高通量材料合成方法和高通量材料表征手段区别于传统低效率的 "试错法"材料发展方法, 极大地加速了材料科学的变革和发展. 通过设计程序进行了高通量 X 射线衍射实验, 在保证数据分辨率条件下, 高效地表征了 La$_{1-x}$Sr$_{x}$TiO$_{3}$ 薄膜上多个数据位点的晶体结构, 验证了其成分的连续变化性质, 为后续开展更多类型的高通量 X 射线衍射实验提供了指导.     

Induction of hemopoietic chimerism in the caprine fetus by intraperitoneal injection of fetal liver cells

Summary Intraperitoneal injection of allogeneic liver cells from 43-day-old male fetuses into normal 60-day female goat fetuses resulted in persistent hemopoietic chimerism in surviving recipients without clinical evidence of graft-versus-host disease. Transplantation of normal fetal liver cells into preimmunocompetent goat fetuses affected with -D-mannosidosis may provide an alternative strategy for evaluating hemopoietic stem cell transplantation in the treatment of human lysosomal storage diseases.     

The contents of the pygidial gland of the primitive antNothomyrmecia macrops (Hymenoptera:Formicidae)

Summary The principal constituent of the pygidial gland ofNothomyrmecia macrops is 3,7-dimethyloct-6-en-2-one, a substance not previously identified in insects. Also identified were 2,6-dimethylhept-5-enal, 2-nonanone, indole, -dodecalactone, and the hydrocarbons pentadecane, heptadecane, heptadecene and heptadecadiene, all in low nanogram quantities.     

Selective protection of cells against X-irradiation. Isoproterenol protects only those cells that possesβ-adrenoreceptors

Summary In mixed culture of Chinese hamster fibroblatst, clone 431, and transformed murine L fibroblasts, clone B-82, isoproterenol was found to protect only 431 cells against ionizing radiation. It was shown that 431 cells, in contrast to B-82 cells, possess-adrenoreceptors, and the radioprotective effect of isoproterenol can be realized only if this agent interacts with-adrenoreceptors coupled with the cAMP system. Since malignization often causes the disappearance of-adrenergic and other hormone receptors, the combined culturing and irradiation of the cells studied can be regarded as a model of the growth of malignant cells (B-82) among normal tissue cells (431 cells) under conditions of radiation therapy. A possibility of selective protection against radiation damage of normal tissue cells, with retention of the former radiosensitivity of tumor cells, is discussed.

Molecular evidence for increased hematopoietic proliferation in the spleen of the b/b laboratory rat

The splenomegaly and the appearance of a significant number of CFU-E (erythroid colony-forming units) and BFU-E¹ (erythroid burst-forming units) in the Belgrade laboratory rat (b/b) spleen prompted us to analyse further the molecular evidence for increased hematopoietic proliferation in the b/b spleen. Messenger RNAs (mRNAs) specific for globins, proteins for iron transport and deposition and the band 3 protein were used in rat erythropoietic tissues as markers for proliferation and erythroid differentiation. In the b/b spleen, all mRNAs analysed display an erythroid-specific pattern of expression. This analysis also revealed an enhanced level of mRNA for ferritin in the +/b spleen, whereas erythrocyte-specific mRNA production was normal.     

cdma2000 1x EV-DO前向链路高速分组数据传输中的调度算法

在保证用户间公平性的前提下,为尽量提高cdma2000的增强型1xEV DO系统前向链路的数据吞吐量,通过讨论现有的多种调度算法原理,分析了影响系统吞吐量和公平性的因素,在此基础上提出将用户平均请求传输速率、限制用户最小平均传输速率和系统最小吞吐量的影响同时引入调度算法的思想,通过在CadenceSPW软件平台上的仿真研究表明,改进后的调度算法在保持公平性的前提下,有效提高了系统前向链路吞吐量.     

贫燃条件下钙钛矿型催化剂上C_3H_6催化还原NO_x反应的研究

利用柠檬酸络合法制备钙钛矿型复合氧化物 L a0 .8Ce0 .2 Co XFe1- XO3催化剂 ,研究其在贫燃条件下 NOX 的催化还原性能 .实验表明 :在没有水蒸气存在的条件下 ,在 30 0°C时 ,La0 .8Ce0 2 Co O3催化剂上 NOX 的转化率可达 46.8%,这时还原剂丙稀已完全氧化 ;但在水蒸气存在下 ,La0 .8Ce0 2 Co O3催化剂上 NOX的转化率明显下降 ,同时丙稀的完全氧化温度也上升5 0°C～ 1 5 0°C,这主要是由于水蒸气对反应活性中心竞争吸附的缘故 ;而双取代的催化剂La0 .8Ce0 2 Ce0 .2 Fe0 .8O3和 La0 .8Ce0 2 Co0 .8Fe0 .2 O3催化剂具有相当的催化活性和较好抗水蒸气能力 ,这可能是由于 Ce O2 和 Co Fe O3之间的协同作用增加了氧空位 ,从而弥补了由于水蒸气竞争吸附所导致的活性下降     

基于CAN总线的实时数据采集系统

建立基于CAN总线的实时数据采集系统，开发出虚拟设备驱动程序VxD，利用VxD读出数据总线上的数据，存入缓冲区内，采用事件驱动的方式，实现CAN总线与应用层之间的数据通讯，完成高速、实时数据采集。     

Ba6-3xNd8+2xTi18O54(x=2/3)的聚合物前驱体法合成研究

以EDTA为络合剂，EG为酯化剂，利用聚合物前驱体法合成了Ba6-3xNd8 2xTi18O54陶瓷，研究了不同的EDTA与金属离子摩尔比对粉末结晶特性的影响，利用DTA，TG和XRD等技术分析了Ba6-3xNd8 2xTi18O54前驱体和得到的氧化物粉末，测试了由x(EDTA)/x(M)=1．00的前驱体得到的Ba6-3xNd8 2xTi18O54(x=2／3)陶瓷的微波介电性能。在900℃预烧x(EDTA)/x(M)=1．00的前驱体3h，单相的Ba6-3xNd8 2xTi^18O54(x=2／3)直接形成，没有出现中间相。1000℃预烧，1340℃烧结的Ba6-3xNd8 2xTi18O54(x=2／3)陶瓷具有最佳的微波介电性能：ε=87．1，Qf=8710GHz。
