Science Letters： A synthetic Toll-like receptor 2 ligand decreases allergic immune responses in a mouse rhinitis model sensitized to mite allergen

It has been proposed that activation of Toll-like receptors （TLRs） plays crucial roles in the polarization of adaptive immune responses. A synthetic Toll-like receptor 2 （TLR2） ligand, Pam3CSK4, has been reported to modulate the balance of Th1/Th2 responses. We evaluated the modulation effect of Pam3CSK4 on allergic immune response in a mouse rhinitis model sensitized to house dust mite allergen （HDM）. Mice were sensitized and challenged with Dermatophagoidesfarinae allergen （Der f）, and then the allergic mice were treated by Pam3CSK4. Nasal allergic symptoms and eosinophils were scored. Der f-specific cytokine responses were examined in the splenocytes and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid （BALF）. Serum level of total IgE was also detected. After establishing a mouse allergic rhinitis model with HDM, we have showed that Pam3CSK4 treatment not only ameliorated the nasal allergic symptoms remarkably but also decreased the eosinophils and total inflammation cells in BALF significantly. Analysis of cytokine profile found that IFN-7 released from either BALF or stimulated splenocytes increased markedly in Pam3CSK4-treated mice, while IL-13 decreased significantly. Moreover, serum level of total IgE was significantly lower in Pam3CSK4-treated mice than in the untreated. Thus, in an allergic rhinitis mouse model developed with HDM, Pam3CSK4 was shown to exhibit an antiallergic effect, indicating its potential application in allergic diseases.     

（BN）n及SiB（n-1）Nn（n=2-11）稳定结构的研究

利用遗传算法及Gastreich提出的经验势函数,研究了（BN）n（n=2-11）和SiBn-1Nn（n=2-11）团簇的可能稳定结构,对能量较低的异构体在HF/STO-3G水平进行优化,得到了（BN）n（n=2-11）和SiBn-1Nn（n=2-11）团簇稳定结构单环及线状结构,并进一步分析了单环的结构特征及相对稳定性。     

氯在Cu(100)面上的吸附及其对氧共吸附的影响的电子能谱研究

利用UPS、XPS、AES、△φ和热脱附等方法,研究了室温、低分压下氯在Cu(100)面上的吸附行为以及它对氧共吸附的影响。氯解离化学吸附在铜表面上,其吸附过程包括初始快速吸附,然后缓慢增加至饱和两个步骤。吸附引起铜表面轻微氧化,但表面没有重排,即使升温氯原子也没有进一步向下扩散,热脱附的唯一产物是氯原子。室温下,氯的预吸附降低甚至完全阻止了氧的接续吸附;而预吸附氧至饱和也不会阻碍氯的接续吸附,氯的接续吸附促使氧原子进入体相和铜原子向表层扩散。     

三种群捕食-食饵离散系统的持久性

研究了具有第Ⅱ类功能性反应的三种群捕食-食饵离散系统，得到了保证该系统持久性的充分条件．     

射频溅射金属前驱体硫化法制备的Cu2ZnSnS4薄膜

采用射频溅射技术沉积Cu／Sn／Zn金属前驱体叠层结合硫化技术在玻璃衬底上成功制备了Cu2ZnSnS4薄膜。X-射线衍射分析表明，通过优化制备条件可以获得单一黝锡矿结构且具有（221）择优取向的Cu2ZnSnS4薄膜。霍尔效应和紫外可见透过谱测量表明，样品的薄膜电阻、吸收系数和光学带隙分别达到0．073Ω·cm，10^4cm^-1和1．53eV，具有适合作为薄膜太阳电池吸收层应用的可能性。     

日本人的“ラち”、“そと”意识与日语的时态转换

从日本人的“ラち”、“そと”意识角度出发，通过对川端康成、志贺直哉的几部小说进行分析统计，探讨日语在描写过去的事件中，插入“内时态‘る’形”的条件和原因。分析发现当作者为了使作品更生动，或是作者与作品中人物产生“同感”时，或是表达作者的主观思想、评论时，往往发生时态的转换。     

实验性脾虚证大鼠血清中微量元素含量的研究

用破气苦降药加饮食失节法复制了大鼠脾虚证模型。采用原子吸收光谱法检测了血清发Ｚｎ、Ｃｕ和Ｆｅ的含量。本研究证明，脾虚证大鼠血清Ｚｎ值明显降低（Ｐ＜０．００１）；Ｃｕ值、Ｆｅ值无明显差异（Ｐ＞００５）；Ｃｕ／Ｚｎ比值上升。用中药加味四君子汤治疗后，血清Ｚｎ值明显回升并高于正常水平（Ｐ＜００５），Ｃｕ值回升（Ｐ＜０．０５），但Ｆｅ值和Ｃｕ／Ｚｎ比值与自然恢复及对照组比较无显著性差异。这说明：１．脾虚组Ｚｎ的降低可能与消化吸收障碍有关；２．加味四君子汤对脾虚证时血清Ｚｎ及Ｃｕ／Ｚｎ比值的变化有明显的调整和恢复作用．     

Cu（Ⅱ） effect on the conformation of regenerated silk fibroin in dilute aqueous solution

Much attention has been paid to the natural mechanism of silkworm spinning due to the impressive mechanical properties of the natural fibers. In this work, we studied the effect of Cu（Ⅱ） ions on the secondary structure of Bombyx mori regenerated silk fibroin （SF） in dilute solution by circular dichroism （CD）. The results indicate that a given amount of Cu（Ⅱ） induces the SF conformational transition from random coil to β-sheet, however, further addition of Cu（Ⅱ） is unfavorable for this conversion. Meanwhile, the conformational changes induced by Cu（Ⅱ） follow a nucleation-dependent aggregation mechanism, which is similar to that found in Prion protein （PrP） denaturation and Aβ-peptide aggregations, leading to the neurodegenerative disease. This work would help one understand further the natural spinning process of silkworm. Additionally, it would be significant for the study of the nervous system diseases, because silk fibroin, extracted in large amounts from Bombyx mori silkworm gland, could be a proper model to study PrP denaturation and Aβ-peptide aggregations.     

Cu~(2+)与三磺基四苯基啿卟啉配位反应研究

利用吸收光谱法和直流极谱法研究了Cu~(2+)的还原状态、抗坏态、抗坏血酸浓度及溶解氧对Cu~(2+)与三磺基四苯基卟啉配位反应的影响。结果表明Cu~(2+)与三磺基四苯(?)基四苯基卟啉配位反应的可能机制为抗坏血酸首先将高价铜还原为亚铜,亚铜离子与配位剂生成对氧成对氧敏感的不稳定中间体Cu~(Ⅰ)——三磺基四:苯基卟啉配合物,立即又被溶解氧氧化为Cu(Ⅱ)——Ⅱ)——三磺基四苯基卟啉配合物。     

苯甲醛缩氨基硫脲Cu(I)、Zn(Ⅱ)配合物的直接电化学合成

用电化学金属阳极氧化法在非水溶剂中合成了苯甲醛缩氨基硫脲（ＨＬ）与Ｃｕ（Ｉ）、Ｚｎ（Ⅱ）配合物,通过元素分析、红外光谱、紫外光谱、磁矩、摩尔电导等对配合物进行了表征。
