管理系统的最经济控制问题

依据最经济控制问题的概念及其对无确定性数学模型系统分析存在的局限性，对现代管理系统最经济控制问题，提出了在满足系统基本要求前提下。实现控制功能及品质与控制成本比最佳或最划算的模型定义，并对管理系统的可靠性、ABC管理法、WSR方法论等方面的可靠性成本、运行成本和最佳收益等最经济控制问题进行了研究．     

Structure of the human CLC-7/Ostm1 complex reveals a novel state

CLC-7 functions as a Cl?/H+ exchanger in lysosomes. Defects in CLC-7 and its β-subunit, Ostm1, result in osteopetrosis and neurodegeneration. Here, we present the cryogenic electron microscopy (cryo-EM) structure of the human CLC-7/Ostm1 complex (HsCLC-7/Ostm1) at a resolution of 3.6 ?. Our structure reveals a new state of the CLC-7/Ostm1 heterotetramer, in which the cytoplasmic domain of CLC-7 is absent, likely due to high flexibility. The disordered cytoplasmic domain is probably not able to restrain CLC-7 subunits and thus allow their relative movements. The movements result in an approximately half smaller interface between the CLC-7 transmembrane domains than that in a previously reported CLC-7/Ostm1 structure with a well-folded cytoplasmic domain. Key interactions involving multiple osteopetrosis-related residues are affected by the interface change.     

两种免疫组化染色试剂盒在福尔马林诱导的大鼠脊髓背角c-Fos的表达中的比较

采用免疫组化方法,对ABC试剂盒与SP试剂盒在检测c Fos阳性神经元中的效果进行了比较.一侧大鼠后足掌部皮下注射2 5%福尔马林,引起同侧L4-5段脊髓背角表达c Fos、SP法和ABC法都检测到c Fos阳性神经元主要分布于Ⅰ-Ⅱ层,少量分布于Ⅲ-Ⅳ和Ⅴ-Ⅵ层,在SP法中,使用1∶15000比例的一抗c Fos即可检测到在同侧脊髓背角各层c Fos阳性神经元的表达,在ABC法中,使用1∶15000比例的一抗c Fos则检测不到c Fos阳性神经元,而当c Fos采用1∶7500比例时,其检测结果和SP法一致,上述结果表明两种免疫组化反应试剂盒都可用于检测在由福尔马林诱导的脊髓c Fos原癌基因表达,但SP法操作更简便,灵敏度也更高.

就煤矿在物资采购当中存在的一些问题,经过应用ABC分析法分析,选择出了在物资采购当中应该重点采购和管理的重点物资根据价值工程原理对订购影响因素进行了功能和成本分析,建立了物资采购供应方选择决策模型,为煤矿企业的物资采购提供了有力的决策支持,对企业降低物资采购成本、提高物资采购效益有着重要的意义.     

The macromolecular peptide-loading complex in MHC class I-dependent antigen presentation

A challenging task for the adaptive immune system of vertebrates is to identify and eliminate intracellular antigens. Therefore a highly specialized antigen presentation machinery has evolved to display fragments of newly synthesized proteins to effector cells of the immune system at the cell surface. After proteasomal degradation of unwanted proteins or defective ribosome products, resulting peptides are translocated into the endoplasmic reticulum by the transporter associated with antigen processing and loaded onto major histocompatibility complex (MHC) class I molecules. Peptide-MHC I complexes are transported via the secretory pathway to the cell surface where they are then inspected by cytotoxic T lymphocytes, which can trigger an immune response. This review summarizes the current view of the intracellular machinery of antigen processing and of viral immune escape mechanisms to circumvent destruction by the host. 基于遗传算法的船舶分段运输调度方法

为解决船厂平板运输车搬运船舶分段的日程计划问题,建立了利用最少数量的平板运输车完成分段搬运作业,以及所有分段搬运作业完成时间最小化的两阶段优化模型,提出了基于遗传算法的2种启发式方法以实现模型求解,并用数值实验的方法进行验证.结果表明,所提出的2种方法都能够较好地完成船舶分段运输调度计划,并实现平板运输车的高效利用.     

作业成本法成本动因优化理论和方法的研究综述

在简单介绍作业成本法的产生和发展的基础上,阐述了关于作业成本法的核心——成本动因优化的理论,并探讨了成本动因优化中所使用的方法。     

基于采购频度的原材料字典查询优化设计方法

以某冶炼制造企业原材料管理系统为实例,结合实际工程项目中原材料采购与生产消耗情况,提出一种原材料软分类方法。该方法以意大利经济统计学家Vilfredo Pareto提出的ABC分类法为主要规则,关联性为参考规则,与原有分类方法结合并用。详细描述了该方法的算法设计和程序实现,并对其在实际运行系统中的实施效率进行了分析。效率的明显提高,证明了该分类方法的合理性。     

pHi regulatory ion transporters: an update on structure, regulation and cell function

Intracellular pH (pH_i) is a major regulator of various and critical cellular functions. A close regulation of pH_i is thus mandatory to maintain normal cellular activity. To this end, all cells express ion transporters that carry across their plasma membrane H⁺ or equivalent H⁺ into and out of the cell. Besides pH_i, these ion transporters are under the regulation of neurohormonal stimuli. This review summarises the molecular identity, regulation and function of the main membrane pH-regulatory ion transporters.
