1989年我国山楂栽培面积达到530万亩,2.37亿株,山楂果产量达到18.4万吨,预计到1992年占山楂总株数70%的幼树进入盛果期,山楂产量将达到41万吨.山楂产量的迅猛增长,形成了资源发展和加工能力的不适应,山楂增长速度大大超过加工转化能力,若不解决加工利用和开拓市场销路问题,这种产销矛盾将日益突出.要解决上述矛盾出路在哪里?我们认为出路在于采用新技术,开展山楂加工综合利用、开发食用药用系列食品,改造老产品、提高产品质量.立足于国内加工生产既适合于我国人民口味又容易保存的小包装山楂食品,着眼于国外发展果茶类、果肉类高档的作为主食的辅助食品.只有这样,才能保住市场的稳定和长期占领目标市场,解决来势迅猛的产销矛盾.  相似文献

To investigate the biological roles of STAT3 in the regulation of growth and differentiation of leukemia cells, we modified a murine myeloid leukemia cell line Ml with STAT3 antisense RNA. The effects of STAT3 antisense RNA on the growth arrest and terminal differentiation of Ml cells induced by interleukin 6 (IL-6) were determined. It was found that STAT3 antisense RNA blocked the activation of STAT3, and reduced the growth arrest and terminal differentiation of IL-6-induced Ml leukemia cells. These results indicate that STAT3 activation is a necessary process for IL-6-induced growth arrest of Ml cells and for the differentiation of Ml cells into macrophage.  相似文献

This paper reported the degradation of 4-CP wastewater by a novel photocatalysis oxidation system-- UV/Fe^2+/air system, in which air was used as a cheap oxidant that reacted with the excitation state of organics to form H2O2 under the UV light. The formed H2O2 reacted with the added ferrous ion to form Fenton reaction and led to the quick degradation of organic pollutants. It was found that 4-CP could be completely removed within 40 min. The degradation of 4-CP in the UV/Fe^2+/air system was superior to the conventional UV/Fenton system (the initial concentration of H2O2 was 22 mg·L^-1). UV/Fe^2+/air is an effective and cheap method for treatment of the organics that can be excited by UV light.  相似文献
