从猪血中制备原卟啉甲酯的新方法

本文报导由猪血制备原卟啉甲酯的一种新方法,木法成本低廉,设备简单,产率较高,得到的产物容易纯化,并对产物进行了IR_.~iHNMR.UV等波谱解析。     

基因工程菌株EscherichiacoliC600（pRLK14）的流加培养

在１Ｌ搅拌发酵罐中对含有重组质粒ｐＲＬＫ１４的大肠杆菌进行了培养。结果表明，采用二段培养法，于３４℃增殖细菌，在对数增殖后期升温到４２℃进行诱导，可以高效表达基因产品半乳糖激酶。诱导期，醋酸浓度增长较快，模拟实验表明，控制醋酸浓度可进一步提高半乳糖缴酶产率。     

运动生化实验室建设和改革的实践与思考

本文浅谈了我院运动生化实验室建设和改革的一些实践经验,并提出了今后的发展设想。

1 Results Pyrimidinones (PMs) are a class of important heterocycles which have been well documented throughout the literature due to their biological importance. They exhibit a wide range of pharmaceutical and therapeutic properties[1].A rapid and efficient one-pot method for the synthesis of 4,6-diarylpyrimidin-2(1H)- ones and related heterocycles is described.The condensation of acetophenone derivatives,aldehydes and urea in the presence of sulfamic acid was employed to synthesize a variety of pyrimid...     

ON THE OPTIIMAL REACTIONS ASSEMBLAGE OF COMPLEX REACTION SYSTEMS

In this paper, the author analyzes distinguishing features of complex reaction systems and single reversible reaction, and optimizes complex reaction systems starting from set theory.The method of constructing the optimal reactions assemblage and calculating the potential maximum equilibrium yield (PMEY) of objective products is proposed here. This paper points out clearly that the euqilibrium yield of objective products calculated by means of conventional method is the global equilibrium yield (GEY).It is not the thermodynamic constraint, and could be exceeded by observed yield of objective products; only PMEY is the thermodynamic constraint. It gives information on potential and possible optimal yield and thereby improving production. This paper also points out the way in which the real complex reaction system approached the optimal reactions assemblage. The new concept of PMEY and optimal reaction assemblage proposed by this Paper is universally applicable for the important complex reaction systems, such as the pyrolysis of alkane to produce ethylene, steam reforming of methane to produce syngas, production of formaldehyde from methanol, epoxidation of ethylene to produce ethylene oxide, hydrogenation of benzene to produce cyclohexane.     

恒星内部核反应系统中g-T效应产生的振荡

研究了恒星内部核反应系统中与粒子数密度涨落有关的振荡现象，分析了这类振荡的产生条件和特征频率。结果表明，引力及温度梯度(g-T)效应可以在氦核反应扩散模型中产生超临界的密度振荡。     

日本林蛙部分生理生化指标的比较

本文介绍我们对日本林蛙(Rana j.japonica)在冬眠期(12～2月,5.5～8.5℃)与活动期(9～11月,12.5～24℃)的部分生理生化指标的比较.测定了血清、肝、脑、心肌和骨骼肌的乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)同工酶的相对活力(±SD)、血红蛋白浓度及红细胞数等指标.这些指标不仅存在明显的组织差异,也存在季节差异和种群差异.     

2,3-二羟基哌嗪与几种氨基化合物的缩合反应研究

由乙二胺与乙二醛的缩合物２,３－二羟基哌嗪,分别与甲酰胺、脲和乙二胺反应,制得２,４,７,９,１１,１４－六氮杂三环［８,４,０,０３,８］十四烷六盐酸盐四水合物（１）,２,５,７,９－四氮杂双环［４,３,０］壬－８－酮二盐酸盐－水合物（２）和２,５,７,１０－四氮杂双环［４,４,０］癸烷（３）。化合物１为未见文献报道的新化合物。化合物２的合成工艺条件优化后,反应得率与文献［１］相比有一定提高。化合物３的合成,由于将反应分为低温和高温两个缩合阶段,使反应得率提高到７７．５％。     

热动力学研究的时间参量法(Ⅲ)——简单级数反应的热谱面积比法

根据热导式量热计的理论基础——Ｔｉａｎ′ｓ方程,将时间作为已知参量,提出了一种新的热谱数据解析方法——简单级数反应的热谱面积比法．应用该法研究了几种简单反应的热动力学,实验结果验证了热谱面积比法的正确性．     

电氧化法处理高浓度酚钠废水

为了改善强碱性废水的可生化性,采用电氧化法处理高浓度酚钠废水.结果表明：电氧化法对废水的色度和S（重铬酸钾化学耗氧量）具有良好的去除效果,电解过程中余氯的产生对色度和S的去除有决定性作用.实验确定的高浓度酚钠废水电氧化处理条件是：电流密度为714 A/m^2、电压为10 V、电解时间为30min,采用中和→电氧化→生化工艺去除色度和S.
