领导者提高威信的途径

领导者的威信，是影响领导效率的重要因素，通过阐述领导者的威信，本文提出了提高领导者威信的四条途径。     

从黑格尔的悲剧范式看悲剧的审美实质

黑格尔对悲剧世界的终极力量作出纯理性的说明，建立了悲剧“伦理实体自我分裂再到重新和解”的范式。但是面对20世纪以来现代社会出现的越来越纷繁复杂的生存状况，从悲剧与人的关系入手，从切身的审美体验和审美实践出发研究现代悲剧时，这个理论明显缺乏说服力和应用性。因此，有必要从人的生命发展需要角度出发对悲剧的审美实质进行重新思考。     

ANALYSIS OF THE HEAT TRANSFER IN FIN ASSEMBLIES BY THE BOUNDARY ELEMENT METHOD

The special formulation that allows an accurate and efficient solution to the heat transfer problems within fin assemblies with very large aspect ratios has been developed in this paper Numerically, it consists of the boundary element method in the wall region and the analytical solution in the fin region This modified BEM makes tractable a large class of heat transfer problems in the long and thin domains which are frequently encountered in practice.     

Au plasmon enhanced high performance β-Ga_2O_3 solar-blind photo-detector

Surface plasmon polariton(SPP) is electro-magnetic wave coupled to free electron oscillations near the surface of metal, and has been used to improve the photoelectric properties in many optoelectronic devices. In the present study, the Au nanoparticles(NPs)/β-Ga_2O_3 composite thin film was fabricated through depositing Au ultra-thin film on the β-Ga_2O_3 thin film followed by post-thermal treatment. Compared to bare β-Ga_2O_3 thin film, a significant absorption around 510 nm, which is attributed to SPP of Au NPs, was observed in the UV–vis spectrum of Au NPs/β-Ga_2O_3 composite thin film. The results showed that the photoresponse of Au NPs/Ga_2O_3 photodetector illuminated under 254 nm +532 nm light was much higher than that illuminated under 254 nm light, indicating an enhancement of photoelectric property for the solar-blind photodetector based on β-Ga_2O_3 thin film.     

增强广谱吸收硅表面

为增强黑硅的广谱吸收性能,在氢氧化钠/异丙醇(NaOH/IPA)体系下对单晶硅进行金字塔表面织构的基础上,采用金纳米粒子辅助湿法化学方法做了进一步刻蚀.利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和紫外—可见—近红外分光光度计对表面形貌和反射光谱进行了表征与测量.结果表明:增强广谱吸收硅表面具有纳米/微米双尺寸陷光结构,在350~2 500nm波段平均反射率低于5.5%.     

高频超声空化场喷射枪

根据高频超声及其空化场的力、热效应,以及空化场聚束管和液-固界面的增强作用原理,提出、设计和制作了一种小型的高频超声空化场喷射枪。试验表明,它用于水下破解冰冻物品、高分子板材焊接和瓶装液体除气方面是可行的。     

提高学科建设认识做好学科建设规划

针对华北科技学院实际情况,阐明了学科建设在学院工作中的地位和重要意义;分析了学科建设内容之间的相关关系;指出了认真做好学科建设规划应该注意的问题。提出应以学科建设为龙头,做好学科建设规划,建立健全学科建设体系,促进我院跨越式的发展。     

Ⅰ-65增强柔红霉素抗癌活性的研究

采用体外细胞培养技术,观察了钙离子阻断剂3、6-[=甲氨基]-=苯骈碘杂六环枸橼酸盐(I-65)单独和与柔红霉素(DNR)合用对L_(1210)细胞增殖的影响。结果:单独应用I-65时对细胞的增殖和集落形成抑制作用极小;与DNR合用,可显著增强DNR对细胞增殖的抑制作用。其ID_(50)为单用DNR的1/11。联合用药时细胞集落形成率较单用DNR(0.15μg/ml)下降14倍,证实I-65能显著增强DNR的抗癌活性,为广泛应用DNR,减轻心脏毒性,防止耐药提供新手段,为临床提供了一种新的抗癌药物增效剂。
