豫西丘陵区不同氮、钾肥用量配施对豫麦47号品质和产量的影响

在该试验条件下 ,豫麦 47号的湿面筋含量平均为 2 8.3%,吸水率、面团形成时间、稳定时间分别为 6 3.2 %、3.9分钟和 4.2分钟 ,与豫麦 47号适生区栽培条件下均有较大差异。氮肥可有效提高豫麦 47号的冬前分蘖、亩有效穗数和湿面筋含量 ,钾肥可提高亩穗数和千粒重。     

In vitro protein synthesis and α amylase activity in F cells from hepatopancreas ofPalaemon serratus (Crustacea; Decapoda)

In crustaceans, all the steps in the assimilation of food take place in the hepatopancreas. To facilitate the study of this organ, a method for the dissociation of cell types was developed. The hepatopancreas of the prawnPalaemon serratus was mechanically dissociated and the cells separated by Percoll density-gradient centrifugation. The E and R cells had similar densities of around 1.05 g/ml. The F cells were separated into two distinct fractions with densities of 1.075 and 1.082 g/ml. The B cells sedimented at a density of 1.12 g/ml. The ratio between the two populations of F cells was found to vary during the intermolt cycle while B cells disappeared after the molt. When the density gradient fractions were incubated with³H-leucine, incorporation was highest in the F cell fractions. Measurements of -amylase activity, indicated that the two populations of F cells may be derived from the same cell type.     

Phase transition , structure and shape memory effect of Ni47Ti43Hf10 alloy

A Ni₄₇Ti₄₃Hf₁₀ high temperature shape memory alloy is fabricated. The martensitic transformation temperature (TT) is obtained by differential scanning calorimetry and four-probe electrical resistivity measurements. The effect of thermal cycling is investigated and it is found that the TT tends to be stable quickly, which is of benefit to practical applications. The martensite structure is determined to be B19' monoclinic by X-ray diffraction and transmission electron microscopy. One-way and two-way (which is seldom reported before) shape memory properties are studied by tensile and bending tests. The cycling number of two-way shape memory effect is tested for more than 20000 times.     

集值映射与层型结构空间(英文)

本论文利用半连续集值映射的插入给出具有层型结构空间的一些等价刻画.也引入了K-lower和K-upper集值映射,利用此概念给出了k-半层空间以及k-MCM的刻画.     

基于CPLD的帧转移面阵CCD驱动电路的设计

针对e2v公司的CCD47-20 Backthinnned NIMO型CCD,详细地介绍了其帧转移面阵CCD的驱动电路的设计。选用Altera公司的可编程逻辑器件EMP7128SLC-84-10设计了CCD的驱动时序;CCD的偏置电压电路采用国家半导体公司的LM117T设计;CCD驱动器则是用了MAXIM公司的MAX4426MJA完成了设计。设计的CCD驱动电路可以满足其帧转移面阵CCD的各项驱动要求。     

The excitation energy transfer between b -Car and Chla molecules in PSⅡ core antenna complexes CP43 and CP47

The excitation energy transfer efficiency between b -Car and Chla molecules in purified CP43 and CP47 was calculated by comparing absorption and fluorescence excitation after normalization at 550 nm, CP43 had an energy transfer efficiency of 29.1% while the CP47 had an energy transfer efficiency of 62.8%, proving that excitation energy was transferred between b -Car and Chla molecules in CP43 and CP47 at normal conditions. The excitation energy transfer between b -Car and Chla molecules in CP43 and CP47 may occur through the "Dexter" mechanism and the distance between these two kinds of pigments should be less than 1 nm. In addition, the results were also used to discuss the conformational relationship between b -Car and Chla molecules in CP43 and CP47.     

Microstructure and optical properties of Ag5In5Te47Sb33 phase change thin films with high reflection in thermal annealing process

The microstructure and optical properties of Ag-5In-5Te 47Sb 33 phase change films with high reflection in the thermal annealing process were systematically reported. The as_deposited film is amorphous and its crystalline temperature is 160℃. The annealed films are crystalline. The crystalline phases are AgInTe-2, AgSbTe-2 and Sb when annealed at low temperature. When annealed at 220℃, the AgInTe-2 phase disappears and the amount of AgSbTe-2 is the largest. The research of electronic transmission microscopy shows that the morphology of AgSbTe 2 is sphere and that of Sb is bludgeon. The reflection of the annealed films is higher and reaches its peak value at 220℃.     

人线粒体蛋白编码基因C2ORF47在细胞增殖与凋亡中的作用初探

线粒体在真核细胞中扮演着重要的角色,其功能障碍与许多疾病的发生密切相关.在这项研究中,我们鉴定了一个有Tim44样结构域(Tim44-like domain)的人类线粒体蛋白编码基因C2ORF47(chromosome 2openreading frame 47).该基因是从人的睾丸组织中克隆出来的,在人体各种组织中广泛表达.序列比对和进化分析表明,该蛋白质和其同系物在脊椎动物中是保守的.采用免疫荧光技术,我们发现该基因产物定位于线粒体.过表达C2ORF47可以抑制细胞增殖.使用siRNA敲减内源的C2ORF47能促进细胞增殖.此外,敲减C2ORF47会导致糖和血清饥饿引发的细胞凋亡大幅减少.总之,在细胞增殖和由饥饿引发的细胞凋亡的调控中,该基因可能发挥重要作用.

Heat shock protein gene expression during embryonic development of the zebrafish

Heat shock genes exhibit complex patterns of spatial and temporal regulation during embryonic development of a wide range of organisms. Our laboratory has been involved in an analysis of heat shock gene expression in the zebrafish, a model system which is now utilized extensively for the examination of early embryonic development of vertebrates. Members of the zebrafish hsp47, hsp70 and hsp90 gene families have been cloned and shown to be closely related to their counterparts in higher vertebrates. Expression of these genes has been examined using Northern blot and whole mount in situ hybridization analyses. Both the hsp47 and hsp90 genes are expressed in a highly tissue-restricted manner during normal development. The data raise a number of interesting questions regarding the function and regulation of these heat shock genes during early zebrafish development.
