韶关市药用鱼类调查研究

本文根据对韶关市区及所属曲江、南雄、乳源等县市市场及野外调查结果，对食用鱼中药用鱼的肉、骨、肠、胆、血、鳔、肝、头、皮等药用价值进行了归类研究。     

盘锦地区苇塘及河口鱼类调查

盘锦地区位于辽东半岛东南部,水源丰富,池塘泡沼、水库星罗棋布,适于渔业发展,特别是我省重要河流——辽河在此入海,所以河口及洄游鱼类尤多,我们在野外工作中收集了55种标本,隶属11目24科,观察了生境分布,对盘锦地区水利资源的综合利用有一定意义。     

开放经济条件下通货膨胀和利率对汇率的决定作用

Four new freshwater gobies of the genus Rhinogobius (Teleostei: Gobiidae) from northern Vietnam

Four new freshwater gobies of the genus Rhinogobius Gill, were collected from the river running into the Gulf of Tonkin in northern Vietnam. They are Rhinogobius boa new species, Rhinogobius variolatus new species, Rhinogobius virgigena new species and Rhinogobius sulcatus new species. These four new species can be distinguished from other congeneric species by a combination of characters such as the meristic features, shape of body, shape of first dorsal fin and coloration pattern.     

Serotonin levels in fish brain: Effects of hydrostatic pressure and water temperature

Summary The contents of serotonin (5 HT) and its metabolite 5 hydroxy indoleacetic acid (5 HIAA) have been measured (HPLC technique) in the brains of eels exposed to different conditions of hydrostatic pressure and temperature (HP=1 or 101 ATA in winter, Tw=14°C, and in summer, Tw=19°C). It appears that an increase of Tw induces a significant increase of the 5 HT/5 HIAA ratio. In contrast, eels exposed at 101 ATA of HP for 1 h do not exhibit any modification in the 5 HT/5 HIAA brain ratio at a given temperature. The involvement of 5 HT under the conditions studied is discussed.

A method for chromosome preparations from large fish specimens using in vitro short-term treatment with colchicine

This paper describes a new technique for preparing mitotic fish chromosomes using short-term in vitro treatment with colchicine. The results show that a large number of good quality metaphases (many suitable for chromosome banding) can be obtained by this technique, which requires an average of 1 h and 30 min for all steps. 兴安天门冬的染色体研究

首次对兴安天门冬（Ａｓｐａｒａｇｕｓ ｄａｕｒｉｃｕｓ Ｆｉｓｈ。ｅｘ Ｌｉｎｋ．）进行了染色体数目和核型研究。结果表明：染色体数目为２ｎ＝１８，核型公式为Ｋ（２ｎ）＝１８＝１０ｓｍ＋８ｍ，核型为“２Ａ”型。
