本文首先在已有文献基础之上,对工程组织及工程组织系统概念进行区分,重新对工程组织系统进行了界定;运用系统论对其系统属性、系统要素、及系统结构进行了全面的分析,最后提出了大型工程组织系统需具备的功能及实现途径。     

复杂巨系统研究的理论框架及其应用

在对复杂系统理论现状分析的基础上,提出了人为干预是造成系统复杂性的最重要因素,进而指出不可重复性是复杂巨系统最重要的特征.将具有主动性的人参与的复杂巨系统作为重点研究对象,运用系统动力学构建了复杂巨系统研究的一个理论框架,在框架中给出了复杂巨系统研究过程中定性、定量的分工与协作规则,并对这个理论框架在对抗性复杂巨系统的应用进行了研究.     

SOME DEVELOPMENTS IN THE STUDIES OF META—SYNTHESIS SYSTEM APPROACH

In the early 1990s, Professor Qian Xuesen(Tsien HsueShen)and his colleagues proposed theMetasynthesis system approach for solving the open complex giant system problems. The methodemphasizes the synthesis of collected information and knowledge of various kinds of experts, andcombining quantitative methods with qualitative knowledge. Later it is evolved into Hall of Workshopfor Meta-Synthetic Engineering (HWMSE)which emphasizes to make use of breaking advances ininformation technologies. Then continuous endeavors have been taken to put those ideas into practice.With tremendous advances in networking and distributed computing technologies, past difficulties inimplementation are disappearing together with further understandings of HWMSE and fruitful resultsachieved in similar or relevant research fields in recent years in China. In this paper some of thosedevelopment are introduced, together with some parallel research work abroad.

针对典型开放的复杂巨地震灾害系统,分析其系统的框架、运行、时空等结构特征,论述其开放性、复杂性、高维性、不确定性以及涌现性等整体特性;讨论地震灾害系统的组元、构成元素以及影响因素,构建由专家、机器及知识体系构成的地震灾害分析综合集成研讨厅体系;设计由专家经验、统计数据"实践'所得的"感性认识'到建立模型的``理性认知',论证研究问题框架与模型体系的同构同态的结构性质,再由上机计算(实验)的``再实践'到专家评估、数据处理、修改模型的"再认识'之地震灾害综合集成分析过程;在已有13个世界著名大地震系统分析与评估的基础上,界定地震危险性、区域承灾能力、基本信息、灾害范围、灾害损失、地质环境安全性、资源环境承载力、经济影响、社会影响和减灾效益等十项评估为其必备评估内容,构筑地震灾害系统综合集成评估框架和"人-机-法-术-数'综合集成评估体系,并阐述其实施流程.

随着对社会、经济、技术管理及其创新等复杂系统研究广泛和深入开展,正确把握和运用科学的方法论越来越重要.本文探讨综合集成方法的思想及其理论基础,着重从方法论层次上研究从定性到定量综合集成的一般途径和技术路线,提出模型体系多元化、建模方法综合化、建模过程性智化的建模原则.

首先介绍了复杂性研究的科学背景及其科学启示，然后把复杂性和复杂系统结合起来，从系统科学角度研究复杂性问题。本文着重阐述了研究复杂系统的方法统一－钱学森的从定性到定量综合集成方法，最后给出了利用综合集成方法解决复杂系统问题的实例。
