Surface Treatment of UHMWPE Fibers for Adhesion Promotion in Epoxy Polymers

Surface of Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene （UHMWPE） fiber were treated by chromic acid chemical etching, pyrrole chemical vapour phase deposition and the complex of these two methods, respectively. The change of surface properties and structure of fibers were discussed by Fiour Transform Infrared Spectroscope （FTIR）, Dynamic Mechanical Analysis （DMA） and Scanning Electron Microscope （SEM）. The results show that some new oxygenous groups could be found on surface of UHMWPE fiber after chromic acid chemical etching, which enhanced intemolecular interaction with polypyrrcle. The adhesion of the fiber and resin natrix increased after pyrrole chemical vapour deposition. When chromic acid etching combined with pyrrole chemical vapor deposition, the treated fiber not only has the same properties as original fiber bat also outstanding adhesion to epoxy resin matrix, and its composites have better mechanic properties shear strength）, resulting from intemolecular interaction treated fiber and polypyrrole.     

Preparation,Characterization,and Compatison of Thermal Properties of Aromatic Polyether Imides

Two aromatic polyimides were prepared by twostep way.Firstly,the poly (amic acid) s were synthesized from 1,3-bis(4-amiaophenoxy)benzene and two difierent aromatic dianhydrides.Secondly,polyimides were prepared via thermal imidization of poly(amic acid) precursors.The polyimides prepared were insoluble in cammon organic solvents such as tetrahydrofuran,chloroform and N,Ndimethylformamide.The inherent viscosities of poly(amic acid)s were 1.82 dL/g and 2.67 dL/g.The high inherent viscosities were due to the strong intra-or intermoleeular hydrogen interaction.The polyimides were characterized by mechanical and thermal analysis.It was found that the samples are of excellent thermal stability,higher glasstransition temperature and excellent dynamic mechanical andthermal properties.     

α-淀粉酶固态发酵的研究

研究了固态法发酵生产α－淀粉酶的工艺,用麸皮作原料,其优化条件是:在接种量0.08%,拌水比1：0.6,pH6.0,培养温度37℃,葡萄糖浓度15%,发酵72小时,其酶活力可达1742u/g。与液态发酵相比,固态发酵能有效地克服分解代谢产物的阻遏作用。

反相高效液相法测定八角茴香果实中的莽草酸

用反相高效液相法在Waters Symmetry C18柱(5 μm,4.6 mm×150 mm i.d)上测定八角茴香果实中的莽草酸.工作参数为：流速0.5 mL/min;进样体积2 μL;检测波长220 nm;柱温30 ℃±1 ℃;流动相0.01 mol/L　K2HPO4磷酸盐缓冲液(pH值为3,用磷酸调配)和体积分数3%甲醇.平均回收率为97.76 %,RSD为1.937 %(n=5).     

合金元素对Fe─P非晶志合金电镀层性能的影响

用正交试验法研究了在电镀Fe－P非晶态合金的电解液中分别加入钼酸钠和钨酸钠以制取Fe－Mo－P和Fe－W－P非晶态合金的镀液配方和工艺条件。获得了外观呈银白色、平整光滑的非晶态镀层。比较了镀层硬度和在某些介质中的耐蚀性。

春秋时的赋诗、言语引诗 ,展现了诗、乐、舞、礼由合而分的演变过程。春秋时的赋诗 ,既反映出诗与礼、乐、舞的统一 ,同时也呈现了诗在演变中与礼、乐、舞的分离。春秋盛行的言语引诗是诗与礼、乐、舞走向分离的产物。这一演示过程呈现出中国早期诗歌的礼用本质。孔子的《诗》论 ,与春秋赋诗、言语引诗体现出的诗学观念是一致的 ,它较为全面地阐发了以礼为核心的《诗》的功能     

甘蓝型油菜细胞质雄性不育相关基因的克隆及其转基因研究

将以ATP6作为诱饵蛋白,应用酵母双杂交(Yeast Two Hybrid,Y2H)已筛选到的3′端含有终止密码子的一个片段,通过5′RACE获得该基因全长并,命名为Bn-Zn,其编码氨基酸序列中含有一个RINGv(RINGvariant)结构.通过构建该基因的真核正向表达载体pCAMBIA2301G-Bn-Zn,以农杆菌(Agrobacterium tumefaciens)介导转入细胞质雄性不育恢复系油菜8410018幼苗下胚轴,经过诱导愈伤和再分化,成功得到了转基因植株.     

MgxZn1－xSe合金的电子结构、光学性质和稳定性的第一性原理研究

基于密度泛函理论的第一性原理计算,研究了闪锌矿MgxZn1－xSe合金的稳定性、电子结构和光学性质.研究结果表明,闪锌矿ZnSe和MgxZn1－xSe合金都为直接带隙半导体,MgxZn1－xSe合金的带隙宽度Eg和形成能Eb分别可以由Eg＝1.30＋1.34x和Eb＝－1.48＋0.60x－0.27x2进行估计.同时,MgxZn1－xSe合金的价带顶主要取决于Se 4p 和 Zn 3p态电子的相互作用,而其导带底则主要由Zn 4s、Zn 3p 以及Se 4s态电子共同决定.此外,随着镁掺杂系数x的逐渐增大,MgxZn1－xSe合金的静态介电常数逐渐减小,而其吸收谱则出现明显的蓝移现象.研究结果为MgxZn1－xSe合金在光电探测器方面的应用提供了重要的理论指导.
