CORBA系统事务处理的模拟和分析

事务处理对于建立可靠的CORBA应用系统是很统设计的原则.CORBA的一个重要的服务是OMG的提出了对象事务处理服务OTS(ObjectTransaction Service),负责将事务处理与对象在ORB层上结合.事务成为分布式对象系统中恢复、一致性、并发的基本单位.用着色时序Petri网模拟和分析CORBA环境下的事务处理.     

OTS修饰的酞菁锌薄膜晶体管

制备并提纯了酞菁锌(ZnPc)有机场效应晶体管,该薄膜器件以具有大π键的ZnPc作为载流子传输有源层,以自制的热生长SiO2膜层作为晶体管的栅绝缘层,经长链两亲分子十八烷基三氯硅烷(OTS)修饰以后,具有复合双绝缘层的结构.测试结果显示:以此为基础制备的器件具有良好的I-V输出特性,OTS/SiO2复合双绝缘层的器件结构能有效改进有机薄膜晶体管的性能.     

Tribological properties of OTS self-assembled monolayers

Octadecyltrichlorosilane (OTS) self-assembled monolayers (SAMs) were prepared on the substrates of silicon and glass. The tribological properties were tested with a self-made point-contact pure sliding micro tribometer. The effect of humidity on the tribological properties of both OTS SAMs and the naked substrates were studied. When the substrate is covered by OTS monolayer, the friction coefficient is reduced from 0.5 to 0.1 and the stick-slip phenomenon is weakened. OTS monolayer can keep its friction coefficient steady in a wide range of humidity, because it is highly hy-drophobic and thus not sensitive to humidity. In addition, the OTS monolayer has a considerable anti-wear ability.     

基于J2EE分布事务处理的研究与编程

分布事务处理是开发大型企业应用软件的核心技术。首先介绍了X/O pen DTP模型、CORBA对象事务服务和Java事务服务相互关系,然后给出了Java事务服务体系结构。提出了基于J2EE分布事务处理编程模型。最后给出了基于J2EE分布事务处理两种编程技术及实现。     

基于时隙的光交换网络及其性能分析

为了降低光交换网络的网络阻塞率和提供面向连接的服务质量(QoS),提出了一种基于时隙交换机制的光时隙交换(OTS)网络.光波长在时域内被分割成一系列固定长度的细小时隙槽以承载数据,时隙成为最基本的交换粒度,并采用控制信道和数据信道相分离的网络运行机制.相对于传统光突发交换(OBS)网络,OTS技术能提供稳定的面向连接的QoS.仿真结果表明OTS技术相对于OBS技术在降低网络阻塞方面具有显著优势.     

Fabrication of gold nanoelectrodes based on nanolithography electrochemically through a conductive AFM tip

Gold nanoelectrodes were fabricated by approach of combining surface self-assembly with nanolithography electrochemically through a conductive AFM tip. The controllahle structure with width and distance in nanometer as a template was constructed by nanolithography patterning process, which was accomplished by a conductive AFM tip on certain highly ordered long-tail organosilane monolayers. Then through adsorption of Cd^2＋ and exposure of the Cd^2＋-loaded surface to gaseous H2S, CdS nanowires were generated in a template-controlled self-assembly process. Finally, metallic gold nanowires were conversed from CdS nanowires by treatment with the aqueous solution of HAuCl4 via a redox chemical process, which had good conductivity proved by C-AFM.     

基于图像量测的光学触摸式测量系统的研发

基于现有测量系统的基础上,创造性的开发出光学触摸式的测量系统(Optical Touching system).新开发的系统的精度较以往系统有了一定程度的提高.OTS系统具有操作方便的特点,它是利用数字图像技术对被测量物体的图像进行处理、分析、研究,以获得物体的尺寸、位置、数量、外形轮廓等参数.     

原油罐底污泥特性分析与资源回收实验研究

依据油罐底泥的成分及性质,选择低沸点溶剂油作为溶剂.以适当的溶剂-油罐底泥质量比萃取油罐底泥,通过离心的方式分离油分和污泥,并蒸馏回收溶剂,干化污泥.实验结果表明,当溶剂-油罐底泥质量比为0.8~1.0、离心力为700g、离心时间2,min、分离液蒸馏5,min、底层污泥干化2,h时,可得到较为理想的油分和可燃污泥,并有效回收溶剂.该研究经济效益明显,可行性较高,对于处理油罐底泥具有重要的应用价值.
