一个计算金属半径的近似公式

本文提出一个计算金属原子半径新的近似公式，并计算了５８种金属的原子半径，其结果与实验测定值非常接近。     

文昌鱼酸性磷酸酯酶金属辅基初探

从厦门文昌鱼Branchiostoma belcheri(Gray)分离提纯酸性磷酯酶(EC3.1,3.2),进一步经Sephadex G-75和羧甲基纤维素(CM-52)柱层析纯化,获得聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳单一纯酶制剂,比活力为351μm/min mg。酶液吸收峰在280nm,320nm,500nm,表现出含铁离子蛋白的特征吸收峰,用原子吸收法和化学法(邻啡绕啉比色法)分析,证明了文昌鱼酸性磷酸酯酶(ACPase)含有铁离子;还原剂Na_2S_2O_4处理浓度提高,酶活力及荧光强度下降,280nm和500nm峰下降,320nm峰消失,以Na_2S_2O_4测定ACPase失活和变性速度常激,结果表明,Na_2S_2O_4的失活常数大于变性带数。     

Towards mass applications: A review on the challenges and developments in metallic bipolar plates for PEMFC

The industrial applications of proton exchange membrane fuel cell (PEMFC) technology have attracted tremendous capitals and research attention in the last ten years. However, there are still many bottlenecking problems before the progress triumphs. Among them, a core challenge is the improvement of bipolar plates (BPs). As a key component of PEMFC, the BPs undertake the crucial functions of distributing reactant gases and cooling medium, collecting the electricity generated, exporting waste products, etc. Due to the unique advantages of ultra-thin, high strength, easy-to-mass-produce, etc., metallic BPs have been considered as the promising solution for the automotive and aerospace application scenarios with a strong requirement of power density. However, many challenges remain to be conquered in metallic BPs to fully meet all the requirements in those industrial applications such as corrosion, toxic ion emission and fabrication. The aim of this work is to provide an overview of the important researches in recent years dealing with the most critical problems of metallic BPs before industrial applications. The future studying directions in material and processing methods development are also given towards the wide application of metallic BP PEMFCs.     

超导状态对金属压缩率的影响

本文对于超导金属的体弹模量进行了定量的model计算,具体讨论了铅、铟及金属氢由于超导状态所引起的金属压缩率的变化。     

金属材料在交变磁场中热效率分析——电磁灶锅具热效率研究

高效电磁发热材料可以提高电磁灶发热效率,达到节能降耗的作用。提高发热效率的主要途径是研制或寻找相对磁导率高的材料。材料热效率与厚度有一定关系。     

《先进材料合成与制备》课程的教改与实践——基于"DFA"一体化理念的教改探索

＂DFA＂一体化理念是指将材料设计（Design）、材料制造（Fabrication）以及材料应用（Application）（简称DAF）三者统一的人才培养理念.基于此,我们对《先进材料合成与制备》这门专业选修课的教学内容和教学方式进行了改革和实践,结果表明,＂DFA＂一体化理念遵循了材料科学的内在联系与规律,具有良好的实践效果,值得推广.     

Influence of clusters in melt on the subsequent glass-formation and crystallization of Fe–Si–B metallic glasses

The liquid structure of seven representative Fe–Si–B alloys has been investigated by ab initio molecular dynamics simulation focusing on the role of clusters in terms of glass-forming ability(GFA) and crystallization. It is demonstrated that the type of primary phase precipitated from amorphous state under heat treatment is determined by the relative fraction and role of various clusters in melt. The alloy melt shows higher stability and resultantly larger GFA when there is no dominant cluster or several clusters coexist, which explains the different GFAs and crystallization processes at various ratios of Si and B in the Fe–Si–B system. The close correlation among clusters, crystalline phase and GFA is also studied.     

用溅射方法制备金属超微粒

研究了一种制备金属超微粒的新物理方法——溅射法.介绍了该方法的装置并阐明了其基本物理原理.通过Ag、Au超微粒的制备及其透射电子显微镜和X射线衍射仪观察与分析表明,用此法可制备纳米量级的球形金属结晶超徽粒.     

基于PDMS自组装褶皱结构的近红外亚波长金属偏振光栅设计分析

提出一种以聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)为基底,结合氧气等离子体氧化处理在PDMS表面生成类二氧化硅刚性层,通过聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)柔性薄膜谐调应力在柔性衬底/刚性薄膜的表面自组装形成有序结构的方法。并制备了周期450 nm、占空0.5、高度100 nm的有序的亚波长正弦光栅结构,以此为基底设计了可用于近红外的金属偏振光栅。结合不同的金属纳米薄膜沉积方法,以严格耦合波理论为分析基础,分析了这三种光栅在近红外波段的偏振性能。分析结果表明,金属层的结构对光栅的偏振性能影响很大,三种结构各有优劣。这种基于自组装结构的加工方法有望解决亚波长金属光栅生产周期长、生产成本高的问题。     

含铌基体钢过冷奥氏体等温转变的研究

用膨胀法配合显微组织分析研究了含铌基体钢6Cr4W3Mo2VNb(简称65Nb钢)的过冷奥氏体等温转变.探讨了珠光体转变出现两个“鼻温”的问题.对不同温度下转变产物的显微组织作了初步分析.本文还研究了铌对基体钢转变动力学的影响.
