来源不同的卵磷脂脂质体载药性能的研究

本文研究了三种不同来源的卵磷脂(蛋黄卵磷脂,大豆卵磷脂、猪脑卵磷脂)脂质体的重要载药性质:包封率、渗漏。进一步测定了三种脂质体的粘度分布,微粘度及氧化指数,並研究了脂质体结构参数与其载药性的关系。实验证明,三种卵磷脂中,蛋黄卵磷脂制成的脂质体药药性能最佳。     

Structural studies of a phosphatidyl serine-amorphous calcium phosphate complex

A phosphatidyl serine-amorphous calcium phosphate complex has been synthesized as a model of the matrix vesicle system that is associated with the induction of mineral deposition in bone, cartilage and dentine. The complex has been studied using a novel technique of subtractive extended X-ray absorption fine structure (EXAFS). This enables spectra of the components of the molecules to be subtracted from the complex so as to identify the sites of interaction. The results suggest there is a movement in the nitrogen atom of the phosphatidyl serine which approaches the calcium atom in the mineral phase. This interpretation would link the membrane structure of the vesicle to the structure of the mineral in a way that could explain some of its roles in biomineralization. 不同抗寒性的杜鹃品种叶片磷脂和脂肪酸组成差异性比较分析

分析了杜鹃两个不同抗寒性的栽培品种毛白杜鹃和西洋杜鹃叶片磷脂的主要组分和脂肪酸组成。杜鹃叶膜磷脂主要是磷脂酰胆碱（ＰＣ）、磷脂酰乙醇脂（ＰＥ）、磷脂酰甘油（ＰＧ）和磷脂酰肌醇（ＰＩ），脂肪酸组成主要是棕榈酸（１６：０）、反式－３－十六碳烯酸（１６：１（ｔ））、硬胆酸、油酸、亚油酸、亚麻酸。研究结果表明，叶片膜磷胆的脂肪酸不饱和度及磷脂酰甘油（ＰＧ）的饱和脂肪酸水平均与品种抗寒性相关。抗寒品种毛白杜     

胡麻卵磷脂质量的初步分析

文章对利用无机盐沉淀法从胡麻磷脂中提取的卵磷脂进行了初步的质量分析。采用薄层色谱法及化学反应对胡麻卵磷脂进行了定性鉴别,鉴别结果表明胡麻卵磷脂主要成分是磷脂酰胆碱(PC);对胡麻卵磷脂进行了酸值、碘值、丙酮不溶物、乙醇可溶物四项质量指标的检查,检查结果表明达到国家标准;采用磷钼蓝比色法(GB5537-85)对胡麻卵磷脂进行了含磷量的测定,测得胡麻卵磷脂的含磷量为2.94%,超过国家标准(P≥2.70%)。
