Dopamine is an important neurotransmitter,and nonenzyme electrochemical sensor of dopamine detection based on highly active material is urgently demanded.In this work,an electrochemical sensor with high sensitivity and selectivity based on self-rolled TiO_2microscroll/graphene composite was developed and validated for dopamine sensing.The device exhibited a superior performance for dopamine detection with a detection limit of 4.25×10~(-9)mol L~(-1),and in the dopamine concentration range of 0.06–90μmol L~(-1),the oxidation currents increased linearly with the concentration.The remarkable performance enhancement was mainly ascribed to the increased surface area due to the porous surface of the TiO_2nanomembrane and highly conductive graphene therein.In addition,we have demonstrated that the sensor could be effectively used on detecting dopamine concentrations in urine samples.Our work demonstrates that the current microscroll-based device is promising in the field of real-time health monitoring for future human community. 相似文献

结构面间距是岩体稳定性和力学特性分析中的一个重要参数,在岩石力学、采矿工程、边坡监测等领域的数值计算中广泛应用.本文以岩体边坡露头为研究对象,基于非接触测量获得的三维点云数据,提出一种基于密度聚类的结构面细化分类方法;在结构面粗略分组提取的基础上,通过投影变换、散乱点拟合等算法,求得结构面间距和岩体体积节理数.设计开发了结构面细化分类及间距等参数计算与分析原型系统,实际案例分析表明,本文方法可有效实现结构面的自动细化分类,并能够计算出间距等相关参数,可为岩体质量分级和岩体稳定性分析等提供方法支撑. 相似文献

3D bioprinting has been developed as a promising technology in a wide variety of biomedical applications. However, the successful implementation of bioprinting is still heavily restricted by the relatively narrow range of printable and biocompatible materials. Recently, many comprehensive reviews of the main bioprinting methods, commonly used bioprinting materials and the trending bioprinting applications have been carried out. In this review, we focused on the trends in the development of materials for 3D bioprinting. The significance and recent advances of ECM-based materials, multi-material and stimuli-responsive materials for bioprinting were summarized successively. It has been proposed that activation of Toll-like receptors (TLRs) plays crucial roles in the polarization of adaptive immune responses. A synthetic Toll-like receptor 2 (TLR2) ligand, Pam3CSK4, has been reported to modulate the balance of Th1/Th2 responses. We evaluated the modulation effect of Pam3CSK4 on allergic immune response in a mouse rhinitis model sensitized to house dust mite allergen (HDM). Mice were sensitized and challenged with Dermatophagoidesfarinae allergen (Der f), and then the allergic mice were treated by Pam3CSK4. Nasal allergic symptoms and eosinophils were scored. Der f-specific cytokine responses were examined in the splenocytes and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF). Serum level of total IgE was also detected. After establishing a mouse allergic rhinitis model with HDM, we have showed that Pam3CSK4 treatment not only ameliorated the nasal allergic symptoms remarkably but also decreased the eosinophils and total inflammation cells in BALF significantly. Analysis of cytokine profile found that IFN-7 released from either BALF or stimulated splenocytes increased markedly in Pam3CSK4-treated mice, while IL-13 decreased significantly. Moreover, serum level of total IgE was significantly lower in Pam3CSK4-treated mice than in the untreated. Thus, in an allergic rhinitis mouse model developed with HDM, Pam3CSK4 was shown to exhibit an antiallergic effect, indicating its potential application in allergic diseases. 相似文献

High-density event-related potentials (ERPs) were measured when participants were required to evaluate oneself, significant others (father and mother) and the most familiar public figures (Lei Feng and Jiang Qing) based on trait adjectives. There were three referential conditions and a non-referential control condition including self-evaluation (SE), significant other-evaluation (SOE), general other-evaluation (GOE), and semantic positivity-evaluation (SPE). The behavioral data showed that RTs to GOE condition were longer than the other three conditions. Scalp ERP analysis revealed that (1) SPE condition elicited a more negative N2 than SE condition, which was associated with inhibition of responses; (2) SE condition elicited a more positive P300 than SPE condition, which was an index of attention to self-relevant stimuli; (3) there was no difference on the amplitude and latency of P300 between SE and SOE conditions, which reflected that the concept of “self” included intimate others (e.g., father and mother) in Chinese culture. 相似文献

详细介绍了双光头同步控制原理.对采集的伺服模块聚焦误差跟踪信号及共焦模块读写光头的聚焦线圈驱动信号进行了频域分析,并以此两路信号作为系统输入输出,分别对三种参数模型进行参数优化.根据3种模型的频率响应及阶跃响应,选择双光头同步控制过程的参数模型为[450]阶的ARX模型.实测曲线与模型仿真结果符合度(fit)为78.0259%. 相似文献
