Effects of a new cholecystokinin antagonist (GE 410) on the smooth muscle of the guinea pig ileum

Summary Suc-Tyr-(SE)-Met-Gly-Trp-Met-Asp--phenethylamide (GE 410) competitively antagonized the contractions of smooth muscle strips from guinea pig ileum (pA₂=7.6, n=0.95) induced by cholecystokinin-octapeptide (CCK8). GE 410 inhibited the electrically-induced cholinergically mediated contractile responses and the [³H]ACh release in the ileum, as well as the CCK-stimulated electrical contractile responses and the [³H]ACh release in the cholinergic nerve terminals. The results suggest the existence of CCK-receptors not only in the smooth muscles but also on the neurons.     

Optimized LDPC differential-encoded 16QAM scheme for high-speed transmission systems

The 16-ary quadrature amplitude modulation （16QAM） is a high spectral efficient scheme for high-speed transmission systems. To remove the phase ambiguity in the coherent detection system, differential-encoded 16QAM （DE-16QAM） is usually used, however, it will cause performance degradation about 3 dB as compared to the conventional 16QAM. To overcome the performance loss, a serial concatenated system with outer low density parity check （LDPC） codes and inner DE-16QAM is proposed. At the receiver, joint iterative differential demodulation and decoding （ID） is carried out to approach the maximum likelihood performance. Moreover, a genetic evolution algorithm based on the extrinsic information transfer chart is proposed to optimize the degree distribution of the outer LDPC codes. Both theoretical analyses and simulation results indicate that this algorithm not only compensates the performance loss, but also obtains a significant performance gain, which is up to 1 dB as compared to the conventional non-DE-16QAM.

产融结合模式的演化路径研究——以GE、联想控股为例

随着国内外企业产融结合发展的深入,产融结合模式演化问题已经成为产融结合研究的重点之一。本文依据国内外企业产融结合实践,对产融结合模式的演化历程进行了分析和总结,并基于商业模式冰山理论与资源基础理论,将产融结合的隐性知识概括为3个维度:社会关系网络、协作机制和科技水平。结合美国通用电气公司(GE)、联想控股的产融实践,本文分析了国内外企业产融结合模式与外部环境的匹配性,并基于这两个案例的产融结合模式对比,特别是在隐性知识方面的差异,建议国内生产导向型企业聚焦主业相关多元化,采取渐进策略实现产融结合,降低跨越式转型风险。     

区间删失数据情形下GE分布参数的最大似然估计(英文)

讨论了样本数据为区间型数据时参数的最大似然估计问题.当数据为区间删失情形时,参数最大似然估计的精确表达式不存在,甚至近似解都很难得到.由于区间型数据是一种不完全数据,所以利用EM算法来求参数的近似最大似然估计.为了演示,提供了一个真实寿命数据分析的实例.     

加州大学洛杉矶分校“新”通识教育的改革与发展

加州大学洛杉矶分校（ UCLA）将20世纪90年代以来学校的通识教育称之为“新”通识教育,并对通识教育课程进行了变革和创新。该过程经历了四个阶段：构想期（1993-1996）、实施与评估期（1996-1998）、新生聚合（ cluster）项目（1998-2002）、辐射期（2002至今）,并确立了新的课程方案。UCLA 为本科生开设了通识教育研讨课（ Fiat Lux）、新生聚合课程,以及单学季课程。UCLA“新”通识教育的改革和发展既把握了其核心价值和理念,又体现了通识课程研究的校本特色。这可为我国大学的通识教育改革提供借鉴。     

不同类型水稻群体持绿性的基因型×环境互作分析

以4个水稻群体(9802s、R287、两优287及(两优287)/R287)为材料,利用多年份多试点品种区域试验的统计分析方法,对其在2个年份和3个试点区所测得的叶长、叶宽、叶绿素含量spad1(抽穗时)和spad2(抽穗15 d后)进行方差、单性状和综合性状的分析发现,水稻的持绿性状除了受到遗传基因型的影响外,还受到环境以及基因型×环境互作效应的影响,同一品种的同一性状在不同环境条件下的表现不一定相同;(两优287)/R287和两优287的持绿性均较强,虽然(两优287)/R287的spad2稳定性高于两优287,但是由于其变异性较大,两优287的综合性状优于(两优287)/R287.
