Science Letters： A synthetic Toll-like receptor 2 ligand decreases allergic immune responses in a mouse rhinitis model sensitized to mite allergen

It has been proposed that activation of Toll-like receptors （TLRs） plays crucial roles in the polarization of adaptive immune responses. A synthetic Toll-like receptor 2 （TLR2） ligand, Pam3CSK4, has been reported to modulate the balance of Th1/Th2 responses. We evaluated the modulation effect of Pam3CSK4 on allergic immune response in a mouse rhinitis model sensitized to house dust mite allergen （HDM）. Mice were sensitized and challenged with Dermatophagoidesfarinae allergen （Der f）, and then the allergic mice were treated by Pam3CSK4. Nasal allergic symptoms and eosinophils were scored. Der f-specific cytokine responses were examined in the splenocytes and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid （BALF）. Serum level of total IgE was also detected. After establishing a mouse allergic rhinitis model with HDM, we have showed that Pam3CSK4 treatment not only ameliorated the nasal allergic symptoms remarkably but also decreased the eosinophils and total inflammation cells in BALF significantly. Analysis of cytokine profile found that IFN-7 released from either BALF or stimulated splenocytes increased markedly in Pam3CSK4-treated mice, while IL-13 decreased significantly. Moreover, serum level of total IgE was significantly lower in Pam3CSK4-treated mice than in the untreated. Thus, in an allergic rhinitis mouse model developed with HDM, Pam3CSK4 was shown to exhibit an antiallergic effect, indicating its potential application in allergic diseases.     

（BN）n及SiB（n-1）Nn（n=2-11）稳定结构的研究

利用遗传算法及Gastreich提出的经验势函数,研究了（BN）n（n=2-11）和SiBn-1Nn（n=2-11）团簇的可能稳定结构,对能量较低的异构体在HF/STO-3G水平进行优化,得到了（BN）n（n=2-11）和SiBn-1Nn（n=2-11）团簇稳定结构单环及线状结构,并进一步分析了单环的结构特征及相对稳定性。     

30MnNbXt钢组合匹配接头性能的研究

本文为新钢种30MnNbXt设计了一种独特的组合匹配接头,研究了底层奥氏体焊条的合金系统及填充层结构钢焊条的强度对抗裂性的影响,探讨了底层高组配、填充层低组配的组合匹配焊缝特征区的组织特点及接头的力学性能。在西德WS1.7—2.0/3.5型综采支架立柱中应用表明,组合匹配接头可使30MnNbXt钢在室温下焊接时不产生裂纹;接头在焊后状态的使用性能完全符合产品技术条件要求。     

中小学教师教育技术能力培训中的绩效评价指标体系

中小学教师教育技术能力培训评价是中小学教师教育技术能力培训活动的构成部分之一。本文将绩效评价的特点引入到教师教育技术培训评价中，结合《中小学教师教育技术能力标准（试行）》，制定了培训绩效评价指标体系，给参与中小学教师教育技术能力培训活动的相关人员提供参考。     

日本人的“ラち”、“そと”意识与日语的时态转换

从日本人的“ラち”、“そと”意识角度出发，通过对川端康成、志贺直哉的几部小说进行分析统计，探讨日语在描写过去的事件中，插入“内时态‘る’形”的条件和原因。分析发现当作者为了使作品更生动，或是作者与作品中人物产生“同感”时，或是表达作者的主观思想、评论时，往往发生时态的转换。     

Pharmacodynamic profile of CQP 201-403, a novel 8α-amino-ergoline

Summary The profile of action in animals of CQP 201-403, a novel 8-amino-ergoline, is in most aspects that of a very potent dopaminomimetic, both as a prolactin secretion inhibitor, and at the levels of the CNS and the cardiovascular system. Qualitatively CQP 201-403 differs slightly from bromocriptine and apomorphine in its effects on the CNS (no influence on serotonin metabolism in the rat cortex; induction of masculine mounting behavior in rats) and the cardiovascular system of the dog (reflex tachycardia in response to a blood-pressure fall). In man the new compound proved to be highly active in lowering prolactin serum levels and to be more potent than bromocriptine (Parlodel^®).In memory of Dr Annemarie Closse, who died 14 June 1987.     

不同草种单播草坪蒸散量与脯氨酸含量的研究

对草地早熟禾、多年生黑麦草、高羊茅、狗牙根、结缕草和野牛草6种常见草坪草草坪的蒸散量进行的研究表明在充分灌水的条件下，冷地型草坪的蒸散量显著大于暖地型草坪（P〈0．01）；三种冷地型草坪问差异较小；暖地型草坪中狗牙根和结缕草的蒸散量显著高于野牛草（P〈0．01）．限制灌水条件下，6种草坪的蒸散量差异均显著（P〈0．05或0．01），其顺序为：高羊茅〉早熟禾〉黑麦草〉狗牙根〉结缕草〉野牛草．结缕草蒸散量在一天内随温度的升高而增加，但在温度维持在较高时由于气孔关团导致蒸腾降低从而蒸散量降低．五种草坪草脯氨酸含量顺序为高羊茅〉多年生黑麦草〉草地早熟禾〉结缕草〉狗牙根．     

不同植物激素对绿豆下胚轴愈伤组织影响

以绿豆下胚轴再生愈伤组织效率为评价指标 ,对TDZ、4Pu 30、6 BA ,3种激素的生物学活性进行比较 ,结果表明TDZ、4Pu 30的细胞分裂素活性比 6 BA高 10 0倍 ,而在TDZ和 4Pu 30中 ,以TDZ的活性最强     

杂多酸荷移跃迁盐系列研究（Ⅱ）──Dawson－Wells结构杂多酸的荷移跃迁盐的合成和表征

合成了三种通式为（ＥＴ）１１［Ｐ２Ｍ１８Ｏ６２］，（Ｍ＝Ｍｏ，Ｗ或Ｎｂ）的Ｄａｗｓｏｎｗｅｌｌｓ结构杂多荷移跃迁盐．用元素分析，ＩＲ，Ｕｖ－ｖｉｓ，３１ＰＮＭＲ、ＥＰＲ、磁化率和电导率等物理测试手段进行了表征和性质研究，显示具有不同的磁行为．     

高30断块沙二段储层岩石及物性特征研究

储层岩石及物性特征是影响油田开发的重要因素 .通过岩心物性分析、X -衍射分析、岩心流动实验、岩石薄片鉴定和铸体薄片孔隙结构鉴定、毛管压力曲线测定等手段 ,对高 3 0断块沙二段储层的岩石学特征、储层物性特征、储集空间特征、孔隙结构参数及孔喉分布特征以及储层非均质性特征进行了全面深入的研究 .研究结果表明 :该断块主要由河道沉积的细砂岩—极细砂岩组成 ,从平面分布看 ,构造中部物性较好 ,西南部次之 ,北东部较差 ,这与生产状况吻合 ;该区砂体的主要储集空间是次生孔隙 ,粒间溶孔是主要孔隙类型 ,约占总孔隙度的 70 %～ 80 %,其次是填隙物内溶孔 ,约占总孔隙度的 2 0 %～ 2 5 %,粒内溶孔及铸模孔所占比例较小 ,占总孔隙度的 1 %～ 5 %;孔隙结构类型为中孔—中喉型和中孔—细喉型 ,该区油藏渗透率低 ,宏观及微观非均质性严重 .根据类似油藏的开发经验 ,中低含水期只能采出可采储量的三分之一左右 ,高含水期将是该断块注水开发的一个重要阶段
