Choroidal and iris angioarchitecture of the newt: A scanning electron-microscopic study of vascular corrosion casts

The corrosion cast technique provided for the first time an excellent three-dimensional visualization of the vascular pattern of the choroid and iris in the newt eye. The results show the presence of a single arterial afference to the choroidal and iris capillaries: the ophthalmic artery is the origin fo both ciliary arteries and the long posterior ciliary artery. Slightly behind the equatorial circumference of the eyeball the venous drainage consists of a single vessel on the dorsal side and two distinct vessels on the ventral one. It receives blood from both iris and choroid. The surface of the plastic endocasts shows some details of fine luminal structures of the endothelial cells. Shallow depressions may be regarded as imprints of endothelial cell nuclei, and they are distinctly different for arteries and capillaries. The angioarchitecture of the newt eye differs from that of brain in that hairpin-shaped capillary loops are not observed at all.

A new indolic antiauxin, α-(5,7-dichloroindole-3-)isobutyric acid: its chemical synthesis and biological activity

Summary A new potent antiauxin, -(5,7-dichloroindole-3-)isobutyric acid has been synthesized and shown to inhibit auxin-mediated elongation ofAvena coleoptiles and to stimulate root growth of rice seedlings. Its activity is stronger than -(p-chlorophenoxy)isobutyric acid and is comparable to that of 2,3,5-triiodobenzoic acid, which are typical antiauxins.

牛居油田是受岩性和构造双重因素所控制的多断块，多含油层系的油藏．从１９８３年底开始投产，初期和中期效果较好．１９８８年以后，部分油层水淹，从１９９０年起，油田进入低速开采阶段．近几年，运用了分层注水、间歇注水、油井堵水增排、衰竭采油井等技术，从而控制了含水上升率，减缓了油田产量递减速度．

重复性经颅磁刺激对吗啡依赖小鼠条件性位置偏爱表达的影响

通过检测重复性经颅磁刺激（rTMS）对吗啡依赖小鼠条件性位置偏爱（CPP）表达的影响,探讨rTMS对吗啡依赖小鼠的治疗效应。30只雄性ICR小鼠随机分为对照组、CPP模型组和rTMS治疗组。CPP模型组与rTMS治疗组通过交替注射吗啡和生理盐水建立CPP模型;对照组皮下注射等量生理盐水替代吗啡。在成功建立CPP模型的基础上,rTMS治疗组采用频率为1Hz的低频脉冲磁场进行治疗,每天治疗15min,连续7d;CPP模型组进行假电磁刺激操作;对照组不作任何处理。在rTMS治疗后分别检测三组小鼠的CPP表达并进行比较。结果显示在rTMS治疗的前3d内,rTMS治疗组小鼠的CPP值显著低于CPP模型组（P < 0.01）,且维持在相对稳定的范围内。结果表明1Hz rTMS能有效抑制吗啡依赖小鼠的CPP表达,可能成为戒毒治疗的新方法。
