关于广义L-S-KKM映象的性质

作为研究非线性领域中很多问题的重要工具，Lin和Chang引入了一类S-KKM映象，证明了若干S-KKM映象的性质．本文在L-凸空间中建立了广义L-S-KKM映象，讨论了广义L-S-KKM映象的性质，并且证明了L-S-KKM集族是KKM集族的真推广．作为应用还得到了L-凸空间中的一个不动点定理．改进和推广了广义S-KKM映象的相关性质．     

L-(-)-酒石酸柱撑水滑石的插层组装及超分子结构

用返混沉淀方法实现了L-(-)-酒石酸柱撑水滑石(LDHs)超分子结构手性层柱材料的插层组装, 得到结晶度高、晶相单一,且L-(-)-酒石酸在层间有序排列的超分子结构手性层柱材料.用X射线衍射、红外光谱及差热分析表征了超分子结构手性层柱材料的结构.     

解非线性方程组的牛顿－AOR方法

研究了解非线性方程组的牛顿－ＡＯＲ方法，对矩阵Ｆ＇（ｘ￣＊）是ＩＩ－矩阵、Ｌ－矩阵和不可约对角占优矩阵等情况给出了若干新的便于应用的收敛性定理，结果表明，可以放宽有关定理对迭代参数的限制。     

Blocking of lectin-like adhesion molecules on pulmonary cells inhibits lung sarcoma L-1 colonization in BALB/c-mice

Summary Adhesion and inhibition experiments with pulmonary cells of BALB/c-mouse origin and syngeneic sarcoma L-1 cells indicated that L-fucose specific lectin-like adhesion molecules, presumably situated on pulmonary cell surfaces are (at least partly) responsible for the specificity of this cell-cell interaction. Addition of specific sugars and glycoconjugates (L-fucose and fucoidan, respectively) to the incubation medium evidently inhibited the adhesion process as quantified using radiolabelled tumor cells. Unspecific carbohydrates (e.g. D-galactose) did not affect the cellular interaction. In vivo, repeated administration of fucoidan (but not of unspecific glycoconjugates) significantly inhibited the settling of metastatic sarcoma L-1 cells in the lungs of BALB/c-mice. Therefore, when lectin-like adhesion molecules on pulmonary cells were blocked with competitive glycoconjugates, tumor cell colonization of the lung could be significantly inhibited.     

谷氨酸氧化酶粗品的制备,性质及应用

谷氨酸氧化酶发酵液经（ＨＮ４）２ＳＯ４沉淀后用透析法获得酶粗品。利用ＧＯ测定谷氨酸发酵液中谷氨酸的含量与传统的瓦氏法结果一致，相关系数为０．９８６，相关方程为：ｙ－０．９２８ｘ＋０．１２７（其中ｙ，ｘ分别表示氧化酶法与瓦氏法测定的值）。且这种方法比瓦氏法方便、简单、分析成本低、耗时少。利用ＧＯ法测定血清中谷草转氨酶和谷丙转氨酶的含量，与传统的试剂盒法比较，相关系数分别为０．９７８、０．９８４，相关     

Y-152和K-156在果蝇ADH催化中的作用

果蝇醇脱氢酶酪氨酸－１５２（Ｙ－１５２）和赖氨酸－１５６（Ｋ－１５６）处于同类脱氢酶的保守位点。经人工定点突变和酶动力学分析,前者的苯丙氨酸（Ｙ１５２Ｆ）、组氨酸（Ｙ１５２Ｈ）和谷氨酸突变体（Ｙ１５２Ｅ）及后者的异亮氨酸突变体（Ｋ１５６Ｉ）均丧失催化活性。而半胱氨酸－１５２（Ｙ１５２Ｃ）及精氨酸－１５６（Ｋ１５６Ｒ）突变体活性分别是对应野生型的０．２５％和２．２％。此外,Ｙ１５２Ｃ和Ｋ１５６Ｒ的Ｋ     

环（L-丙-L-脯）二肽的合成

以L-(+)-丙氨酸和N-叔丁氧羰基-L-(+)-脯氨酸为原料,分别经中和、缩合、脱保护、环化反应后,以65.3%的总产率合成得到了新型催化剂环(L-丙-L-脯)二肽,结构经IR、1HNMR、13CNMR、元素分析等表征.     

活性炭纤维作电极的高级电化学氧化技术对直接深蓝L-3RB的矿化

以活性炭纤维作为新型电极,采用高级电化学氧化工艺(AEOPs)对直接深蓝L-3RB(DDBL-3RB)进行了矿化研究.AEOPs过程包含了两种不同的电化学过程--电Fenton和光电Fenton过程.60 mg/L的含50 mmol/L Na2SO4的DDBL-3RB溶液被用于矿化研究,结果表明光电Fenton过程具有最高的初始总有机碳去除率以及脱色率,这两种高级电化学氧化过程的机理都可以归结为Fe2 和电生H2O2反应所产生的羟基自由基对DDBL-3RB的矿化降解.     

Hydrogen sulfide induced by nitric oxide mediates ethylene-induced stomatal closure of <Emphasis Type="Italic">Arabidopsis thaliana</Emphasis>

Pharmacological, laser scanning confocal microscopic (LSCM), real-time PCR and spectrophotographic approaches are used to study the roles of hydrogen sulfide (H2S) and nitric oxide (NO) in signaling transduction of stomatal movement response to ethylene in Arabidopsis thaliana. In the present study, inhibitors of H2S synthesis were found to block ethylene-induced stomatal closure of Arabidopsis.
