. The results suggest that the trypanocidal effect of TFP may be related more to mitochondrial damage than to the well-known anticalmodulin effect of the drug.
