西昌市家畜血吸虫病流行病学调查

通过对西昌市家畜血吸虫病进行流行病学调查,采集14728头家畜粪便一粪三检,牛、马、猪、犬、羊血吸虫病感染率分别为12.9％、9.0％、7.7％、6.1％和2.9％,并对家畜血吸虫病主要临床表现、传播途径与人群的关系等流行病学特点进行了调查,摸清了我市家畜血吸虫病流行规律,为有效防治提供了科学依据。     

Biodiversity and biogeography of non-marine Mollusca on the islands of the Southern Ocean

There are no terrestrial and freshwater molluscs associated with Continental nor Maritime Antarctica. The malacofaunas of the cool-temperate and sub-Antarctic islands of the Southern Ocean are extremely depauperate, comprising a mere 68 site-records of 51 species from 27 genera in 13 families. The South Atlantic records are confined to the Falkland Islands, which harbour nine species (one bivalve, five pond snails and three terrestrial aliens), and South Georgia, where there is one Notodiscus sp. (Charopidae). The fauna of the South Indian Ocean islands of Prince Edward, Crozet, Kerguelen and Heard, comprises two alien slugs and endemic Notodiscus hookeri (Charopidae). The majority of species occur on the South Pacific Ocean Islands of Macquarie, Campbell, Auckland, Snares, Antipodes, Bounty and Chatham to the south and east of New Zealand. The Chatham fauna is dissimilar to that on the other South Pacific Islands, though both represent vicariant remnants of common South Pacific Is./New Zealand Athoracophoridae, Charopidae and Punctidae. There is, other than the broad South Indian Ocean distribution of Notodiscus hookeri, little evidence of Holocene dispersal and colonization. Indeed the Southern Ocean is an effective barrier and the different regional (South Atlantic/Indian/Pacific) faunas are principally vicariant and derived from local survivors of Pleistocene glaciation.     

一个简单的钉螺控制的数学模型研究

通过建立一个关于单位面积钉螺变化率的数学模型,并对模型中的一些参数分两种不同的情况进行求解.再利用数学软件Mathematic对模型的各种解赋予实际的参考数据进行数值模拟,并对控制措施下的钉螺死亡率k的不同取值,得到相应的模拟图形,根据图形来探讨在不同的控制措施下钉螺数量的变化情况.     

乙酰肉碱的化学合成与酶法拆分

采用化学方法以肉碱为底物, 合成了外消旋乙酰肉碱, 精制后可获得纯度99%以上的乙酰肉碱, 收率为96%. 利用蜗牛酶（Snail Enzyme）对其进行不对称酯水解反应, 发现蜗牛酶对乙酰肉碱具有高度立体选择性, 并且可得到光学纯度为98%的乙酰-L- 肉碱.     

西昌市养殖灭螺防治日本血吸虫病试点示范技术研究

为探索养殖鱼、鸭生物灭螺防治日本血吸虫病技术,在全市选点示范扩建鱼塘和沟渠稻田放养鱼,鸭采食钉螺进行生物灭螺防治血吸虫病,通过五年的示范研究和推广,使疫情得到显著控制,钉螺感染率和感染钉螺密度分别下降71.84%,80.00%,耕牛和人群血吸虫病感染率分别下降73.36%,48.05%,社会经济和生态效益明显。     

Snail的结构及功能与肿瘤生长侵袭的研究进展

Snail为锌指蛋白超家族的第一个成员,在转录调控、形成抑制性染色质结构、细胞信号和发育过程中发挥积极作用。也可以由于放松管制而导致疾病。有研究表明,Snail可促使上皮-间质转化及E-cadherin和桥粒芯糖蛋白的降解,在胃癌、结肠癌、肝癌、卵巢癌、头颈部鳞状细胞癌等许多肿瘤组织中呈中高表达,被认为是促进肿瘤侵袭转移的因素。对Snail的深入研究不仅能更进一步阐明Snail的作用机制,并且为进一步研究以Snail为靶点的肿瘤治疗策略提供理论依据。本文对Snail的结构、功能以及Snail与肿瘤生长与侵袭进行了综述。     

Lectin receptors in snail proteogalactans. II.Archachatina marginata andAchatina achatina (preliminary report)

Summary The lectin receptor sites on the proteogalactans from the albumin glands of West African land snails,Archachatina marginata andAchatina achatina have been studied by precipitin reactions using the agar-gel double diffusion technique with various lectins. The proteogalactans from both snails have predominantly terminal -D-galactose structures; but they show characteristic differences in the topographical features at the surfaces of the carbohydrate structures presumed to be compatible with the combining site for these lectins.     

谈云南壮剧表演艺术的革新

新中国成立以来,随着时代的发展变迁,云南壮剧的表演艺术也得到了不断革新并取得了一系列新成果,体现出鲜明的时代特色。1961年编成的大型壮剧《螺蛳姑娘》获得了极大成功,集中体现了这一时期云南壮剧艺术革新的主要成就;而1984年到1989年先后编成上演的四部大戏《和睦皈朝》、《三七姑娘》、《彩虹》和《白云村姑》,则体现了改革开放后云南壮剧艺术革新的新成果。     

我国江湖洲滩血吸虫病控制对策的思考和建议

简介了我国江湖洲滩血吸虫病的流行概况、钉螺及血吸虫的生物学特性、动物血吸虫病流行特点,巧妙地设计出消灭病原、洪水涨落前后进行封洲禁牧等措施,使人畜下洲后不与水体中的钉螺接触,切断病原进入螺体和人（畜）体内,从而转变灭病必先灭螺的观念,做到有螺无害、净化草洲,达到控制血吸虫病流行的目的。     

Regulation of carbohydrate metabolism by the optic tentacles of the garden snailCryptozona ligulata (Gastropoda-Stylommatophora)

Summary The presence of a hyperglycemic factor in the optic tentacles of the snailC. ligulata is reported here. A preliminary characterization based on crude extracts indicates the factor to be water-soluble, heat labile and to be an albumin. The ablation of optic tentacles and injection of optic tentacle extract into operated and normal snails caused a rise in blood sugar, total carbohydrate and glycogen in the foot muscle and mantle and a decrease in hepatopancreatic glycogen. The ablation also caused a fall in blood free amino acids and a rise in the tissues, which was reversed in the blood and foot muscle by injection of the extract. Possible conversion of amino acids to total carbohydrates and glycogen by gluconeogenesis is suggested.
