锆石阴极发光和U-Pb年龄特征研究   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
根据锆石阴极发光和微区U-Pb定年的年龄结果,表明皖南新元古代花岗闪长岩中包含三类不同成因的锆石,即:同岩浆锆石、简单结构继承锆石和继承锆石核。同岩浆锆石能够反映岩体的形成时代与侵位条件,继承锆石反映岩浆岩的物质源区和岩浆形成条件。通过各岩体锆石样品的不同成因锆石分析研究,得出皖南新元古代各花岗闪长岩体具有相似的形成过程,但来自于不同的岩浆房,岩浆形成深度和侵位条件不同,与其形成于弧陆碰撞带的构造环境是一致的。  相似文献

Cathodoluminescence (CL) image analysis of zircon is a key step of mineral micro?area compositional investigation and U-(Th)-Pb dating. We introduce a system consisting of field emission ESEM and high performance cathodoluminescence. This system has obvious advantages in imaging resolution and CL spectrum. We acquired some zircon CL images and spectra to demonstrate the ability of this system. Our results show that this system has a great potential application to characterize and identify the genesis of zircon.  相似文献

The CL images show that the internal structures of the diamonds in Wafangdian, Liaoning Province is classified as three types: simple growth girdle zone, multi-stage growth complex girdle zone, and rare agate-like structure. These internal features reflect the complexity of growth processes of the diamonds. The FTIR analyses in micro area on diamond plates reveal the heterogeneity of the impurities of nitrogen and hydrogen. The variety of nitrogen contents and nitrogen aggregation states have been revealed not only in different diamonds from one kimberlite pipe but also in different zones of one diamond. The extent of conversion A defects to the aggregated B form is a function of the nitrogen aggregation temperature (TNA), mantle residence time (tMR), and nitrogen concentration of diamond. The interval of 0.6-0.7Ga from core to rim of diamond growth is obtained by using the FTIR curves and some geological data. The long period of diamond growth is identical with the feature in CL image.  相似文献

提出了一种全新的激发发光方式——固态类阴极射线发光,利用无机半导体作为电子加速层,加速电子使之获得高能量,然后碰撞激发有机分子(小分子和聚合物)发光.蓝光是固态阴极射线发光中的特征发光,激子的离化是固态阴极射线发光中的独特过程.从固态类阴极射线发光的现象出发,通过普适性验证(利用不同的电子加速材料和发光材料,改变器件结构)、假象排除(几种可能产生类似现象的情况)及交叉证明(研究器件的发光与激发的时间特性),证实了固态阴极射线发光的客观性.  相似文献

本文根据甘溪泥盆系观雾山组碳酸盐岩的阴极发光特征,应用方解石、白云石阴极发光强度主要受控于侠灭剂Fe~2+含量的原理,结合其它分析资料及野外工作,探讨了白云化作用、胶结作用及新生变形作用,并建立了该地区观雾山组碳酸盐岩的成岩序列。  相似文献

Coesite inclusions, together with omphacite, jadeite, garnet and phengite inclusions, were identified in zircons separates from almost all gneissic core samples of pre-pilot drillhole CCSD-PP2 by the Laser Raman spectroscopy and the cathodoluminescence method. These data indicate that gneissic rocks consisting of paragneisses and orthogneisses ubiquitously experienced UHP metamorphism. This research may be of great significance for an in-depth study of the subduction-exhumation mechanism of the Sulu UHP metamorphic belt and selecting the drilling site for the Chinese Continental Scientific Drilling Project.  相似文献

A single host white emitting phosphor, CaLaGa3O7:Dy3+, was synthesized by chemical co-precipitation. Field emission scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction, laser particle size analysis, and photoluminescence and cathodoluminescence spectra were used to investigate the structural and optical properties of the phosphor. The phosphor particles were composed of microspheres with a slight tendency to agglomerate, and an average diameter was of about 1.0 μm. The Dy3+ ions acted as luminescent centers, and substituted La3+ ions in the single crystal lattice of CaLaGa3O7 where they were located in Cs sites. Under excitation with ultraviolet light and a low voltage electron beam, the CaLaGa3O7:Dy3+ phosphor exhibited the characteristic emission of Dy3+ (4F9/2-6H15/2 and 4F9/2-6H13/2 transitions) with intense yellow emission at about 573 nm. The chromaticity coordinates for the phosphor were in the white region. The relevant luminescence mechanisms of the phosphor are investigated. This phosphor may be applied in both field emission displays and white light-emitting diodes.  相似文献
