论体育教师的业务能力构成

作者根据体育教育专业学生在教育实习中常见的一些不足，提出了素质教育环境中体育教师应具备：课前规划能力、语言表达能力、形体表现能力、课堂控制能力、竞赛组织能力及课后归结能力等六个相互联系的基本业务能力的观点。

A latent class probit model for analyzing pick any/N data

A latent class probit model is developed in which it is assumed that the binary data of a particular subject follow a finite mixture of multivariate Bermoulli distributions. An EM algorithm for fitting the model is described and a Monte Carlo procedure for testing the number of latent classes that is required for adequately describing the data is discussed. In the final section, an application of the latent class probit model to some intended purchase data for residential telecommunication devices is reported. Geert De Soete is supported as “Bevoegdverklaard Navorser” of the Belgian “Nationaal Fonds voor Wetenschappelijk Onderzoek.”     

我国股票市场的价值基础及价格泡沫研究

借助剩余收益模型测定了我国股票市场1992年至2002年历年年末的市场价值基础,并探讨了股票市场价格泡沫问题.研究结果表明,尽管上市公司的盈利能力不断下降,但市场的价值基础并未出现明显下降;由于市场的不成熟,我国股票市场中的泡沫成分较多;股价指数及市盈率指标不具有价格泡沫及投资价值的判断功能.     

Expression and Characterization of HGV E2 cDNA in Pichia pastoris

A 559 base pair fragment of cDNA locating at the putative E2 region of GBV-C/HGV was in-serted into Pichia pastoris expression vector pPICgK in the reading frame of α-factor secreting signal pep-tide. The recombinant expression plasmid pPIC9K-E2 was introduced into P. pastoris GSll5 with electro-poration and recombined with the host genome by homological recombination. The His+Mut+ recombinantyeasts were selected and cultivated in the BMMY medium. After 3 days induction with 0. 5% methanol,the target protein(E2) accumulated up to 30% of total proteins in the supernatant. The expressed E2 pro-tein was proved possessing antigenicity and high specificity with Western blot and ELISA probed with serafrom the immunized rabbits and the patients infected by GBV-C/HGV.     

对我国电子竞技运动发展现状的思考

我国电子竞技运动的发展目前还处于初级阶段,没有统一固定的专业组织,没有规范有序的竞赛市场,广大电子竞技爱好者的运动水平难以获得大的提高. 要想改变现状,跟上世界电子竞技运动的发展步伐,我们必须创新理念. 首先,获得政府的支持和观众的广泛参与,争取企业的赞助,制定政策,完善赛制,使电子竞技迈上发展的正常轨道;其次,走职业化、产业化道路,探索产业赢利模式,培育和开发市场;第三,博采众长,形成中国电子竞技运动的特色,打造自己的品牌,促进整个信息产业和体育事业的发展.

经过病原的分离鉴定、致病性试验及病仔猪防治效果的分析,确诊某集约化养猪场仔猪发生以“渗出性皮炎”为主的疾病为致病性白色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌混合感染,通过采取综合的防制措施后,彻底控制本病的发生和流行。

利用电子显微技术对几种金属材料拉伸断裂断口进行了分析,对它们的力学性能、拉伸磁性、断面微观结构进行了比较研究,得出了它们之间存在的一些特性,并从理论上作了一些初步的探讨。给出了铁磁体ΔＥ效应的应用。
