A non-peroxide norsesterterpene from a marine spongeHyrtios erecta

Summary A new norsesterterpene, hyrtial4, and known sesterterpenes,1–3, have been isolated from an anti-inflammatory active crude extract of the spongeHyrtios erecta.This sponge,Hyrtios (Heteronema) erecta Keller 1889, collected in 1980/81, from Tonga was extremely abundant in the Vava'u Is. Group.We thank Prof. R. Jacobs and his research group at UCSB for this data.     

Cleavage pattern in Oscarella species (Porifera,Demospongiae, Homoscleromorpha): transmission of maternal cells and symbiotic bacteria

The cleavage and the first stages of development of larvae in five Oscarella species, from the north-west Mediterranean, O. lobularis, O. tuberculata, O. imperialis, O. microlobata and Oscarella sp., are investigated. Eggs are isolecithal, and rich in yolk inclusions. The cleavage is holoblastic, equal and asynchronous. During cleavage, there is no central cavity (blastocoel). The result of cleavage is the formation of a solid morula constituted by equal blastomeres. The polarity of the blastomeres is not expressed prior to the beginning of larva differentiation, i.e. approximately up to 64-cell stage. The superficial membrane of the blastomeres shows numerous filopodia which form blastomere contact. Symbiotic bacteria and cells with inclusions of the maternal mesohyl are present in the intercellular spaces of the embryo from the beginning of cleavage. Whereas maternal symbiotic bacteria are present in the embryo of the five species studied, maternal cells with inclusions are absent from two species (O. tuberculata and O. microlobata). The most original feature of early development in the genus Oscarella is the formation of a coeloblastula larva from a morula due to the progressive migration of the internal cells to the periphery.     

煤气化直接还原新工艺的研究

介绍了几种煤气化直接还原竖炉新工艺的工艺流程及其特点，通过分析对比论证，说明在我国采用富氧或全氧煤气化直接还原竖炉新工艺生产直接还原铁的必要性和可行性。     

海绵城市中生物滞留沟对路基水分场分布影响

随着城市化进程的不断加快,海绵城市作为一种新型的低影响开发理念,逐渐成为城市建设的趋势。就重庆某海绵城市试验路段为背景,研究海绵城市生物滞留沟对路基水分场的分布问题。在强降雨情况下,采用数值试验模型分析防渗膜半包情况下生物滞留沟对路基水分场的分布;再结合现场原位试验,采用高密度电法测量降雨前后电阻率分布,分析路基雨水下渗的分布规律。综合分析试验结果表明:该种路基结构形式能够满足海绵城市的吸、蓄、渗、净等要求。分析雨水下渗至路基的整个过程,得到路基水分场的分布情况;其中防渗膜对于降低雨水在车行道侧路基水分的增加起到关键作用。

Summary A novel bromine-containing pyrrole compound, hymenidin, has been isolated from the Okinawan marine spongeHymeniacidon sp. as a potent antagonist of serotonergic receptors and its structure elucidated using spectral data.     

固体燃料造气直接还原工艺技术试验研究

采用小型模拟生产性试验的办法，对富氧煤气化直接还原竖炉新工艺流程中的煤气成份Ｈ２含量及Ｈ２／（Ｈ２＋ＣＯ）最佳比值、还的气体流量、燃料层控制、富氧率、熔融状态炉渣的顺利排除、蒸汽（水）量及粉法挥发控制等问题，从理论与实践的结合方面进行了研究，为该工艺流程戒严性试验的设计和实现，及技术操作规程的制定提供依据。     

海绵肾(附2例报告及文献复习)

本文报告二例海绵肾,第一例因对它的特征性病变认识不足,误诊为多发性肾结石而进行了不必要的手术。另一例经保守治疗,恢复良好。本文结合国内外文献,对海绵肾的发病率、病理、临床症状和治疗作了讨论。对海绵肾的诊断主要根据尿路平片和高浓度大剂量排泄性尿路造影,能显示一种特征性的X线表现。现代治疗,除合并症以外保守疗法为主。

Summary A novel bromine-containing alkaloid, hymenin, has been isolated from the Okinawan marine spongeHymeniacidon sp. as a potent -adrenoceptor blocking agent and its structure determined to be1 on the basis of the spectral data.     

基于改进肯特指数法的物联网—海绵城市运营风险防控研究

随着物联网在经济社会各领域应用的拓展深化,物联网成为海绵城市智能化建设的有效手段。物联网与海绵城市建设的结合为海绵城市的发展带来新机遇的同时,也带来风险。本文重点研究物联网在海绵城市运营阶段的风险评估问题,对物联网—海绵城市运营安全的系统构建层级进行了划分,并对每一层级的风险点进行具体分析;然后,基于肯特指数法,结合物联网—海绵城市风险点,提出了基于改进肯特指数法的物联网—海绵城市风险评价模型;最后将该模型运用到某物联网—海绵城市管理系统的风险评估案例中,进行效果验证。案例分析表明,该物联网—海绵城市的系统运营风险处于可接受水平,来自系统外部的主要风险因素为物联网病毒及自然灾害。
