网点规划决策支持系统的设计思路与技术方案

介绍了基于GIS（Geographical Information System）的计算机辅助网点规划决策支持系统的规划原则和设计思路，提出了基于供需平衡原则的网点规划技术方案。分析了引入空间效果指标和空间效率指标、规划模型和规划方法、量化复杂的市场供需情况去评价不同区域用户得到相关服务的效果以及各网点提供给相关用户的服务效率。     

Composition dependence of viscosity for Al_(1-x)Mg_x(0=x=0.10) alloys

Viscosities of molten Al(1-x)Mgx (0≤x≤0.10) alloys have been measured in the temperature range of 973 K―1173 K by a torsional oscillation cup method. The viscosity dependence on temperature for Al(1-x)Mgx (0≤x≤0.10) melts obeys Arrhenius equation. The viscosity increases with increasing mag-nesium concentration in the investigated system. There is an important relationship between viscosity and its glass-forming ability for metallic melt.     

Distribution of sand dunes and sand shifts along the southern fringe of the Mu Us Desert since the Ming Dynasty

This article takes the two segments of the Ming Great Walls, Dabian and Erbian, and their associated barracks and forts as geographical references. Based on a detailed scrutiny of historical records of the Ming and Qing dynasties, and on field surveys, the southern boundaries of the sand dunes and sand shifts of the Mu Us Desert in the Ming and Qing dynasties are carefully reconstructed. A comparison of the southern boundaries of the sand dunes and sand shifts of the Mu Us Desert in Ming and Qing with the modern boundary revealed in remote sensing imagery clearly shows that the southern boundary of dunes and shifts in the Mu us Desert has expanded only in a few areas and on a small scale. In the area to the south of Changle Fort, along the direction of annually prevailing winds, sand drifts have penetrated through the Jialu River valley into the loess region and have formed a sand strip of 32 km long and 3 km wide. To the east of Qingping Fort, sand drifts penetrated toward the eastern loess region through the Luhe River valley and have formed another sand strip of 8 km long and 2 km wide. Generally speaking, though the intensity of human activity has been increasing in this area since the Ming Dynasty, the Mu Us Desert has not significantly expanded toward the southeast or southwest. The sand-loess boundary in the southern fringe of the Mu Us Desert has been almost unchanged since the Ming Dynasty.     

P450酶活性中心催化1,2-二溴-3-氯丙烷的机理及动力学同位素效应

发展有毒物质被细胞色素P450酶催化转化途径和机理的计算毒理预测方法,对于污染物的风险评价具有重要意义.本研究通过密度泛函理论计算,揭示了细胞色素P450酶活性中心(CpdI)催化氧化1,2-二溴-3-氯丙烷(DBCP)的反应机理,并考察了动力学同位素效应的影响.结果显示,DBCP羟基化反应与烷烃羟基化反应机理存在明显差异.不同于一般的双态反应,DBCP羟基化反应是自旋选择性反应.此外,DBCP羟基化第二步反弹过程中的能垒明显的高于烷烃羟基化过程.自旋密度分析表明,DBCP羟基化反应的氢提取步骤是一个氢原子转移过程.DBCP羟基化反应具有明显的动力学同位素效应(KIE),且温度和隧道效应对KIE值具有明显的影响.本研究可为卤代烷烃类化合物的生物转化预测提供理论依据.     

一种微光子导航源的混沌辨识方法

为了能准确有效地识别微光子导航源的类别,提出了一种微光子导航源的混沌辨识方法.该方法在分析微光子信号特性的基础上应用混沌动力学方程建立微光子导航源的辨识模型,该模型利用了混沌振子对小信号的敏感性以及对噪声的免疫力来检测导航源的信号形式和参数,并通过对信号周期、频率的测量与整定,识别微光子源的特性与类别.通过对脉冲星导航源的实验数据分析,表明该方法可以检测低信噪比的微弱光子脉冲导航源信号,并能有效识别导航源的类别.此外,该方法还能用于其他先进导航系统的信号源频率测量、校准与识别.同时,可以扩展到如雷达多基信号接收及其他低信噪比信号检测和识别等应用领域.

低温液基底池灌洗在重型颅脑损伤合并小脑幕切迹疝的临床应用

目的分析应用天幕切开加低温液基底池灌洗治疗重型颅脑损伤合并小脑幕切迹疝患者的临床疗效.方法36例重型颅脑损伤合并小脑幕切迹疝患者在常规术式的基础上加行天幕切开、低温液基底池灌洗治疗,与同期32例此类患者应用常规术式治疗进行对比的临床研究。结果天幕切开组36例随访0.5～1年恢复良好16例,中、重残11例,无植物生存,死亡9例.常规术式组32例随访0.5～1年恢复良好9例,中、重残4例,植物生存2例,死亡17例.结论天幕切开加低温液基底池灌洗治疗对重型颅脑损伤合并小脑幕切迹疝患者是效果显著的术式,可以明显地降低此类疾病的并发症、致残率和死亡率.     

一株放线细菌的分离及其系统分类学研究

从青海柴达木盐田周边的盐土中分离到一细菌形态的菌株M-7。通过对其形态、生理生化特性、细胞化学组分及16S rDNA序列分析等多相分类研究,初步确定该菌株为白蚁茵属（Isoptericola）的一潜在新种。菌株M-7的最适生长温度为28～30℃,最适生长pH为7．0～7．5,细胞球形或短杆状、无鞭毛、无孢子形成。
