Exendin-4螺旋结构对生物活性及稳定性的影响

针对Exendin-4的螺旋结构特点, 采用去掉螺旋序列、 用3个连续Ala替换螺旋以及Gln13替换为Tyr13的方式对N端α-螺旋及C端α-螺旋进行改造, 设计出4个结构模拟物. 通过圆二光谱和荧光光谱进行结构分析, 结合模拟物生物活性实验, 分析Exendin-4螺旋结构与生物活性的关系. 结果表明：  Exendin-4的N端螺旋比C端螺旋对生物活性影响更大； 在抗二肽基肽酶（DPPⅣ酶）的稳定性实验中, C端螺旋比N端螺旋具有更好维系Exendin-4稳定性的作用； 螺旋结构中Tyr13可作为提高Exendin-4生物活性的重要优化位点.     

DCPD/C9热聚型石油树脂的聚合工艺研究

提取乙烯裂解副产物C5馏分中的双环戊二烯馏分，与裂解C9、C5馏分按不同配比混合，通过自由基聚合反应得到热聚型石油树脂，并确定了热聚型石油树脂的工艺参数。     

Descartes’s changing mind

Descartes is always concerned about knowledge. However, the Galileo affair in 1633, the reactions to his Discourse on method, and later his need to reply to objections to his Meditations provoked crises in Descartes’s intellectual development the import of which has not been sufficiently recognized. These events are the major reasons why Descartes’s philosophical position concerning how we know and what we may know is radically different at the end of his life from what it was when he began. We call this later position Descartes’s epistemic stance and contrast it with his earlier methodological, metaphysical realism. Yet Descartes’s epistemic views cannot be separated from other aspects of his work, for example, his views concerning God, causality, metaphysics, and the nature of science. A further meta-implication is that serious errors await any scholar who cites early Cartesian texts in support of late Cartesian positions, or who uses later texts in conjunction with early ones to support a reading of Descartes’s philosophy.     

Flow-induced release of adenosine 5′-triphosphate from endothelial cells of the rat mesenteric arterial bed

Adenosine 5-triphosphate (ATP) was released into the perfusate of rat isolated mesenteric arterial beds during each of two consecutive increases in flow. There was no significant difference between the amounts of ATP released on each occasion. Substance P was also released into the perfusate by increased flow, although its release was more variable. Removal of the endothelium of the mesenteric vessels with sodium deoxycholate led to a significant reduction (74%) in the amount of ATP released compared with the release before the endothelium had been removed. This suggests that the ATP released into the mesenteric arterial perfusate during increased flow arises from endothelial cells.     

Gigantecin: A novel antimitotic and cytotoxic acetogenin,with nonadjacent tetrahydrofuran rings,fromGoniothalamus giganteus (Annonaceae)

Summary Gigantecin (I), a novel tetrahydroxy-di-tetrahydrofuran fatty acid -lactone (acetogenin), was isolated from an ethanolic extract of the stem bark ofGoniothalamus giganteus Hook. f., Thomas (Annonaceae), by means of activity-directed fractionation (brine shrimp lethality test). This new compound is extremely cytotoxic to human tumor cells, inhibits crown gall tumors on potato discs, and is active in an assay designed to detect antimitotic agents (9 ASK).     

高温氧化膜Cr2O3和NiO中应力松弛过程

用Ｘ射线原位应力测定了高温氧化膜Ｃｒ２Ｏ３和ＮｉＯ中的应力．结果表明,Ｃｒ２Ｏ３／Ｃｒ和ＮｉＯ／Ｎｉ体系氧化膜的生长应力分别为－１．９４９ＧＰａ和６５２ＭＰａ．在冷却过程中,Ｃｒ２Ｏ３／Ｃｒ体系发生很大的应力松弛过程,其主要表现形式为氧化膜翘曲和开裂;而在ＮｉＯ／Ｎｉ体系中,由于ＮｉＯ薄膜具有双层结构承受不同应力状态而获得松弛．     

CdCl2诱导秋粘虫细胞(Sf9)凋亡的初步研究

以秋粘虫（Spodoptera frugiperda Sf9）的细胞为材料，用不同浓度的CdCl2，通过Giemsa染色的形态学方法，研究其细胞凋亡．结果表明，在重金属离子的胁迫作用下，不同浓度的重金属离子致使细胞死亡率不同；其急性损伤域为136μmol／L；20μmol／L CdCl2作用6h后，Sf9细胞出现了凋亡小体．     

基于CDMA 1X网络的远程图像传输设备的设计

系统地论述了基于CDMA1X无线网络实现实时动态图像采集压缩和远程无线传输平台的设计思想、总体结构和传输控制策略等关键技术,给出了硬件设计框图、数据加解密、传输控制与数据通信的设计方案.     

国产X70管线钢与焊接接头组织及SSCC性能

输气管道的服役条件多为潮湿环境,输送介质含H2S.随着国产X70管线钢在西气东输工程中的应用,国产高强度管线钢硫化物应力腐蚀开裂(SSCC)性能研究显得尤为重要.为此,测试、分析了国产X70管线钢及其焊缝的组织,进一步采用慢应变速率法(SSRT)研究了H2S对国产X70管线钢及其焊接接头SSCC的影响,国产X70管线钢及其焊接接头在含H2S腐蚀介质中应力腐蚀敏感性随H2S浓度的增加而增加,在H2S质量分数为50×10-400时,母材的脆性系数为19. 9500,焊缝的脆性系数高达59. 1900.若以2500视为安全值,则在H2S浓度为50×10-40时的母材就SSCC而言是安全的,而焊缝却是不安全的.     

马铃薯病毒一步法RT-PCR诊断研究

运用一步法RT-PCR对马铃薯和烟草中的马铃薯X病毒、马铃薯Y病毒和马铃薯卷叶病毒进行了检测,实验表明:对酚-SDS方法提取的病毒核酸进行扩增,一步法RT-PCR检测到的扩增产物的灵敏度较两步法RT-PCR的高100倍左右.两种提取方法对比,用一步法RT-PCR进行扩增,检测到的PEG法扩增产物的灵敏度较酚-SDS法扩增产物的灵敏度高3倍.建立了快速、简便、灵敏度高、特异性强的马铃薯病毒一步法RT-PCR检测技术.
