THE TRANSFER BEHAVIOUR OF SOME CATIONS AT WATER／NITROBENZENE INTERFACE BY SEMIDIFFERENTIAL CYCLIC VOLTAMMETRY

The transfer of Sr~(2+) and Ba~(2+) ion, facilitated by 18-Crown-6 present in the aqueous phase, and of succinylcholine ion at w/nb interface were investigated by semi-differential cyclic voltammetry. A good polarographic curve of succinylcholine ion dissolved in water was obtained in the system of 0.01 mol/l LiCl (w)——0.01 mol/l TBATPB (nb). The peak current is directly proportional to the concentration of SC~(2+) ion. It can be used for the determination of SC and the detection limit is 1.05×10~(-5) mol/l.The apparent D~w and D~(nb) have been estimated. The transfer of Sr~(2+) and of Ba~(2+) at the interface are facilitated by 18-Crown-6 present in the aqueous phase and the peak current is directly proportional to the concentration of 18-Crown-6 in water. This method can be used for the determination of the complexing agent and for the stability constant of the complex formed in the aqueous phase.All the experimental results are in keeping with the theoretical.     

康健Ⅰ号的组配及其治疗儿童贫血的探讨

采用自拟方中药康健Ⅰ号治疗的贫血患儿６６例。观察比较治疗前、治疗期、恢复期Ｈｂ指标的变化及健康状况。结果表明康健Ⅰ号对骨髓造血功能有促进作用,对免疫机能有保护和调节作用,从而使治疗后的Ｈｂ水平明显高于治疗前。     

吡柔比星（吡喃阿霉素）联合化疗治疗恶性淋巴瘤40例分析

观察吡喃阿霉素联合化疗方案治疗恶性淋巴瘤的疗效及毒副反应。方法;对４０例恶性淋巴瘤患者行ＴＨＰ联合化疗,其中６例为霍奇金病,３４例为非霍奇金淋巴瘤。采用ＣＴＯＰ或ＣＴＯＰＥ方案,ＴＨＰ疗程量为６０ｍｇ。ＣＴＯＰＥ方案主要用于病变播散或高度恶性淋巴瘤患者。

超滤膜处理含油污水后污垢的清洗

超滤装置在处理含油污水时，浓差极化与凝胶层同时存在，凝胶层一旦形成，便大大超过浓差极化的作用．此时单用传统的清洗方法难以恢复膜的透水通量．在油田污水站用管式超滤膜组件对采油污水进行了处理，分析了膜面污染的组成，试验了油—酸—碱、碱—酸—碱、碱洗等清洗方法．针对中型管式超滤膜组件，确定了低压大流量冲洗结合化学清洗的清洗步骤．该法具有清洗操作简单，清洗剂各成分较易得到的优点．实验中所用管式膜组件经用上述方法清洗后，水通量可以得到较大程度甚至完全的恢复．

不同浓度赤霉素处理对西瓜种子发芽的影响

试验表明,采用适宜浓度的GA3处理,可以显著提高西瓜种子的发芽率,其中400mg/L(30℃)GA3能显著提高小兰、新冠的发芽率,50—100mg/L(30℃)GA3能显著提高宝冠、新金兰的发芽率,而300mg/L(30℃)GA3能提高和平的发芽率。     

用动力学模型评估抗药物治疗覆盖率和剂量对流感控制成本的影响

通过建立常微分方程模型SLI_TI_NR_TR_N,分析治疗覆盖率和药物剂量对控制再生数和控制成本的影响.结果表明,要想抗病毒药物作为治疗措施能控制流行病的传播,治疗覆盖率必须达到0.5以上.治疗覆盖率不同时,使控制成本最低的药剂量不同,即为了最小化控制成本,只需分发适当的药剂量即可,如果此时还增加药剂量的分配,仅是增加成本和浪费宝贵的药物资源而已.这些结论为传染病防治乃至突发卫生事件的应对和卫生管理提供了重要的决策依据.     

Structure,scale and emergence

In this paper I consider the structures that chemists and physicists attribute at the molecular scale to substances and materials of various kinds, and how they relate to structures and processes at other scales. I argue that the structure of a substance is the set of properties and relations which are preserved across all the conditions in which it can be said to exist. In short, structure is abstraction. On the basis of this view, and using concrete examples, I argue that structures, and therefore the chemical substances and other materials to which they are essential, are emergent. Firstly, structures themselves are scale-dependent because they can only exist within certain physical conditions, and a single substance may have different structures at different scales (of length, time and energy). Secondly, the distinctness of both substances and structures is a scale-dependent relationship: above a certain point, two distinct possibilities may become one. Thirdly, the necessary conditions for composition, for both substances and molecular species, are scale-dependent. To know whether a group of nuclei and electrons form a molecule it is not enough to consider energy alone: one also has to know about their environment and the lifetime over which the group robustly hangs together.
