中国云南的大理赤蜻,新种(蜻蜓目:蜻科)

该文记述新种大理赤晴Sympetrum daliensis sp.n.:正模(?),配模(?),副模1(?)1(?),云南省,大理,苍山,1998-Ⅶ-26,毛本勇(大理师专)采.模本存大理师专及山西大学.该新种与S.risi相似,主要差异是S.risi的翅胸背面缺背条纹.     

基于COII全基因序列对蜻科部分昆虫的分子系统发育分析(蜻蜓目:差翅亚目)

通过设计蜻蜓目COII全基因的非特异性引物,获得蜻科5亚科15属21种蜻蜓的21条COII基因全序列.采用Clustal X(1.8),MEGA 2.1,Phylip 3.6以及MrBayes 3.0等生物学软件对其进行分子系统学研究,结果显示,①蜻科COII的A+T含量非常低(69%),这与蜻蜓目是一比较原始类群的观点相一致;②蜻科COII全序列均含有2个半胱氨酸,这一点有别于其他类群;③各属内的种类基本聚在一起,大黄赤蜻与红蜻近缘而远离赤蜻属,褐蜻属与赤蜻属近缘,曲缘蜻亚科与赤蜻亚科近缘;④斜痣蜻亚科的进化速度相对较慢,蜻亚科与赤蜻亚科的进化速度稍快.     

New Cenozoic dragonflies from the Most Basin and Středohoří Complex volcanic area (Czech Republic,Germany)

Discovery of new dragonflies from Oligocene and Miocene deposits of the Most Basin and ?eské St?edoho?í Complex volcanic area in northern Bohemia and Saxony (Germany) is reported. Aeshna zlatkokvaceki sp. nov. is the first described dragonfly from early Miocene salmon-pink baked clays of ?elénky near Duchcov. Its fore wing venation pattern seems to be closely related to that of Aeshna turoliana Riou and Nel, 1995, known from late Miocene of La Montagne d’Andance in Ardèche, France, and Aeshna solida Scudder, 1890, known from late Eocene of Florissant in Colorado, USA. A new occurrence of a libellulid dragonfly ?Onychothemis rihai in the Libkovice Member of Most Basin confirms the links to the Cypris Formation in Sokolov and Cheb basins reflecting similar habitats as was already shown on the basis of reconstructed palaeovegetation and shared thermophilous and accessory floristic elements. Other fragmentary fossil material from different localities are discussed.

基于线粒体细胞色素b基因序列的蜻亚科部分种类分子系统学研究(蜻蜓目:蜻科)

通过PCR及PCR产物的直接测序技术,测定了蜻蜓目蜻科蜻亚科的灰蜻属、宽腹蜻属和蜻属共7种蜻蜓的线粒体DNA细胞色素b基因的部分核苷酸序列（长度为576bp）,探讨了蜻亚科的分子系统学．在所有序列中A＋T平均含量较高,为70．2％,而氨基酸密码子第3位点的A＋T平均含量最高,为85．4％．多态住点数为180个,占总位点数的31．25％,显示出DNA序列变异丰富．基于邻接法、最大简约法和贝叶斯法的分子系统发生,分析结果支持灰蜻属是较进化的类群,宽腹蜻属次之,蜻属是相对分化较早、较古老的类群,这3个属的关系是蜻属→宽腹蜻属→灰蜻属。     

十二种蜻蜓阳茎的扫描电镜观察

应用扫描电子显微镜和光学体现显微镜研究了蜻科１２属１２种的阳茎。这１２种蜻蜓２分别是：异多多纹ｅｉｅｌｉａ ｐｈａｏｎＳｅｌｙｓ，玉带蜻Ｐｓｕｅｄｏｔｈｅｍｉｓ ｚｏｎａｔａ Ｂｕｒｍｅｉｓｔｅｒ，黄翅蜻Ｂｒａｃｈｙｔｈｅｍｉｓ ｃｏｎｔａｍｉｎａｔａ Ｆａｂｒｉｃｉｕｓ，斜痣蜻Ｔｒａｍｅａ ＶｉｒｇｉｎｉａＲａｍｂｅｒ，晓褐蜻Ｔｒｉｔｈｅｍｉｓ ａｕｒｏｒａＢｕｒｍｅｉｓｔｅｒ，锥腹蜻Ａｃｉｓｏ
