DEGREE CONDITIONS FOR GRAPHS TO BE FRACTIONAL （a, b, n）-CRITICAL GRAPHS

Let G be a graph, and a and b be integers with a ≤ b. A graph G is called a fraetional （a, b, n）-critical graph if after any n vertices of G are deleted the remaining subgraph has a fractional [a, b]-factor. In this paper two degree conditions for graphs to be fractional （a, b, n）-eritical graphs are presented, and the degree conditions are sharp in some sense.     

用正交试验法确定最佳调剖施工参数

针对文明寨油田地质特征和开采现状，按照油藏数值模拟原理，以调剖井对应油井的增油降水创经济效益大小为考核指标，运用正交试验的均衡分散性和整齐可比性及Ｌ９（３４），正交表进行调剖最佳施工参数试验．经现场试验、分析、讨论发现：影响调剖效果的主要因素是措施半径，其次为施工排量和注入方式，且最佳施工参数是措施半径在３．５ｍ左右，施工排量在１９ｍ３／ｈ左右，按连续注入方式调剖。经文明察油田、卫城油田、马寨油田５０井次现场试验证明，较好地改善了注水井吸水剖面，对应油井取得了明显的增油降水效果，收到了较好的经济和社会效益．     

一类新型双杂环衍生物的合成及其杀菌活性

三唑并嘧啶类杂环衍生物由于其分子结构中同时包含了三唑及嘧啶这两类重要的活性结构单元 ,因而往往表现出广泛的生物活性[1～ 4] ,既可以用于医药 ,也可以用于农药 .因此 ,近年来关于三唑并嘧啶类衍生物的合成及其生物活性的研究受到了人们的广泛关注 -二甲基 - 1 ,2 ,4-三唑     

信号、噪声通过线性工作系统设备过程中信噪比的变化

本文就信号、噪声通过线性工作系统设备过程中信噪比变化的问题，提出一个简单和实用的模型，建立相应的计算公式，并在视频领域和音频领域对公式展开讨论，进一步阐述公式的实用性，可作为工作系统的设计和调整的参考，以祈获得更好的社会效益和经济效益．

Pharmacodynamic profile of CQP 201-403, a novel 8α-amino-ergoline

Summary The profile of action in animals of CQP 201-403, a novel 8-amino-ergoline, is in most aspects that of a very potent dopaminomimetic, both as a prolactin secretion inhibitor, and at the levels of the CNS and the cardiovascular system. Qualitatively CQP 201-403 differs slightly from bromocriptine and apomorphine in its effects on the CNS (no influence on serotonin metabolism in the rat cortex; induction of masculine mounting behavior in rats) and the cardiovascular system of the dog (reflex tachycardia in response to a blood-pressure fall). In man the new compound proved to be highly active in lowering prolactin serum levels and to be more potent than bromocriptine (Parlodel^®).In memory of Dr Annemarie Closse, who died 14 June 1987.     

AnAnolis skin melanophore assay suitable for photoaffinity labeling studies with α-MSH

Summary Visual determination of MSH-induced pigment migration in melanophores of small pieces ofAnolis carolinensis skin is standardized by first measuring photoelectrometrically the change in reflection/transmission of the whole dorsal skin in response to different hormone concentrations. This method allows the rapid and precise recording of time-response curves after photoaffinity labeling of MSH receptors or of dose-response curves of large series of synthetic compounds.Acknowledgments. Effects of a new cholecystokinin antagonist (GE 410) on the smooth muscle of the guinea pig ileum

Summary Suc-Tyr-(SE)-Met-Gly-Trp-Met-Asp--phenethylamide (GE 410) competitively antagonized the contractions of smooth muscle strips from guinea pig ileum (pA₂=7.6, n=0.95) induced by cholecystokinin-octapeptide (CCK8). GE 410 inhibited the electrically-induced cholinergically mediated contractile responses and the [³H]ACh release in the ileum, as well as the CCK-stimulated electrical contractile responses and the [³H]ACh release in the cholinergic nerve terminals. The results suggest the existence of CCK-receptors not only in the smooth muscles but also on the neurons.     

Metabolism of 3β-hydroxycholest-5-en-26-oic acid in hamsters

Summary Metabolism of 26-hydroxycholesterol to 3-hydroxychol-5-en-24-oic acid and other C24-bile acids has been expected to occur by way of 3-hydroxycholest-5-en-26-oic acid in studies in vitro. 3-Hydroxycholest-5-en-26-oic acid was infused intravenously into bile fistula hamsters and the following C24-bile acids were identified: 3-hydroxychol-5-en-24-oic acid, lithocholic acid, chenodeoxycholic acid, and a small amount of cholic acid.
