对一个常用的电磁学公式提出了质疑 ,并推导出一个更为合理的新公式     

我国扫描电镜产业的发展与预测研究

长期以来,全球电镜研发一直是美国、日本和德国三足鼎立,其中以日本日立公司、日本电子公司、美国FEI公司以及德国蔡司公司表现最为突出。而我国扫描电镜主要依靠进口,本文对韩国、日本、美国、德国等国家的产业发展经验进行研究,结合我国实际情况,分析我国扫描电镜产业的发展趋势,并提出促进我国扫描电镜产业发展的对策建议。     

Evolutionary conservation of motif constituents in the yeast protein interaction network

Understanding why some cellular components are conserved across species but others evolve rapidly is a key question of modern biology. Here we show that in Saccharomyces cerevisiae, proteins organized in cohesive patterns of interactions are conserved to a substantially higher degree than those that do not participate in such motifs. We find that the conservation of proteins in distinct topological motifs correlates with the interconnectedness and function of that motif and also depends on the structure of the overall interactome topology. These findings indicate that motifs may represent evolutionary conserved topological units of cellular networks molded in accordance with the specific biological function in which they participate.

A rapid method of following the spontaneous regression of experimental leukemias

Summary Transplantation of virus and chemically induced leukemias from C3H/He-mgxAKR/F₁ hybrid mice into C3H/He-mg males induced leukemias in the latter, which was followed by a spontaneous regression of the disease within a few days. The regression of leukemia could easily be followed by measuring the changes in the pyruvate kinase activity of para-aortic lymph node cells.

Zusammenfassung Bösartige Lungengeschwulstgewebe verschiedener Zelltypen wurden mit Hydrocortison 1³H, 2³H inkubiert. Die freien, markierten Steroide wurden extrahiert, chromatographisch getrennt und identifiziert.

昆虫精子获能与顶体反应的研究

综述了近年来国内外在昆虫精子获能与顶体反应方面的研究概况,并系统地简述了昆虫精子顶体复合体基本结构,以及目前用于动物精子获能与顶体反应方面先进的方法和技术,同时对昆虫受精机理的研究进行了展望     

渤海L油田早期注聚效果评价方法研究

目前对于早期注聚效果的评价没有成熟的方法,增油降水的效果基本依靠动态分析方法评价,由于早期注聚与晚期注聚的很大不同,造成动态分析方法在评价早期注聚效果方面存在很大的局限性。本文引入一种早期注聚效果评价的新方法,运用数值模拟技术对渤海L早期注聚效果进行全面的评价,建立高精度历史拟合的数值模型,并建立假想的水驱模型,使之与实际模型对比,结果表明,通过数值模拟法计算的增油量与动态分析法相比更加精确,原因是数值模拟法排除了各种措施带来的干扰,且考虑了油田的递减规律。另外建立了不同含水时机注聚的模型,通过分析认为,目前渤海L油田实行的早期注聚在各方面相较其他含水时机注聚具有很大优势。
