Pharmacodynamic profile of CQP 201-403, a novel 8α-amino-ergoline

Summary The profile of action in animals of CQP 201-403, a novel 8-amino-ergoline, is in most aspects that of a very potent dopaminomimetic, both as a prolactin secretion inhibitor, and at the levels of the CNS and the cardiovascular system. Qualitatively CQP 201-403 differs slightly from bromocriptine and apomorphine in its effects on the CNS (no influence on serotonin metabolism in the rat cortex; induction of masculine mounting behavior in rats) and the cardiovascular system of the dog (reflex tachycardia in response to a blood-pressure fall). In man the new compound proved to be highly active in lowering prolactin serum levels and to be more potent than bromocriptine (Parlodel^®).In memory of Dr Annemarie Closse, who died 14 June 1987.     

Bovine microvascular endothelial cells of separate morphology differ in growth and response to the action of interferon-γ

Five cell types recently isolated from the bovine corpus luteum differed in their epithelioid morphology and their cytoskeleton, but shared common criteria of microvascular endothelial cells^1,2. To give strong evidence for the separate entity, the growth rate of the 5 phenotypically different cells was studied. They were seeded at low density on day 0. Most of these cells were treated with 200 to 1000 U recombinant bovine interferon- (IFN-) for 3 days. The untreated remainder served as controls. Cell counts were made for all cultures on days 4, 7, 10 and 13. morphology: 13 d after treatment with IFN- senescent cells as well as intact cells occurred in cultures of cell types 1 to 4. Cultures of cell type 5 were apparently unchanged and resembled their untreated counterparts. Desminpositive cells in cultures of cell type 2 developed cell processes. Growth rate: In the absence of IFN-, the growth rate was high for cell types 3 and 4, moderate for cell type 1, and low for cell types 2 and 5. The presence of IFN- caused anti-proliferative effects. These were higher for cell types 3 and 4 than for cell types 1 and 2. IFN- could be cytotoxic on cell type 3. In contrast, the cytokine tended to support the cell growth of cell type 5. These findings substantiate the postulate that endothelial cells exhibiting separate morphology in culture also function differently.     

Z-QS01菌株对小球藻的生态学效应及对UV-B辐射的响应

利用生态毒理学方法研究了小球藻共栖Z-QS01菌株的生态学效应及对UV-B辐射的响应.结果表明:Z-QS01菌株通过分泌化学物质实现自我行为调节和对小球藻的抑制效应,Z-QS01菌株的密度和分泌到培养液中的化学物质的浓度是启动调节机制的必要条件;UV-B辐射增强显著影响Z-QS01菌株的群感效应,随UV-B辐射剂量的增加,Z-QS01菌株对小球藻的抑制效应降低.实验数据可为水产养殖业生态防病提供参考,并为揭示藻菌间相互作用机制提供有价值的参考资料.     

基于nRF24L01的无线传感网络应用研究

无线传感网络系统相对于传统网络系统有很多方面的优势.以温度监控为例,进行基于无线收发芯片nRF24L01的测温节点的硬件和软件设计.利用低功耗单片机MSP430 F2012进行控制,结合温度传感器DS18B20进行温度数据采集.本文对硬件部分设计各元件之间的连接,对软件部分以框图形式说明工作流程,介绍温度数据采集模块和数据无线收发模块的软件设计.实验表明,本文所设计系统功耗低,可靠性较高,具有一定的实用价值.     

基于nRF24L01的无线式模型车运动状态监控系统

寻迹智能模型车是机器人领域广泛研究的对象,本文以参加“飞思卡尔”杯全国大学生智能车竞赛的智能模型赛车为研究对象．设计了一种利用单片机和无线数据传输芯片构成的无线数据传输系统。该系统以nRF24L01无线传输芯片为核心,飞思卡尔16位单片机PC9S12XS128控制数据的发射。NetUSB-24L01无线接收,并通过USB接口将数据发送到上位机;上位机利用VC＋＋编写数据采集程序。对数据进行分析、优化,得到智能模型车运动状态中的相关参数和运动轨迹,进而提高模型车的行驶速度和操纵稳定性。该系统具有结构简单、工作稳定可靠、传输速率高、体积小、成本低、功耗低等特点。利用该无线收发系统,对模型车的运动状态和行驶轨迹进行数据采集、分析和优化后,在自制赛道测试时,智能模型车的运行时间缩短了11％。     

基于混匀配矿的露天矿山供应链建模与求解

从供应链角度出发,分析原矿配矿的生产特点,考虑生产任务和生产能力限制、库存平衡约束、资源消耗量限制以及质量指标等要求,以生产、运输、库存总成本最小、所获得净利润最大及质量品位偏差最小为目标建立了0-1混合整数规划数学模型.采用拉格朗日松弛(LR)算法对该模型进行求解.仿真实验结果表明,中规模算例LR算法可以在较快时间内获得可行解,大规模算例可以在CPLEX软件求不到解的情况下运用LR算法在可接受时间内得到可行解.最后对出矿点品位参数进行了灵敏度分析,品位的扰动对质量偏差以及总目标函数值有较大的敏感性.     

预变形对7N01铝合金力学性能及显微结构的影响

采用力学性能测量和显微结构表征和工艺调控等手段,系统研究了预变形加时效的组合工艺对7N01铝合金力学性能和显微结构的影响.研究表明:与单一的变形强化工艺和单一的时效强化工艺相比,合适的形变时效工艺能大幅提高材料的性能.本实验采用10%预变形后120℃再时效,合金的屈服强度可以达到430 MPa,抗拉强度可以达到470MPa,延伸率仍然保持在14%.随着预变形量的增加,合金的强度先上升后下降,采用过大的变形量反而不利于优化材料力学性能;变形引入的位错会对后续时效强化中纳米析出相颗粒的种类、尺寸和分布等产生关键作用,从而影响材料最终的综合力学性能.     

IITZ-01 activates NLRP3 inflammasome by inducing mitochondrial damage

NLRP3 inflammasome can be activated by a variety of pathogen activators (including components of bacteria, viruses and fungi) or “danger signals” (including abnormal metabolites and environmental components), so its activation mechanism is extremely complex. IITZ-01 is a lysosomotropic molecule that can disrupt lysosomal functions. We found that IITZ-01 can activate inflammasome at a low concentration. Then, we determined that IITZ-01 is a specific activator of NLRP3 inflammasome through inflammasome stimulation, ELISA, Western blot and other experiments. Mechanistically, NLRP3 inflammasome activation induced by IITZ-01 is independent of direct binding and ion flow but dependent on mitochondrial damage and mROS accumulation. This study suggests that a lysosomotropic compound can activate NLRP3 inflammasome by impairing mitochondrial functions.
