中小学局域网建设的实践

针对中学局域网的建设，本文从实际应用的角度探讨了中学局域网建设的若干重要环节，分析了中学局域网建设中遇到的困难，指出了注意事项。     

The Difference of the Pulmonary-Artery Pressure of the Migrants from Difference Elevation at the 4636 - 4907 m Altitude

Study Objective： To compare and analyze the changes of the pulmonary-artery pressure of the migrants coming from different elevation in the hypoxic environment of 4636 - 4907 m extreme altitude. To explore the susceptibility to hypoxic pulmonary-artery hypertension （PH） in the subjects from different altitude and profession. Methods： By using Color Doppler Ultmsonography （CDU）, measuring the pulmonary-artery pressure of 207 healthy men, who had continuously being lived and worked at the extreme altitude for more than six months, and then were divided into three groups according to their profession and the altitude of original living place. Results： There was a significant difference in the outcomes of pulmonary-artery pressure from the 3 groups. Conclusions： Altitude of original living place, labor intensity are some of factors that impact the pulmonary-artery pressure of the people who exposure to a hypoxic environment. The pulmonary- artery pressure of person without strenuously physical work experience was more sensitive to hypoxic surroundings than that of labor workers. It was not always the fact at an extreme altitude that the moderate altitude mountaineers were superior to other migrants from a lower altitude or plain. The higher PH was found in the groups of the moderate altitude mountaineers and labor workers. It is unlikely certain that one with PH would surfer from HAPE.     

The crystal-like anatomical uniformity of the striate cortex

The visual field is topographically mapped onto the primary visual cortex (V1), forming a retinotopic map which is far more detailed for the foveal regions than for the periphery. We found that receptive field (RF) size in monkey V1 increases with eccentricity, and that a 1—2 m² V1 region contains roughly a complete set of machinery necessary to analyze a visual-field area whose size is about that of the RFs of the cells. This allows V1 to be anatomically uniform, and is in sharp contrast with the retina.     

电磁相分离法制备自生表层复合材料

采用电磁相分离法制备出以初生富铁相（AlSiFeMn复杂金属间化合物）为增强相，表层硬度为HB62．25，基体硬度为HB59．00的Al-11.70%Si-1.20?-1.50%Mn合金自生表层复合材料，增强相的显微硬度为HV 842。87，大小为20－80μm，该表层复合材料同基体材料相比，耐磨性提高了57．41％，所用方法工艺过程简单，成本低，为解决材料在服役环境中不同部位，不同性能的问题提供了新途径。     

Growth hormone signal transduction

Growth hormone (GH) promotes animal growth by stimulating bone and cartilage cell proliferation, and influences carbohydrate and lipid metabolism. Some of these effects are brought about indirectly via somatomedin induction in hepatocytes, others by acting directly on the target cells. In either case, GH first binds to specific receptors on cells to trigger a sequence of biochemical events culminating in a biological response. Recently much has been learnt about the molecular structure of GH receptor, its binding to ligand, and the ensuing signal transduction events.

中小学教师教育技术能力培训评价是中小学教师教育技术能力培训活动的构成部分之一。本文将绩效评价的特点引入到教师教育技术培训评价中，结合《中小学教师教育技术能力标准（试行）》，制定了培训绩效评价指标体系，给参与中小学教师教育技术能力培训活动的相关人员提供参考。     

化学一级强化+悬浮填料活性污泥处理污水

针对浙江无锡市惠山区新建的惠山污水处理厂设计工艺,采用化学一级强化处理工艺及悬浮填料活性污泥法,并且就这两种工艺结合组成的二级强化处理工艺在工程实践中的应用作了技术可靠性和经济合理性分析.得出化学一级强化及悬浮填料活性污泥法的处理工艺具有工程投资省、适应水质变化操作灵活等优点.但由于没有太多运行经验,所以需要一个逐步摸索的过程.     

切削刀具倒棱刃口挤压力的理论计算

根据试验观察．揭出了刀具刃口带负倒棱时的切削模型。在此模型中,刀具刃口 存在一个“金属死区”。以新模型为基础．采用能量法,对高温、高应变率下刀具刃 口的挤压力进行了理论计算。所做工作的特点是：１）在材料变形分析中计入了挤压 层金属绕过刀具刃口时的过剩变形;２）进行有关材料变形与物理特性的计算时,考 虑了温度与应变率的影响。利用新研制的压电式切削测力仪进行验证试验,其结果表 明,理论计算值与实测数据较好一致。

在世纪之交、继往开来的重要时刻,党的十五大重新强调我国正处于并将长时期处于社会主义初级阶段,内涵深刻,意义深远。统一认识和准确把握我国的基本国情,搞清楚什么是初级阶段的社会主义,在初级阶段怎样建设社会主义等问题,对坚持走有中国特色社会主义发展道路,实现跨世纪宏伟大业,到下个世纪中叶基本实现社会主义现代化,具有重大的理论意义和现实意义。     

室间隔缺损并发肺动脉高压的外科治疗

总结室内隔缺损（ＶＳＤ）并发肺动脉高压外科治疗经验及效果,探讨手术适应证的选择及术后并发症的处理,以回顾性分析８年来室间隔缺损并发肺动脉高压５２例,手术治愈４９例,死亡３例,术后并发平的发生率为２３．０％,并发症及死亡率均明显低于文献报道,对ＶＳＤ并发肺动脉高压的外科治疗,必须严格选择好手术适应证,早期处理好术后并发症,重视术后的精心治疗。
