在LH模型下研究e~+e~-→τ~+μ~-过程

最小Higgs模型(LH模型)中由于镜像轻子和标准模型(SM)轻子之间存在味改变耦合,会对τ+μ-Z(γ)顶角产生单圈贡献,从而使e~+e~-→τ~+μ~-过程的截面增加,这一效应能被实验探测到.利用LH模型研究了e~+e~-→τ~+μ~-过程,在Mathematica 7.0中通过调用High Energy Physics和Loop Tools,经过复杂计算得到其截面σ.通过这类过程探讨LH模型的效应.     

Comparison of the time courses of luteinizing hormone (LH) secretion rates during continuous stimulation by LH-releasing hormone (LH-RH) in vivo and in vitro

Summary The patterns of LH secretion during constant stimulation of the pituitary glands of estradiol-treated ovariectomized rats with a maximally stimulating amount of LH-RH in vivo and in vitro correspond with each other qualitatively and quantitatively. In vitro the changes with time of the LH secretion rate are somewhat retarded, especially the occurrence of desensitization.     

Excited-state dynamics in light-harvesting complex of Rhodobacter sphaeroides

Photodynamics of peripheral antenna complexes, light-harvesting complex （LH2） of Rhodobacter （Rb） Sphaeroides 601, was studied using femtosecond pump-probe technique at different laser wavelengths. The obtained results reveal dramatic dynamical evolutions within B800 and B850 absorption bands of antenna complexes LH2. At excitation wavelength around 835 nm, a sharp photobleaching signal was observed which was assigned to the contribution of the two-exciton state, which was further confirmed by the power dependence measurement. Rate equations with eight-level scheme were used to calculate the population evolution in LH2 and the transient dynamics under femtosecond pulse excitation. The research results prove that not only the transition from ground state to one-exciton state but also that from one-exciton state to two-exciton state contribute to the photodynamics of B850.     

Clomiphene citrate can mimic the augmentative (positive) but not the depressing (negative) effect of estradiol on the LHRH-stimulated release of LH and FSH by the pituitary gland of the long-term ovariectomized rat

Summary In the long-term ovariectomized rat, both estradiol benzoate (EB) and clomiphene citrate enhance the release of LH induced by luteinizing hormone-releasing hormone (LHRH). EB also enhances the release of FSH. In rats pretreated with LHRH, EB strongly depresses the LHRH-induced LH/FSH release, but clomiphene enhances this release, regardless of the presence of EB.     

Effect of in vivo pre-treatment with oestradiol and either GnRH,GnRH agonistic analog or GnRH antagonistic analog on GnRH-stimulated secretion of LH in vitro

Summary In vivo treatment with GnRH or with GnRH agonistic analog (AG), but not with GnRH antagonistic analog (ANT), depleted the LH stores of the rat pituitary gland. This depletion was potentiated by oestradiol. Oestradiol augmented the in vitro LH response of the pituitary gland to GnRH. This augmenting effect of oestradiol became smaller with increasing rates of in vivo administration of GnRH or AG, but not with ANT. With respect to both depletion of the LH stores and suppression of the augmenting effect of oestradiol, AG ist about 20 times as potent as GnRH.     

提高绵羊受胎率的研究——应用LH提高受胎率的试验

选择临床健康的繁殖适龄母羊９０只（试验羊４０只，对照５０只）进行本研究。试验羊在自然发情人工授精的同时肌注ＬＨ１００ＩＵ，结果表明：试验羊情期受胎率为９５％，总受胎率为９５％，二者均显著地高于对照组母羊的受胎率（情期受胎率８０％，总受胎率８６％）（Ｐ〈０．０５）。     

交配次数对发情猫排卵和血清LH的影响

研究了雌猎交配次数，排卵与血清ＬＨ的关系，用放射免疫方法对不爬跨，爬跨不交配，１－４次交配和自由交配的雌猎试验前后血清ＬＨ和孕酮含量进行了测定。结果表明：不爬跨猎血清ＬＨ不增加，不排卵。爬跨不交配猎血清ＬＨ虽稍有升高，但仍无排卵。交配１次，２次的猫，排卵者分别占５０％和１００％。１次和多次交配的家猫在０．１７，１，４，８，１２ｈ的血甭ＬＨ水平表明在交首交配后１ｈ达到高峰；随交配次数的增加明显升高。     

凝析气井泡排剂LH1的泡沫性能研究与应用

针对凝析气田特有的泡排剂携液和持液两种情况,对比分析了泡排剂LH1和泡排剂UT11C的动态性能,从泡排剂的抗高温性能、抗高矿化度性能、抗高凝析油性能对比分析泡排剂LH1和国内常用的几种泡排剂的泡沫静态性能,提出了综合考虑泡沫的起泡性能、稳泡性能、携液量和持液率因素优选泡排剂LH1的方法。设计了泡排剂LH1的凝析气井的现场应用的施工方案并在凝析气井中进行现场施工。泡排剂LH1现场应用效果良好。     

Similarity between the effects of suprachiasmatic nuclei lesions and of pinealectomy on gonadotropin release in ovariectomized,sulpiride-treated and melatonin-replaced rats

The aim of this study was to compare the effects of pineal indole treatments on LH and FSH release in pinealectomized and suprachiasmatic lesioned and ovariectomized rats rendered hyperprolactinemic by acute sulpiride treatment. pinealectomy or suprachiasmatic nuclei lesions in female rats both decreased plasma LH and FHS at 10, but not at 20 d after surgery, whereas the daily afternoon administration of melatonin effectively restored levels of both gonadotropins to control values. In ovariectomized rats, pinealectomy or suprachiasmatic nuclei lesions were ineffective in counteracting the high plasma levels of LH and FSH. However, sulpiride treatment in both pinealectomized and suprachiasmatic nuclei lesioned and castrated female rats significantly decreased the levels of LH and FSH, an effect which was counteracted by daily afternoon melatonin administration. Other pineal indoles tested, i.e., 5-hydroxy- and 5-methoxytryptophol, were ineffective in regulating gonadotropin levels. The results suggest that the pineal gland, through its hormone melatonin, can modulate gonadotropin secretion by acting on a dopamine mechanism independent of hypothalamic suprachiasmatic areas.
