本文总结了中国与日本之间染织文化交流的历程和中国传统染织纹样的发展,分析了中国文化对日本染织纹样的影响,以及日本传统染织纹样异于中国的特点和日本风格的形成。作者认为:1.日本传统染织纹样在母题、形式、内涵和名称诸方面受到中国的影响极大;2.这种影响以唐代和宋元为甚,明代以后日本逐渐自成一家;3.被称为“和样意匠”的日本风染织纹样表现了日本独特的民族性和审美情趣,特别是日本人对色彩的特殊感觉和嗜好;4.主要是由于技术上的原因,日本在印染方面的成就高于织绣纹样方面的成就,中国则相反。  相似文献

基于被子植物各主要分支代表类群的DELLA氨基酸序列,开展它们在被子植物中演化关系的系统发育分析.DELLA基因家族在双子叶植物早期演化阶段经历了一次复制事件,形成2大分支,每支都包含相应的蔷薇类和菊类;单子叶植物没有经历早期的复制事件,所有的DELLA基因聚在一起形成单一的支系.另外,证实了在被子植物的双子叶植物中存在第3个DELLA基因支系.  相似文献

Network motif is defined as a frequent and unique subgraph pattern in a network, and the search involves counting all the possible instances or listing all patterns, testing isomorphism known as NP-hard and large amounts of repeated processes for statistical evaluation. Although many efficient algorithms have been introduced, exhaustive search methods are still infeasible and feasible approximation methods are yet implausible.Additionally, the fast and continual growth of biological networks makes the problem more challenging. As a consequence, parallel algorithms have been developed and distributed computing has been tested in the cloud computing environment as well. In this paper, we survey current algorithms for network motif detection and existing software tools. Then, we show that some methods have been utilized for parallel network motif search algorithms with static or dynamic load balancing techniques. With the advent of cloud computing services, network motif search has been implemented with MapReduce in Hadoop Distributed File System(HDFS), and with Storm, but without statistical testing. In this paper, we survey network motif search algorithms in general, including existing parallel methods as well as cloud computing based search, and show the promising potentials for the cloud computing based motif search methods.  相似文献

Myosin V (myoV), a processive cargo transporter, has arguably been the most well-studied unconventional myosin of the past decade. Considerable structural information is available for the motor domain, the IQ motifs with bound calmodulin or light chains, and the cargo-binding globular tail, all of which have been crystallized. The repertoire of adapter proteins that link myoV to a particular cargo is becoming better understood, enabling cellular transport processes to be dissected. MyoV is processive, meaning that it takes many steps on actin filaments without dissociating. Its extended lever arm results in long 36-nm steps, making it ideal for single molecule studies of processive movement. In addition, electron microscopy revealed the structure of the inactive, folded conformation of myoV when it is not transporting cargo. This review provides a background on myoV, and highlights recent discoveries that show why myoV will continue to be an active focus of investigation. The structure-based sequence motif of the distant proteins in evolution, protein tyrosine phosphatases (PTP) Ⅰ and Ⅱ superfamilies, as an example, has been defined by the structural comparison, structure-based sequence alignment and analyses on substitution patterns of residues in common sequence conserved regions. And the phosphatases Ⅰ and Ⅱ can be correctly identified together by the structure-based PTP sequence motif from SWISS-PROT and TrEBML databases. The results show that the correct rates of identification are over 98%. This is the first time to identify PTP Ⅰ and Ⅱ together by this motif.  相似文献

Advances in methods of structure determination have led to the accumulation of large amounts of protein structural data. Some 500 distinct protein folds have now been characterized, representing one-third of all globular folds that exist. The range of known structural types and the relatively large fraction of the protein universe that has already been sampled have greatly facilitated the discovery of some unifying principles governing protein structure and evolutionary relationships. These include a highly skewed distribution of topological arrangements of secondary-structure elements that favors a few very common connectivities and a highly skewed distribution in the capacity of folds to accommodate unrelated sequences. These and other observations suggest that the number of folds is far fewer than the number of genes, and that the fold universe is dominated by a small number of giant attractors that accommodate large numbers of unrelated sequences. Thus all basic protein folds will likely be determined in the near future, laying the foundation for a comprehensive understanding of the biochemical and cellular functions of whole organisms.  相似文献

讨论了L1在人类染色体中的分布密度与染色体长度以及L1的密度与基因密度之间的关系.发现在大多数染色体上L1的密度和染色体的长度表现为正相关,而L1的密度和染色体中基因的密度表现为负相关;对人类L1的5’UTR进行了详细的研究后,发现在L1元件的5’UTR部分含有许多转录因子结合位点.对基因的转录起始位点上游进行统计分析,发现其中含有大量的L1序列.通过对人类的EST数据库进行BLAST分析,新发现了51条和人类L15’UTR相似性较高的EST片断,根据它们分布的组织特异性,说明L1元件可能调控与发育过程有关的基因的表达;最后应用多样性增量的方法对人类和大鼠的L1 5'UTR进行了区分,得到了较好的预测结果,说明大部分L1的5’UTR的调控作用是人类特有的.  相似文献
