HTK参数对普米语孤立词识别率的影响

普米语是一种无文字的少数民族语言,目前已处于濒危状态,建立语音语料库及开展语音识别研究是保护和传承普米语的重要手段.基于HTK的语音识别中,参数的选取对不同语言的识别率有很大的影响.针对MFCC维数、HMM状态数及GMM个数这3个参数对普米语的识别率进行研究,结果表明:普米语语音识别的最佳MFCC维数为13维,最佳HMM状态数为8个,最佳GMM个数为3个.     

Forecasting in long horizons using smoothed direct forecast

This paper constructs a forecast method that obtains long‐horizon forecasts with improved performance through modification of the direct forecast approach. Direct forecasts are more robust to model misspecification compared to iterated forecasts, which makes them preferable in long horizons. However, direct forecast estimates tend to have jagged shapes across horizons. Our forecast method aims to “smooth out” erratic estimates across horizons while maintaining the robust aspect of direct forecasts through ridge regression, which is a restricted regression on the first differences of regression coefficients. The forecasts are compared to the conventional iterated and direct forecasts in two empirical applications: real oil prices and US macroeconomic series. In both applications, our method shows improvement over direct forecasts.

算法的相关性变换与划分带个数的关系

使用相关性变换法，划分并映射循环算法到具有固定尺寸的Ｓｙｓｔｏｌｉｃ阵列。下标集合被划分成若干条带，划分带的条数与变换后的Ｓｙｓｔｏｌｉｃ阵列算法的执行时间成正比。指出了Ｍｏｌｄｏｖａｎ给出的计算划分带条数的公式有很大局限性，给出了由空间变换计算划分带条数的方法。

Science Letters： A synthetic Toll-like receptor 2 ligand decreases allergic immune responses in a mouse rhinitis model sensitized to mite allergen

It has been proposed that activation of Toll-like receptors （TLRs） plays crucial roles in the polarization of adaptive immune responses. A synthetic Toll-like receptor 2 （TLR2） ligand, Pam3CSK4, has been reported to modulate the balance of Th1/Th2 responses. We evaluated the modulation effect of Pam3CSK4 on allergic immune response in a mouse rhinitis model sensitized to house dust mite allergen （HDM）. Mice were sensitized and challenged with Dermatophagoidesfarinae allergen （Der f）, and then the allergic mice were treated by Pam3CSK4. Nasal allergic symptoms and eosinophils were scored. Der f-specific cytokine responses were examined in the splenocytes and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid （BALF）. Serum level of total IgE was also detected. After establishing a mouse allergic rhinitis model with HDM, we have showed that Pam3CSK4 treatment not only ameliorated the nasal allergic symptoms remarkably but also decreased the eosinophils and total inflammation cells in BALF significantly. Analysis of cytokine profile found that IFN-7 released from either BALF or stimulated splenocytes increased markedly in Pam3CSK4-treated mice, while IL-13 decreased significantly. Moreover, serum level of total IgE was significantly lower in Pam3CSK4-treated mice than in the untreated. Thus, in an allergic rhinitis mouse model developed with HDM, Pam3CSK4 was shown to exhibit an antiallergic effect, indicating its potential application in allergic diseases.     

（BN）n及SiB（n-1）Nn（n=2-11）稳定结构的研究

利用遗传算法及Gastreich提出的经验势函数,研究了（BN）n（n=2-11）和SiBn-1Nn（n=2-11）团簇的可能稳定结构,对能量较低的异构体在HF/STO-3G水平进行优化,得到了（BN）n（n=2-11）和SiBn-1Nn（n=2-11）团簇稳定结构单环及线状结构,并进一步分析了单环的结构特征及相对稳定性。     

词汇策略的使用与词汇知识水平的相关探究

旨在探讨二语学习者的词汇策略倾向与其词汇知识之间的关系。对非英语专业大学二年级学生的词汇水平测试和词汇学习策略问卷调查结果表明：（1）学习者词汇策略的认知倾向对词汇知识水平有预测作用：词汇水平较高的同学更多地使用认知策略和元认知策略，而词汇水平相对较差的同学较多地依赖机械记忆；（2）二语学习者还没有摆脱母语知识系统的束缚，还需要进一步努力构建二语词汇知识系统。
