10-对硝基苯氧基癸酸合成工艺的改进

对10-对硝基苯氧基癸酸合成工艺进行了改进.以10-溴代癸酸为原料,与甲醇反应生成10-溴代癸酸甲酯,再与对硝基酚钠反应生成10-对硝基苯氧基癸酸甲酯,最后以固定化脂肪酶水解得到10-对硝基苯氧基癸酸.对中间体的折光率和紫外-可见光谱进行分析,并通过紫外-可见光谱1、H-NMR和13C-NMR以及酶分析应用对最终产物进行确证.结果表明,成功合成出目标化合物,总收率达到71.6%.     

A major metabolite of Δ1-tetrahydrocannabinol reduces its cataleptic effect in mice

Summary The results described here demonstrate that THC-induced catalepsy in mice can be substantially inhibited by the prior administration of ¹-THC-7-oic acid, the major metabolite of THC in most species including humans. This raises the possibility that the intensity and duration of action of THC may depend to a large degree on the levels of this metabolite at the sites of action.We thank the National Institute on Drug Abuse for supporting this project by grants DA-02043 and DA-02052 and for supplying all of the cannabinoids. 镁合金表面热喷涂WC-10Co-4Cr粒子沉积及分布特性

为了探究高速空气燃料热喷涂（AC-HVAF）过程中喷涂粒子撞击基材后的沉积特性。采用AC-HVAF热喷涂技术在AZ80镁合金基体上沉积WC-10Co-4Cr硬质涂层。通过离散沉积实验获得薄层沉积粒子,探讨各种沉积形貌的种类、形成原因、结合机制及射流中粒子的径向和轴向分布。结果表明：在AC-HVAF粒子沉积过程中,嵌入型沉积为主要的沉积形貌,同时包含少量的破碎型与空腔型沉积粒子。在涂层的形成过程中,嵌入型沉积对涂层/基体结合性能起重要作用;空腔型沉积的小颗粒及破碎型沉积的大颗粒是造成沉积效率下降的主要原因。喷涂粒子主要集中在射流中心,越靠近射流边缘,空腔型沉积粒子越多,最终导致AC-HVAF粒子射流呈现出空间分布特征。     

Third-order optical nonlinearities for lanthanum (Ⅲ) complexes with 1,10-phenanthroline components

The nonlinear refractive indexes n 2 for the ethanol solutions of 1,10-phenanthroline (2.0×10 -3 mol·L -1), [bis(1,10-phenanthroline) lanthanum (Ⅲ)] nitrate (1.0×10 -3 mol·L -1), and [nitrato-fluoracil-bis (1,10-phenanthroline) lanthanum (Ⅲ)] nitrate (1.0×10 -3 mol·L -1) are first measured, the third-order nonlinear optical susceptibilities χ (3) and <γ> are calculated, and the mechanisms of the third-order optical nonlinearities enhanced by lanthanum (Ⅲ) are discussed preliminarily.     

EPON上行方向物理编码子层的FPGA实现

目前EPON的物理层(其中包含物理编码子层)在上行方向尚无ASIC芯片可以直接使用，该文提出了EPON物理编码子层在上行方向的设计思想，并用FPGA实现，功能仿真的结果验证了该设计逻辑功能的正确性。     

2,9-二甲基-1,10-菲罗啉络合推动Ni~(2+)离子在水/硝基苯界面传递的研究

用半微积分伏安法研究了2,9—二甲基—1,10—菲罗啉(L)络合推动Ni(Ⅱ)离子在水/硝基苯界面的传递行为。在0.1mol/L NiCl_2(或NiSO_4)(W)—0.05mol/L TBATPB,L(NB)体系中,Ni(Ⅱ)与L生成NiClL~+(或NiL_2~(2+))络合离子,从而在W/NB界面发生离子传递。当C_(Ni~(2+))>>C_L,e_p与C_L成正比,线性范围为1×10~(-6)mol/L～5×10~(-4)mol/L,可作为L的定量分析。文中进行了理论探讨,测得了络合物的形成常数等。     

Growth ages of ferromanganese crusts from the western and central Pacific： Comparison between nannofossil analysis and ^10Be dating

Based on results of nannofossil analysis and 10Be dating in ferromanganese crusts M1-1 and A1-1 (no nannofossils were found in it),from the western and central Pacific respectively,it is found that the crust growth ages from nannofossil biostrati-graphy agree well with those based on 10Be isotope analysis. Both crusts have three growth layers,and the oldest layer was deposited in Miocene at about 12.80 Ma. The maximum,minimum,and average growth rates of crust A1-1 (from the central Pacific) are 8.11,1.92 and 3.47 mm/Ma,and those of crust M1-1 (from the western Pacific) are 2.93,0.47,and 0.94 mm/Ma.     

粉末冶金Al-10%Ti复合材料的力学和耐磨性能

文章采用“冷压烧结+热挤压”的粉末冶金法制备出Al—10％Ti复合材料,研究了Al—10％Ti复合材料的孔隙率、抗拉强度、伸长率、硬度和耐磨行为。结果表明:与Al相比,Al-10％Ti复合材料的孔隙率较高,抗拉强度和伸长率较低,硬度和耐磨性较高;Al-10％Ti复合材料的磨损体积损失分别是Al的1/22.3及Qsn6.5-0.4的1/14.8,其磨损表面呈Al基体+Ti颗粒+孔隙的耐磨组织。     

利用枯草杆菌整合表达嗜铬粒蛋白抗真菌片段

为实现CGA1-76片段基因在枯草杆菌中的稳定表达,将CGA1-76片段基因的表达元件重组到枯草杆菌转座子质粒pHV1249微转座子mini-Tn10内,利用mini-Tn10将CGA1-76片段基因的表达元件整合到枯草杆菌DB1342染色体上,用氯霉素和红霉素筛选枯草杆菌转座工程菌DB1342(TnSVTQ).DB1342(TnSVTQ)在无选择压力条件下经10 d连续传代培养,转座子内氯霉素抗性丢失率为0%,说明转座子稳定整合在DB1342染色体上.SDS-PAGE和免疫印迹分析结果表明,在蔗糖诱导下,CGA1-76片段基因在DB1342(TnSVTQ)中获得表达,产物被分泌到细胞外.孔穴琼脂扩散法测定表达上清的抑制真菌活性,结果表明重组CGA1-76能抑制烟曲霉菌和黄曲霉菌的生长,抑菌圈直径分别为9 mm和8 mm.     

Atomic-scale computer simulation for early precipitation process of Ni75Al10V15 alloy

The kinetic model for a ternary system is introduced based on the microscopic diffusion form of the phase-field equations for a binary alloy. The equation is solved in the reciprocal space. This model is used to investigate the early precipitation process of Ni75-Al10V15 by simulating the atomic pictures of the two ordered phases and calculating the order parameters of γ′(Ni3Al) phase. Simulation results show that the γ′ ordered phases precipitate from the disordered matrix by a non-classical nucleation mechanism, and the nonstoichiometric γ′ ordered phase appears first and then transforms into the stoichiometric one. Clusters of V atoms appear at the γ′ phase boundaries followed by the formation of the nonstoichiometric θ ordered phase. The farther the location from γ′ phase boundary is, the lower the order degree of θ phase is. There exist two kinds of DO22 ordered domains: a horizontal one and a vertical one, related to their adjacent γ′ phase boundaries. The model could describe the atomic ordering and composition clustering simultaneously, and any a priori assumption about the new phase structure and precipitation mechanism etc. is unnecessary.
