海糖平改善小鼠脂质代谢紊乱作用研究

研究射干茎叶提取物-海糖平（HTP）对高脂饲料诱导的小鼠脂代谢紊乱的改善作用. ICR小鼠连续12周高脂饲料喂养诱发脂质代谢紊乱. 造模成功后分别灌胃给予海糖平50,100,200 mg/kg BW,治疗4周,并以吉非罗齐胶囊（100 mg/kg BW）作为阳性对照药. 治疗结束后检测肝脏和血清中甘油三酯（TG）、总胆固醇（TC）含量,附睾脂肪组织重量等指标,同时做肝脏组织病理检查. 结果显示海糖平能够降低肝脏中TG、TC水平及血清中TG水平,减轻附睾脂肪组织重量,减少肝细胞中脂滴的蓄积. 证实海糖平具有改善高脂饲料喂养小鼠的血清和肝脏中脂质代谢紊乱的作用.      

HTP捕收剂煤泥浮选实验研究

传统煤泥浮选用煤油作为捕收剂,油耗大、效率低.选取一种煤焦油深加工副产品(洗油类)作为捕收剂,对新一和铁东两煤样进行浮选实验,并从接触角、润湿热及红外光谱的角度分析HTP捕收剂的作用效果.结果表明:HTP捕收剂用于新一、铁东煤样浮选,与煤油相比,精煤产率分别提高了2.49％、2.76％,精煤灰分分别降低了1.56％、1.42％;HTP捕收剂与新一、铁东煤样作用的接触角分别比煤油与煤样作用的接触角增加1.18°、1.09°,润湿热分别提高0.911 2、0.755 0J/g.该捕收剂含有芳烃、烯烃及甲基萘等杂极性物质,表面活性高,选择性稳定,是一种可靠的浮选药剂.     

Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of X80 HTP Pipeline Steel Produced by Steckel Mill

The demand for energy becomes a bottleneck in development of China. Economically delivering natural gas and oil through pipeline is an urgent problem to be solved. In the present work, X80 pipeline steel with high toughness and thickness 21.0 mm was produced through HTP （ High Temperature Processing） by Steckel mill rolling. And the microstructure and mechanical properties of the X80 pipeline steel, which produced by different processing parameters such as reheating temperature of slabs, resume temperature, finishing temperature, accelerated cooling exit temperature and cooling rate, were analyzed. The results show that finishing temperature of 800 - 820℃ and cooling rate above 20℃/s are necessary to obtain fine and uniform acicular ferrite with high solute niobium in XS0 pipeline steel.
