YAG:Ce~(3+)的包膜及其改性

溶胶-凝胶法合成了YAG:Ce3+荧光粉,测定了合成荧光粉的激发和发射光谱,研究发现包膜对荧光粉热稳定性有影响。用氧化铝和氧化镧对荧光粉包膜,会降低荧光粉的发射强度,但可明显提高荧光粉的高温稳定性。     

粉末冶金陶瓷模工艺中的快速脱蜡新技术

粉末冶金陶瓷模工艺是一种先进的过净形成形工艺．本文报道该工艺中一种新的脱蜡技术．采用快速加热、管径集中热量和定向导热传热综合方法，在陶瓷模和大部分蜡模材料处于较低温度下，使蜡模材料来不及发生显著的热膨胀而直接蒸发，得到脱蜡干净、外形完整的陶瓷模．

Finesse 全瓷冠适合性的体外实验研究

目的 :测量Finesse全瓷冠的边缘浮出量及粘固剂的厚度 ,并与金属全冠及金瓷全冠相比较 ,为Finesse全瓷冠的临床应用提供适合性方面的理论依据。方法 :用片切法测量 3组全冠粘固前、后边缘浮出量及粘固剂的厚度。结果 :Finesse全瓷冠粘固前、后的边缘浮出量分别为 (37 6 1± 9 13) μm、(6 5 85± 15 11) μm ,粘固剂厚度为 (40 84± 9 73) μm ,与金属全冠及金瓷全冠相比较 ,均无显著性差异 ;3组全冠粘固前和粘固后的边缘浮出量有显著性差异。结论 :Finesse全瓷冠适合性良好 ,完全可为临床应用 ;粘接对全冠修复体的边缘浮出量有影响。

新型压电陶瓷涡街流量计

介绍一种新型的压电陶瓷涡街流量计,该流量计采用ＢＳＴ压电陶瓷元件来检测旋涡释放频率,使该流量计能在高温工况下工作,一年多的工业现场运行试验结果表明,新研制的涡街流量计可靠性高、稳定性好,在４００℃高温和１０ＭＰａ高压下能长期连续正常运行。     

光谱添加剂在粉末样品分析中的作用

通过模拟实验,研究了具有不同作用的４种光谱添加剂对铁矿粉末样品分析的影响。实验结果表明,最佳载体效应和最佳缓冲效应所对应的添加剂质量分数一般不同。
