核磁共振跟踪反应法研究5—O—乙酰基—2.3-双脱氧-D.L-呋喃戊糖基氯的合成

以乙酸四氢呋喃甲酯为原料,通过自由基氯化反应,合成双脱氧核苷类抗艾滋病药物的重要中间体化合物5—0—乙酰基—2.3—双脱氧—D.L—吹喃戊糖基氯.对于此种不稳定的中间体化合物,用~1HNMR跟踪监测反应物的方法,研究了改变反应时间、反应温度和反应物摩尔比对反应产物的影响,获得了最佳的反应条件,使其收率从10％提高到50％左右.     

The Development of Materials for the Production of Hydrogen from Bio-ethanol

1 Results There is an increased interest in the hydrogen production from renewable sources. In this context, recently, numerous studies which use ethanol for hydrogen production have appeared. Ethanol is easily handled, non-toxic, and it can be obtained from biomass. The steam-reforming of bioethanol has been shown to beeffective for hydrogen production:C2H5OH 3 H2O  6 H2 2 CO2. 用基团模型的3d^7离子在三角对称下的高阶微扰公式计算了CsMgCl3晶体中Co^2＋杂质中心的g因子g∥,g⊥和超精细结构常数A∥和A⊥。计算中，不仅考虑了基态和激发态间的组态相互作用效应，而且考虑了3d^7离子d轨道与配体p轨道之间的共价效应，与这两种效应相关的参数可由所研究晶体的光谱和结构数据得到。在考虑了键长与键角的微弱畸变后，理论计算值与实验观测值符合较好。     

关于随机微分系统的M_0—稳定性

本文的目的是将确定性常微系统的M_0—稳定性概念与结果,推广到一般随机微分系统.然后,利用这些结果来研究随机受扰确定性系统M_0—稳定性的条件;借助未受扰确定性系统的Lynpunov一型函数及比较方法,得到了随机受扰系统M_0—几乎必然一致渐近稳定性与M_0—p阶矩一致渐近稳定性的充分条件.     

R0代数中的真布尔元

通过研究R0代数中一类特殊的元——真布尔元的性质，给出了一些特别的R0等式，并据此得到了真布尔元对R0代数分类的充要条件，为格上研究R0代数开辟了一个新的方向。     

Induction of hemopoietic chimerism in the caprine fetus by intraperitoneal injection of fetal liver cells

Summary Intraperitoneal injection of allogeneic liver cells from 43-day-old male fetuses into normal 60-day female goat fetuses resulted in persistent hemopoietic chimerism in surviving recipients without clinical evidence of graft-versus-host disease. Transplantation of normal fetal liver cells into preimmunocompetent goat fetuses affected with -D-mannosidosis may provide an alternative strategy for evaluating hemopoietic stem cell transplantation in the treatment of human lysosomal storage diseases.     

A new indolic antiauxin, α-(5,7-dichloroindole-3-)isobutyric acid: its chemical synthesis and biological activity

Summary A new potent antiauxin, -(5,7-dichloroindole-3-)isobutyric acid has been synthesized and shown to inhibit auxin-mediated elongation ofAvena coleoptiles and to stimulate root growth of rice seedlings. Its activity is stronger than -(p-chlorophenoxy)isobutyric acid and is comparable to that of 2,3,5-triiodobenzoic acid, which are typical antiauxins.     

The contents of the pygidial gland of the primitive antNothomyrmecia macrops (Hymenoptera:Formicidae)

Summary The principal constituent of the pygidial gland ofNothomyrmecia macrops is 3,7-dimethyloct-6-en-2-one, a substance not previously identified in insects. Also identified were 2,6-dimethylhept-5-enal, 2-nonanone, indole, -dodecalactone, and the hydrocarbons pentadecane, heptadecane, heptadecene and heptadecadiene, all in low nanogram quantities.     

Pharmacodynamic profile of CQP 201-403, a novel 8α-amino-ergoline

Summary The profile of action in animals of CQP 201-403, a novel 8-amino-ergoline, is in most aspects that of a very potent dopaminomimetic, both as a prolactin secretion inhibitor, and at the levels of the CNS and the cardiovascular system. Qualitatively CQP 201-403 differs slightly from bromocriptine and apomorphine in its effects on the CNS (no influence on serotonin metabolism in the rat cortex; induction of masculine mounting behavior in rats) and the cardiovascular system of the dog (reflex tachycardia in response to a blood-pressure fall). In man the new compound proved to be highly active in lowering prolactin serum levels and to be more potent than bromocriptine (Parlodel^®).In memory of Dr Annemarie Closse, who died 14 June 1987.
