A revision of the Asian and European species in the subgenus Amiota Loew (Diptera,Drosophilidae) and the establishment of species-groups based on phylogenetic analysis

A total of 53 Amiota (s. str.) species (75% of the world total) from Asia and Europe, including 10 new species, kamui, kimurai and planata from Japan, and aristata, cuii, macai, magniflava, nuerhachii, spinata and watabei from China, are reviewed with designation of two new synonymies and phylogenetic analysis. Based upon the result of cladistic analysis with 31 adult male morphological characters, the following conclusions are deduced: (1) The subgenus Amiota is monophyletic, so far as the Asian and European forms are concerned. (2) Seven monophyletic groups are recognized within this subgenus. Two of them correspond to known species-groups, the apodemata and sinuata groups, and the remaining five are established as new species-groups, the nagatai, basdeni, taurusata, alboguttata and rufescens groups. A key to all the studied species from Asia and Europe is provided.

虚拟设计是数字化建模与仿真技术的综合应用,在机械产品真实制造出来以前,通过数字化虚拟模型来模拟和预测产品在特定环境中的工作状况,通过运动和动力学仿真分析,发现设计中的缺陷,尽早修改设计方案。文章详细论述了利用3Ds Max建立产品数字化虚拟模型和通过VRML编写脚本程序实现产品基于网络的交互式运动和动力仿真分析的方法。运用该方法成功地构建了基于网络的齿轮减速器动态仿真系统。

3Ds MAX课程学习中,学生的学习心理至关重要。教学实践中发现,学生学习中会有一些积极因素,如好奇心强,兴趣点高,自我展示的空间广等;同时还会不可避免地产生一些不利因素,如沾沾自喜、急于求成、迷茫沮丧等。教师要结合实际情况抓住学生的学习心理,准确运用教学手段并采取相应的教学方法和教学技巧,从而提高学生的学习效率。     

The biology and immature stages of Thrybius togashii Kusigemati (Hymenoptera: Ichneumonidae: Cryptinae), with a description of the male

Thrybius togashii Kusigemati is found to be an ectoparasitoid of larvae of a phytophagous eurytomid, Tetramesa sp. (Hymenoptera), growing gregariously in internodal cavities of reeds (Phragmites japonica Steud.), in Japan. The female of T. togashii oviposits into reed canes and its predaceous larva consumes almost all eurytomid larvae in an internodal cavity. This species is bivoltine. The mode of parasitism of this species is unique in some respects. First, when the female oviposits, no food resources are available in the reed. Second, the parasitoid allows part of the host larvae to grow and exploits increasing food resources. The egg, pupa and first to final instar larvae and adult male are described and figured for the first time. Colour dimorphism in both sexes and adult morphology adapted to habitat and ovipositional substrate are also discussed.

选择性COX-2抑制剂尼美舒利对白血病K562细胞增殖的影响

目的:观察选择性COX-2抑制剂尼美舒利对人类骨髓白血病K562细胞增殖和凋亡的影响。方法:分别以尼美舒利25、50、100μg.mL-1体外处理骨髓白血病K562细胞,采用MTT比色法、流式细胞仪分析技术及DNA片段凝胶电泳等方法,检测尼美舒利对K562细胞增殖和凋亡的影响。结果:尼美舒利剂量依赖性地抑制K562细胞增殖,其中等剂量组(50μg.mL-1)的抑制作用强于阿霉素组(25μg.mL-1);尼美舒利可诱导细胞凋亡,使细胞阻滞于G0/G1期,S期细胞明显减少,其诱导细胞凋亡的作用也呈剂量依赖性(剂量由低至高,凋亡率分别为(3.4±2.8)%,(16.8±1.8)%和(42.7±2.5)%;DNA条带分析也进一步证实了尼美舒利的促凋亡作用。结论:尼美舒利在体外可显著抑制K562细胞增殖,该作用可能与其干扰细胞周期、诱导细胞凋亡有关。

Ds199x为美国Dallas公司推出的I—button系列产品中的一类，采用1—wire协议交换资料，本文介绍了Ds1991的结构和工作原理，1－wire协议的相关内容并介绍了作为考勤使用时Ds1991存储器如何使用，以及如何同单片机配合使用搭建起一个集门禁与考勤于一体的系统。     

拟南芥雄性不育基因ds254的定位及其表达模式

通过Ac／Ds转座子系统的诱变，得到拟南芥突变体DS254．它的发育进程比野生型慢，植株比野生型矮小，连座叶柄比野生型的短，花苞数目比野生型的多，分枝的数量比野生型的多，且雄性不育．遗传分析表明突变体属于隐性单基因突变，稳定遗传，并且与Ds是紧密连锁的。可能是Ds插入直接引起的突变．TAIL—PCR的方法将该基因定位在第4条染色体上．Ds上携带的GUS基因表迭的初步分析表明，GUS基因在突变体的花药和连座叶中表达，说明该基因也可能在这些部位表达．突变体的表型分析结果说明该基因可能在植物的许多发育过程中起作用．
