分色复印

通过对复印机显影过程的分析，阐述了对复印原稿进行分色处理的基本原理以及影响分色的几个关键因素，并从感光体的光色灵敏度着手，研究了感光材料中的Te含量对分色特性的影响，并成功地实现了对红、黑两色的分色处理。     

不同Ca~(2+)浓度对斑节对虾光感受器细胞内储存的Ca~(2+)的影响

应用草酸-焦锑酸盐结合的沉淀技术研究了在不同Ca^2 浓度条件下斑节对虾光感受器细胞胞内储存的Ca^2 的变化，电镜观察表明：在高钙溶液培育后，细胞内的多囊体、色素颗粒、板膜体中都存在大量的焦锑酸钙沉淀的黑色颗粒，线粒体中则无；在生理溶液培育后，线粒体中出现沉淀，而其他Ca^2 储存器中焦锑酸钙沉淀的黑色颗粒则大量减少，低钙溶液培育后焦锑酸钙沉淀的黑色颗粒情况与生理溶液条件下的相似，研究证实光感受器细胞内储存的Ca^2 受到胞外Ca^2 浓度的影响。     

Shortening velocity of single muscle cells isolated from a molluscan smooth muscle

Summary The maximal unloaded shortening velocity (V_max) of smooth muscle cells isolated from the pedal retractor muscle ofMytilus was more than twice as large as that of the whole muscle, suggesting the presence of extracellular components which resist the contraction of the whole muscle. The V_max of the isolated cells was almost constant at cell lengths ranging between 0.5 and 0.831₀ (1₀, optimal length for tension generation) indicating that the intracellular resistance to contraction is negligible within this range of lengths.     

Decrease of K+ conductance underlying a depolarizing photoresponse of a molluscan extraocular photoreceptor

Summary An identified neurone in theOnchidium abdominal ganglion responds to light with a depolarizing generator potential, so that this neurone functions as an extraocular photoreceptor. The light-evoked depolarizing response is produced by a selective decrease in K⁺ conductance.     

Innervation and control of the heart of a gastropod,Rapana

Summary The innervation and control of the heart of a prosobranch mollusc,Rapana thomasiana, were studied. Acetylcholine was found to be an inhibitory neurotransmitter. Both serotonin and FMRFamide (Phe-Met-Arg-Phe-NH₂) showed excitatory effects on the heart; FMRFamide had greater inotropic and more regulatory chronotropic effects than serotonin. The effects of serotonin were blocked by methysergide, while the effects of FMRFamide and of stimulating the excitatory cardiac nerves were not blocked. Stimulation of circumesophageal ganglia elicited a slow enhancement of heart beat together with body movement. This enhancement was blocked by methysergide. Serotonin was considered to act at the heart as a local neurohormone. Although the mechanism of action of FMRFamide is still not yet clarified, it is possible that FMRFamide plays a physiological role as a cardioregulatory substance, as indicated by the physiological and histological findings.     

不同光适应的中华绒螯蟹光感受器超微结构在昼夜中的变化

用透射电镜研究了一昼夜不同时间中光适应和暗适应的中华绒螯蟹光感受器的超微结构．结果显示出在感杆束的直径,膜下潴泡囊的体积、微纤毛基部的胞饮泡数量、色素样颗粒的位置以及有无脂滴、板膜体和溶酶体等细胞器方面,光适应和暗适应的光感受器有着明显的差异．在同一种适应状态中,中午和夜晚时的小网膜感杆束的体积较小,相应的细胞结构如胞质中的空泡、板膜体等与黎明和傍晚时的结构相比变化较大．虽然光感受器处于一个稳定的适应状态,但是在一昼夜中光感受器有着自己的节律变化．     

动物感光器中的G蛋白及其偶联的光信号转导

G蛋白偶联的信号转导系统是细胞跨膜信号转导的重要途径，在动物的光感觉生理中，G蛋白在信号的转导和放大过程中起了重要的作用，有关这方面的研究已是动物光感觉研究中的一个热点，作者介绍了国内外这方面的研究进展，以及研究的方法，并对动物感光器中G蛋白的类型、性质和功能作了简要的概括。     

鲎腹神经感光器中一种新的光碰击

鲎（Limuluspolyhemus）腹神经感光器在生理盐水（Ca2 10mmol/L）中被持续的弱光照射后产生的一种新的光碰击被记录了．这种新的光碰击在它振幅大小（Jmax）、信号下降相的半时间（T2）与上升相的半时间（T1）的比值，信号的指数衰退时间常数（λ）等碰击的参数上1不同于“C1光磁击”和“C2光碰击”．并且这种新的碰击类型对细胞外的钙离子浓度变化有很强的敏感性．这3种光碰击类型可能是感光器内酶反应链不同支链活动的结果．     

眼球运动模型及动画程序的计划与应用

根据眼球的三维静力学模型与眼球运动的三维动力学模型建立的非线性方程组所求得的结果，利用Visual C^ 编程语言初步建立了眼球的三维立体模型，并设计了眼球运动的动画程度，介绍了程序各个组成模块的主要属性和主要功能，给出了程序设计过程所用到的坐标系统设定方式、控制界面的主要功能和动画实现的主要过程。
