从好莱坞影片《花木兰》入手，结合东西方化语境，对艺作品中常见的“女扮男装”叙事模式及其二重性进行辩证透视，从而肯定性别批评有助于我们超越固有思维定势去发现新的作品世界。     

东方百合切花栽培基质及营养配方研究

选用Sorbonne、Siberia和Marco Polo3个东方百合品种，在3种基质中用5种营养配方进行切花栽培。结果：自配营养配方3号适用于Sorbonne品种和Marco Polo品种，自配营养配方2号适用于Siberia品种；两种营养配方均可代替澳绿肥和花多多8号；张掖草炭混合基质最适用于3个东方百合品种切花栽培。

《百合花》中叙述者"我"的重要作用

《百合花》主要刻画的是小通讯员与新媳妇之间的圣洁感情,但两者之间穿针引线的是小说叙事人“我”。从结构上说,两个主人公是被言说者,他们的心理世界是通过叙事者“我”的眼睛看出来或感受到的,小说使用的是外聚焦叙事法,叙述者“我”在结构上有举足轻重的地位和作用,“我”的叙事视角也新颖独特,匠心独运,令人耳目一新,回味不尽。     

Habitat-induced reciprocal transformation in the root phenotype of Oriental ginseng is associated with alteration in DNA methylation

Oriental ginseng is an important medicinal plant that grows in 2 major forms or ecotypes, wild and domesticated. Each form differs conspicuously in root phenotype, but can be converted from one type to another by habitat. Here we show that the habitat-induced transformation of ginseng root phenotype was accompanied by alteration in cytosine methylation at a large number of 5′-CCGG-3′ sites detected by the methylation-sensitive polymorphism (MSAP) marker. The collective CG and CHG methylation levels of all 4 landraces of the domesticated form were significantly lower than those of the wild form. Interestingly, artificially transplanted ginseng plants recreated in both directions the methylation levels (at least in CHG) of their natural counterparts. The methylation differences between the 2 ginseng ecotypes were validated at 2 isolated MSAP loci bearing homology to a 5S rRNA gene or a copia retrotransposon. Our results implicate a link between epigenetic variation and habitat-induced phenotypic flexibility in Oriental ginseng.     

Seven new species of the genus Pseudostegana (Diptera: Drosophilidae) from South-west China,with DNA barcoding information

Seven new species of the genus Pseudostegana are discovered from South China: P. latiapicula sp. nov., P. nannanae sp. nov., P. bingxueae sp. nov., P. husaensis sp. nov., P. linyongi sp. nov., P. montipagana sp. nov., and P. sigangli sp. nov.; the first two new species belong to the P. latiparma species group, and the rest belong to the P. zonaria species group. The DNA sequences of the mitochondrial cytochrome c oxidase subunit I (COI) gene with BOLD Process ID and GenBank accession numbers are provided for the seven new species and 10 known species from southern China: P. acutifoliolata Li, Gao and Chen, 2010; P. angustifasciata Chen and Wang, 2005, P. bifasciata Chen, Toda and Wang, 2005, P. bilobata Li, Gao and Chen, 2010; P. insularis Li, Gao and Chen, 2010; P. latifasciata Chen, Toda and Wang, 2005, P. minutipalpata; P. nitidifrons Chen and Wang, 2005, P. pallidemaculata Chen and Wang, 2005 and P. silvana. Ten new species of the subgenus Stegana (Steganina) are described from southern to south-western China: S. (S.) convena sp. nov., S. (S.) cylindrica sp. nov., S. (S.) eurystoma sp. nov., S. (S.) hamata sp. nov., S. (S.) hirticeps sp. nov., S. (S.) latigena sp. nov., S. (S.) planiceps sp. nov., S. (S.) rhomboica sp. nov., S. (S.) setivena sp. nov. and S. (S.) sphaerica sp. nov.
