在文献 [1]的基础上 ,主要讨论了二元运算⊙的运算规律 ,并给出了德摩根 BZMVd M-代数的若干性质 ,即在一个 BZMVd M-代数中 ,(1)～～ x=x当且仅当～ x⊙ x=x当且仅当 x x=x.(2 ) x,y∈A,x∧ y=0当且仅当 y<～ x;若 x x=x,则 x∧ y=0当且仅当 x≤ y.(3)～ (x y) =～ x⊙～ y.(4) x ～ x=1.     

Carbohydrate interference of complement-dependent cell lysis

Summary The antibody-mediated cytotoxicity of three autoreactive sera, an allogeneic hyperimmune serum and a xenogeneic hyperimmune serum was abrogated by the presence of either glucosamine, galactosamine, lactulose or lactose. This inhibition could be overcome in a dose-dependent fashion by increasing the amount of complement in the cytotoxicity assay, but not by increasing the amount of antibody. Furthermore, the inhibition was specific for these sugars in that isomers and N-acetylated derivatives were not inhibitory. The results suggest that these sugars directly blocked events of the complement cascade.

Synergistic actions of complement and lysozyme in clearance of Escherichia coli from amphioxus Branchiostoma belcheri

Amphioxus appears lacking free circulating blood cells. How it clears invading pathogens from its body remains unknown to date. We demonstrate here that amphioxus Branchiostoma belcheri is capable of efficiently eliminating the invading bacterium Escherichia coli from its humoral fluid, and the complement and lysozyme are both involved in the elimination of the invading pathogen. Both the complement and lysozyme act in concert against the invading bacterium, but the complement appears playing a more dominant role than the lysozyme.

在C语言程序设计教学过程中,根据Turbo C中整型数据类型在内存中的存储形式为补码的特点,巧妙引进补码的定义公式,灵活、简单地解决了初学者难以理解的整型数据取值范围的来源,有符号与无符号类型之间自动转换时输出真值的判定问题,以及在使用求反运算符时如何确定输出真值的问题.在实际教学过程中,通过引进补码的概念及其定义公式,使学生迅速领会了这些问题的本质.
