高铬钢碳化物晶内缺陷的STM及FFT分析

用扫描隧道显微镜（ＳＴＭ）观察了Ｃｒ１２合金中（ＣｒＦｅ）７Ｃ３碳化物的精细结构，证实其晶粒内部存在层错亚结构；并发现同一晶粒内存在几个沿不同位向排列的平行层错群，不同平行群间呈约９０°夹角。ＳＴＭ图象的快速Ｆｏｕｒｉｅｒ变换（ＦＦＴ）及逆变换（ＩＦＦＴ）结果表明，层错排列具有一定周期性。实验测得层错面间距为 ５０ ｎｍ。

评价高边坡断层的直接约束方法

为正确评价断层对于岩石高边坡安全稳定性的影响,采用接触力学的求解方法——直接约束法模拟断层的滑移和脱开等不连续行为。重点分析了岩体中断层不同的接触性状(如考虑断层与岩体的滑移脱开)。应用弹塑性有限元方法对彭水水电站船闸高边坡分步开挖过程进行了数值仿真分析。通过不模拟滑移脱开与模拟滑移脱开的对比研究,模拟滑移脱开后断层的变形和塑性区显著增大,在断层处变形较大以致于有滑坡的可能。该项研究在岩石高边坡稳定分析中具有重要的意义。     

A New Method for the Detections of Multiple Faults Using Binary Decision Diagrams

With the complexity of integrated circuits is continually increasing, a local defect in circuits may cause multiple faults. The behavior of a digital circuit with a multiple fault may significantly differ from that of a single fault. A new method for the detection of multiple faults in digital circuits is presented in this paper, the method is based on binary decision diagram （BDD）. First of all, the BDDs for the normal circuit and faulty circuit are built respectively. Secondly, a test BDD is obtained by the XOR operation of the BDDs corresponds to normal circuit and faulty circuit. In the test BDD, each input assignment that leads to the leaf node labeled 1 is a test vector of multiple faults. Therefore, the test set of multiple faults is generated by searching for the type of input assignments in the test BDD. Experimental results on some digital circuits show the feasibility of the approach presented in this paper.

Experimental study on patterns of fault interaction

Based on the data of strain field, fault slip and acoustic emission during the deformation of some fault models, the fault interaction patterns are studied. The experiments reveal four patterns of fault interaction, i.e. static promotion or delay of earthquake, creep triggering, dynamic triggering and dynamic loading-relaxation. Promotion and delay of earthquake caused by fault interaction and mechanical property of fault combinations are preliminarily analyzed from the perspective of series and parallel connection of faults, and the relationship between patterns of fault interaction and mechanical and material properties of fault is discussed.
