素质教育与化学教学有机结合之初探

根据化学课程的特点 ,本文就如何将素质教育融入化学教学 ,更好地体现素质教育的培养目标作了初步探索     

单层有机发光二极管中电场与载流子密度的分布

建立了单层 (有机发光二极管 )中载流子注入、输运和复合的理论模型 ,通过求解非线性Painleve方程得到了电场强度随坐标变化的解析函数关系式 ,计算并讨论了载流子迁移率对电场强度、载流子密度等的影响。结果表明 :空间电荷分布不均匀造成了电场强度的不均匀分布。当在器件中占主导地位的载流子具有较低的迁移率或少数载流子具有较高的迁移率时 ,有利于载流子的输运与复合 ,发光性能可得到较大提高。     

半挥发性有机物质的固相萃取技术在松花江水有机毒物检测中的应用

通过对不同类型的化合物在多种固相萃取柱上的回收率进行评价，对影响萃取效率的各参数进行了测定，确定了测定不同水样以及不同组分的最佳萃取条件，建立了系统的半挥发物富集方案，为松花江水中有机毒物的分析测定提供了有效的样品处理方法和测定方法。     

含PPV结构的电致发光材料

评述了含PPV(聚苯乙炔)结构的高分子型电致发光材料近几年来的研究进展工作,并对这类材料的分子设计做了简要展望.介绍和引用了有代表性的文献31篇.     

高功率激光二极管的可靠性研究

在使用综合参数测试仪测试半导体量子阱激光器的过程中，通过测试的功率曲线和伏安特性，断定激光器受到损伤，由扫描电镜(SEM：Scaning Electron Microscopy)观察到激光器的腔面出现了熔化，证实激光器性能的改变是由于产生了暗线缺陷(DLD：Dark Line Difect)和灾变性光损伤(COD：Catastrophic Optical Damage)，通过分析，了解到激光器的退化主要是由器件本身的材料、结构以及后期的工艺过程所决定的，在测试器件过程中电浪涌会加速或产生突然灾变性退化，最后给出了用隔离及无吸收窗口来减少损伤的方法．     

平面型共振隧穿二极管和其组成MOBILE

为了解决传统台面型共振隧穿二极管制作过程中横向钻蚀问题，提出了一种采用离子注入法在N^＋GaAs衬底上制作平面型共振隧穿二极管，通过离子注入对器件之间进行隔离，取代了台面制作工艺中的通过湿法腐蚀隔离器件的目的．研究了它的I-V特性，测得的峰谷电流比为3．4．研究了由平面型共振隧穿二极管构成的单双稳态逻辑单元，实现了作为反相器的功能．     

Efficient polymer light-emitting diodes with violet blue emission based on blends of PSiF6-PPP and PSiFC6C6

Efficient polymer light-emitting diodes (PLEDs) with violet blue emission were fabricated using blends of copolymers of paraphenylene-co-silafluorene (PSiF6-PPP) and polymer of poly (9,9'-alkyl-3,6-silafluorene) (PSiFC6C6). The performances of the devices are sensitive to the blend ratio. When the mass ratio of PSiF6-PPP to PSiFC6C6 is 1 : 3, the highest external quantum efficiency is 1.96% at luminance of 105 cd.m2, its electroluminescent (EL) spectrum peaks at 398 nm and full width at half maximum is 67 nm. The improvements of the device performances were due to the energy transfer from PSiFC6C6 to PSiF6-PPP and the balanced injection of electrons and holes.

The Application Research of OMMT in Alkyd Coatings

In this experiment we take the OMMT as the additive to improve the anti-sedimentation and thickening properties of the organic coatings,followed by a theoretical study on the suspension stability of the OMMT in solvents.The OMMTs were introduced into the alkyd coatings system by the preformed gel method.By comparing the different effects which the OMMTs with different grades had produced,we reach a conclusion that the OMMT numbered 24T421-2 has the best performance on the enhancement of properties we have mentioned above,as well as the anti-flowing and level characters.【Key words】Coatings;Organic montmorillonite;Suspendability;Anti-sedimentation
