Summary A new bromotyrosine-derived alkaloid with antileukemic activity, purealidin A (5), has been isolated from the Okinawan marine spongePsammaplysilla purea and its chemical structure elucidated on the basis of the spectroscopic data.     

A new semisynthetic ergot peptide alkaloid: DCN 203-922

Summary We report the synthesis, stereochemistry and preliminary pharmacological evaluation of DCN 203-922, a novel ergot alkaloid of the cyclol type, which contains in its peptide moiety the uncommon amino acid L-allo-isoleucine.Part of this paper was reported by this author at the Herbstversammlung der Schweizerischen Chemischen Gesellschaft, Bern, in October 1986.     

Comprehensive evaluation of mechanism of “chimney effect” using principles of magnetism, geochemistry and mineralogy

Study of forming mechanism of "chimney-effect" (CE) has important significance for basic theory and applications of non-seismic geophysical and geochemical methods locating oil/gas reservoirs. The theoretical basis of comprehensive evaluation of mechanism of CE using principles of magnetism, geochemistry and mineralogy has been reviewed, with the problems to be solved: (ⅰ) study for the relationship between process of oil/gas migration and geochemical field; (ⅱ) analysis of genesis of magnetic, geochemical and mineralogical anomaly; (ⅲ) interpretation of surface soil magnetism and geochemical anomaly combined with seismic data.

通过３０％,５０％,６０％,８０％去叶强度的试验研究,表明：７月份,不同去叶强度下群落的地上部生物量没有明显差异,８月份,３０％,５０％,６０％的去叶处理,也没有明显差异,但８０％处理的生物量却明显减少,９月份,各处理间地上部生物量差异很大,６０％和８０％的处理,生物量均低于３０％和５０％的处理７－９月份,随着去叶强度的增大,群落去叶的总收获量增加,枯落物的积累量逐渐减少,１０月份,５０％,６０％     

Nα-quinaldyl-L-arginine·HCl,a new defensive alkaloid fromSubcoccinella-24-punctata (Coleoptera,Coccinellidae)

The isolation of N-quinaldyl-L-arginine·HCl (1) from the CoccinellidaeSubcoccinella-24-punctata is reported. The structure, first established on the basis of the analysis of the spectral properties of1, has been confirmed by synthesis. The alkaloid is of endogenous origin and markedly deterrent to ants.

Summary Administration of estradiol-17 elicited differential responses on accessory sex glands of rats. In caput epididymis, the estrogen treatment led to an accumulation of glycerides and phospholipids while in cauda epididymis, there was no significant change. 济阳坳陷车西洼陷漫湖洪水—风暴沉积与砂体横向预测

渐新统沙二段是济阳坳陷车西地区的主力油层,为了弄清其油气分布和控制因素,综合利用大量的地质和地球物理资料,首次在该段识别出漫湖洪水—风暴重力流沉积.该沉积具有明显的重力流沉积特征,砂岩的成分和结构成熟度均较低,粒度概率图多由悬浮次总体组成,沉积序列可用Bouma序列来描述.在明确了砂体的沉积层位和沉积边界的基础上,描述了漫湖洪水—风暴的沉积特征并建立了沉积模式,系统分析了这个环境下储集性砂体的分布及其油气聚集特征,为车西洼陷的进一步勘探指明了方向.     

苦豆子、铁棒锤生物碱对菜青虫的毒力测定

苦豆子、铁棒锤生物碱对菜青虫毒力测定的结果表明，苦豆子、铁棒锤生物碱对菜青虫均有较好的胃毒作用，用致死中量表示苦豆子生物碱LD50＝30．07μg/g，铁棒锤生物碱LD50＝38．83μg/g．室内触杀作用试验和田间防效试验表明，苦豆子生物碱有效剂量为2000μg/mL、600μg/mL和铁棒锤生物碱有效剂量为2000μg／mL时，对菜青虫有很好的防治效果，在施药后72h，校正防治效果可速80％-90％，且仍呈逐渐增大趋势(活虫数逐渐减少趋势)．     

辽河盆地东部凹陷北部地区Es1+2/Es3不整合面与油气运聚的关系

根据 2 2 4口井的实际资料 ,结合地层沉积特征和地震剖面解释结果对辽河盆地东部凹陷北部地区Es1+ 2 /Es3 不整合面的上、下地层的接触关系及岩性组合特征进行了平面规划及分类 ,探讨了该不整合面与油气运聚的关系。研究结果表明 ,不整合面在油气运聚过程中所起的作用主要是由不整合面上、下地层的接触关系及岩性配置所决定。研究区凹陷北部茨 5 9井—茨 80井、龙 12井—龙 2 4井等区域为寻找不整合面之下遮挡油气藏的有利地区 ,茨 6 7—茨 6 15区域是该不整合面之上油气聚集的有利区
