当今,中国的农业问题已经被列为全党和全国人民的工作重点,已经引起了人们的高度重视。黑龙江省是全国的重要农业大省,在我国的农业发展中具有举足轻重的地位。为此全面、正确地分析黑龙江省农村在不同政策指导下的未来发展也就有着更重要的意义了。近些年来,人们根据实际的需要,已经进行了多项与这方面研究有关的研究工作。但在其研究中大多数是使用传统方法进行的。由于农村问题     

An overview of climate change impacts on the society in China

Society could sustain the impact of climate change by adapting to the change and mitigating risks from adverse effects of increasing changes, so that it can continue maintaining its prospect and improving wellbeing. Nevertheless, climate change is more or less affecting society's functions at different scales, including both individuals and communities. In this review, we discuss the relationship between society and climate change in China from the aspects of the needs at different socioeconomic developing stages. The relationship as well as the current spatial pattern and future risks of the climate change impacts on societies are summarized. The complexity of social and climatic systems leads to the spatial heterogeneity of climate impacts and risks in China. To more effectively leverage increasing knowledge about the past, we advocate greater cross-disciplinary collaboration between climate adaption, poverty alleviation and Nature-based Solutions (Nbs). That could provide decision makers with more comprehensive train of thoughts for climate policy making.     

低碳经济背景下中国制造业主导产业选择

目前,低碳经济作为一种新的发展模式,日益得到各国的重视,而低碳经济对区域制造业主导产业的选择提出了新的要求。在前人研究的基础上,设计了一个低碳经济背景下制造业主导产业选择的指标体系,并构建一个新的分析方法。进一步利用该指标体系和分析方法,对中国制造业主导产业进行了评价和选择。

以湖北汽车工业学院图书馆为例,就读者对图书馆服务的满意程度的问卷调查进行了综合分析,找出存在的问题,并针对问题提出若干意见。

低碳产业上市公司并购行为对公司劳动力需求的效应——基于动态面板数据的实证分析

以2003~2009年沪深两市发生并购的低碳产业上市公司的面板数据集为研究对象,通过构造动态面板数据模型,探究低碳产业上市公司并购对公司劳动力需求的影响。研究结果表明低碳产业上市公司并购有利于增加公司劳动力需求。本文研究不但从理论上丰富了并购的研究内容、拓展了研究范围,从实证上明确了并购对公司劳动力需求的影响关系,并且为相关政府部门合理制定就业政策提供了可行建议。     

促进知识产权商用化 助力产业转型升级

以台湾为例,对知识产权商用化经验进行分析,研究知识产权商用化对经济及产业转型升级的助推作用,为广东省政府部门积极推进知识产权商用化,促进广东产业转型升级提供参考建议。     

高科技产业入驻郑州航空港的选择标准系统研究

通过当前中国的51个航空港的产业布局现状了解现实中航空港选择产业布局的基本概况,并依此为据了解航空港区产业选择的基础性评价工具与方法,从而了解郑州航空港产业布局的基本思路。以高科技产业为例,重点分析郑州航空港对高科技产业的需求,高科技产业入驻航空港的优势以及高科技产业入驻郑州航空港的选择标准。     

对内蒙古高新技术产业经济效益的分析

运用经济效益综合指数,对内蒙古自治区高新技术产业与传统产业进行了对比分析,从根本上说明大力发展高新技术产业,加大用高新技术改造传统产业的力度,是内蒙古自治区产业调整、结构优化和产业发展的必由之路。同时,针对高新技术产业发展中存在的一些问题,提出一些观点和看法。

第三产业是一个国家或地区国民经济不可缺少的组成部分,德阳市作为四川省最活跃的经济区域之一,其第三产业发展状况具有鲜明的德阳特色,研究德阳第三产业发展的历史轨迹、发展趋势、行业构成及与相关地区的比较,有利于了解德阳的产业结构和区域结构的发展规律,便于制定反映德阳地方特色推动德阳产业高级化的产业政策。
