粗糙集理论中粗糙函数定义的改进及粗糙导数性质的证明

对二元、n元粗糙函数、k阶粗糙导数的定义进行了改进,给出了一元、二元粗糙导数的性质,并对一元、二元、n元粗糙导数的性质给出了较详细的证明.     

Indoxyl derivatives of drug metabolites

Summary Indoxyl derivatives were detected as minor products among the urinary metabolites of two trial drugs, a benzodiazepine (GP 55 129) and a benzophenone (CGP 11 952). Their structures were elucidated by NMR and mass spectroscopy. Presumably, metabolites containing potential aldehyde functions react spontaneously with endogenous indoxyl. Such derivatives have not hitherto been encountered in drug metabolism.     

Photoconductivity of fullerene derivatives

Two fullerene derivatives (compounds 1 and 2) have been synthesized. Their redox properties have been measured by cyclic voltammetry. The photoconductivities of poly(N_vinylcarbazo_le) (PVK) doped with fullerene and with their derivatives have been studied to explore the possible relationship between the reductibility of fullerenes and the photoconductivity of fullerenes_doped PVK. The charge generation efficiencies of PVK doped with fullerene and with its derivatives have changed remarkably: the diversity of charge generation efficiency is obvious in different doping systems. The result indicates that there is charge transfer between fullerenes and PVK.     

吖啶酮类衍生物的合成及其电学性质研究

由取代苯胺和邻氯苯甲酸合成了7个吖啶酮类衍生物,用循环伏安法测出它们各自的电势,发现所合成的吖啶酮类衍生物都比常用的电子传输材料2-(4-联苯基)-5-(叔丁苯基)-1,3,4-二唑(PBD)容易被还原,具有较高的电子亲和势.     

嘧啶环二炔氮桥C60衍生物的合成及非线性光学性质

合成了嘧啶环二炔氮桥C₆₀衍生物C₆₀NPD ,研究了在532nm、脉宽 8ns条件下的非线性光学特性。通过Z-扫描实验发现C₆₀NPD有很强的非线性吸收和非线性折射,并获得了三阶非线性光学系数χ⁽³⁾ 。同时也研究了光限幅特性，实验结果表明C₆₀NPD有较低的光限幅箝位值。     

Synthesis of glucoside compounds of ferrocenyl phenols and their antianemic activity

Six glucoside compounds have been synthesized by means of phase-transfer catalytic method and deacetylation from the starting material ferrocene. Their structures have been confirmed by elementary analysis, IR,¹HNMR and MS. The antianemic activities of some compounds have also been tested. Results indicate that these glucoside compounds possess the antianemic activities and therefore, the further study is well worth making. 变色酸偶氮类试剂是近年来光度分析研究中应用最为广泛的有机显色剂之一．本文综述了其合成方法及其在光度分析中的分析特点和应用．     

超声激活血卟啉对在体艾氏腹水肉瘤的抑制

利用频率为2.0 MHz,强度为5.0 W/cm2的超声激活血卟啉对在体小鼠艾氏腹水瘤细胞 进行了抑癌作用研究.通过对一次和多次处理的肿瘤体积和重量变化趋势的研究,发现声动力疗法 对艾氏腹水瘤细胞增殖有显著抑制作用,且多次处理比一次处理效果更为明显.     

4-甲基伞形内酯衍生物的合成与生物活性研究

4-甲基伞形内酯(4-甲基-7-羟基香豆素,1)是一种具有重要生物活性的香豆素类天然产物.本文以间苯二酚和乙酰乙酸乙酯为原料,经Pechmann反应合成4-甲基伞形内酯(1).然后以4-甲基伞形内酯(1)为底物,分别经Mannich反应、乙酰化、Fries重排、O-甲基化、Baeyer-Villiger氧化、O-异戊烯基化和Claisen重排等反应步骤,合成了一系列4-甲基伞形内酯衍生物2~10.并对所合成的化合物进行了人宫颈癌Hela细胞的抑制活性测试,结果发现新化合物4-甲基5-异戊烯基-8-羟基-7-甲氧基香豆素(10)对Hela细胞的抑制活性(IC50=28.58μmol/L),高于阳性对照药物顺铂(IC50=41.25μmol/L),具有进一步研究开发的价值.     

非线性分数阶微分方程系统正解的存在性和唯一性

首先应用耦合不动点定理及耦合的下、上拟解方法证明非线性分数阶微分方程系统正耦合拟解的存在性,然后应用耦合不动点定理证明其正解的唯一性.
