A practicable variant of the ion exchange method for the radiometric estimation of ornithine decarboxylase activity

Summary A known ornithine decarboxylase assay working with ion exchang separation of [³H]ornithine and [³H]putrescine has been revised. The assay can be performed in disposable 1.5 ml vessels with a total of four pipetting steps. The separation of enzyme substrate and product, respectively, requires 3 h per 50 samples. The detection limit is about 50 pmoles [³H]putrescine formed.

研究了NaOH水溶液中甘氨酸、丙氨酸、半胱氨酸、胱氨酸、还原型谷胱甘肽和氧化型谷胱甘肽对吡哆醛的荧光猝灭行为．推导了荧光猝灭法研究物质间相互作用的一般方程，测算了吡哆醛与各氨基酸及谷胱甘肽作用的结合常数(K)与结合比(n)，并考察了氨基酸和谷胱甘肽电子光谱吸收对吡哆醛荧光测量的影响以及碱性介质中吡哆醛的荧光特性．测算和讨论了甘氨酸和吡哆醛结合反应的热力学函数．     

Effect of phosphonic analogues of glutamic acid on glutamate decarboxylase

Summary Among the phosphonic analogues of glutamic acid, only 4-amino-4-phosphono butyric acid, the compound which shows the highest affinity for pyridoxal phosphate, inhibits competitively bothEscherichia coli and rat brain glutamate decarboxylases. Phosphinothricin, 2-amino-4-(methylphosphino)butyric acid, is a strong inhibitor of the mammalian enzyme.We acknowledge the gift of a sample of phosphinothricin by Prof. Przemyslaw Mastalerz as well as the technical assistance of Denois.     

超声波催化二氧化锰氧化吡哆醇为吡哆醛的简便方法

研究了在超声波辐射条件下，市售二氧化锰在5％HCl溶液中氧化吡哆醇为吡哆醛的反应．结果表明，商品二氧化锰可在温和的条件下被超声波辐射活化，在氧化反应中具有良好的氧化性能．与非超声辐射条件下相比，二氧化锰氧化吡哆醇的氧化速率大大提高，反应时间由5h减至30min。     

环三磷腈对羟基苯甲醛芳胺衍生物的合成及分子识别功能

以环三磷腈为起始原料,在2,2-二羟基联苯的保护下合成了化合物（1）和（2）,并与对羟基苯甲醛芳氨希夫碱进一步反应,经分离纯化后得到四种环三磷腈衍生物。通过红外光谱、核磁共振波谱对化合物进行了结构表征,证实为目标产物。利用紫外光谱研究了四种衍生物对信号分子激活剂磷酸吡哆醛(PLP)的识别功能和剂-效关系。结果表明,希夫碱基枝化衍生物（6）和（8）具有较好的识别能力。
